Hotel Casa Primavera Boutique & Spa

Nuestra experiencia fue buena, solo con una observación, el agua de la alberca está fría, por tanto no la pudimos usar, por todo lo demás me parece un buen hotel.

El servicio del personal malo, la piscina no estaba en función, el transporte al centro tampoco, la camioneta no servía, y al dejar la habitación me trataron como si fuera un ladrón, tuvieron que revisar la habitación primero para poder darme la salida, creyeron que me había robado algo, ya que vieron que todo estaba bien, me dejaron salir, una espantosa ❌ al personal.

We started our trip right in the Centro, but for the last three days we wanted to be in a hotel with a poo, therefore why we choosed Primivera. The rooms were spacious, the pool with comply cushions refresdioning and they had a courtesy shuttle that ran all day for the Centro. it met all our needs.

This is my second time here, and it’s the most reliable hotel with good value. The rooms are well-appointed, spacious and comfortable, and the hotel offers a free shuttle to/from centro. They have great amenities (including an elevator, which most hotels here do not have), and a solid restaurant. I’ll only stay here when I need a hotel in SMA.

El hotel es simplemente hermoso. La arquitectura es tradicional mexicana, con toques coloniales. Las habitaciones son amplias, de buen gusto decorativo, con banos amplios y muy limpios. La cama era una delicia y descansabas muy a gusto. El cuarto tiene un diseno que asemeja a una hacienda vieja, con buenos detalles. Tiene un buen restaurante, con comida de gran sazon y generosa. La atencion del personal del hotel es muy amable, proactiva, servicial y resuelven en el momento. La alberca es de buen tamana y con agua a temperatura ambiente, bastante limpia y clara. El estacionamiento esta a la afuera del hotel pero este se encuentra en una zona muy bien protegida. El hotel se encuentra a un costado de la entrada principal a SMA y por lo tanto, tambien muy cerca de la plaza comercial. En definitiva, lo recomiendo mucho, tanto para estancia ejecutiva, personal o en plan familiar. Les va a gustar!

We are four “mature” women and this stat was in the middle of our trip. Two were feeling a bit under the weather so they actually stayed in the hotel the whole time we were there. My other friend and I did take advantage of the shuttle into town. One day we all hung out at the pool. It’s a beautiful area with comfy lounge chairs and umbrellas and tables. It’s right off the bar/restaurant, which is convenient. I was bit confused by the room amenities - one apple, one decaf pod of coffee and one regular pod. Maria hooked up these two coffee drinkers with a cup of coffee a day for each with enough cream. She also helped us figure out the coffee machine. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the decorating in the room and throughout whole hotel. It was always very quiet. I’d have liked the room a tad cooler, but putting the fan on high and opening the window made it tolerable. We are most meals there out of necessity and they were fine. There was a percentage off of meals and spa services due to our Expedia booking, This was great, but you had to go to the front desk every time you wanted one (which meant two times a day due to eating so many of our meals there) which seemed like a cumbersome process. One waiter also only gave me and my roommate a 10% discount, but gave our friends a 20% because there was one check. I think the rest gave 20% each time but when I asked him he told me I was wrong. It wasn’t worth fighting about! We’d stay there again!

They accomodated the schedule when getting us into the spa. The spa massages were great. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The restaurant needs a revamp. Their food menu was limited. When requesting food items on the menu, they no longer had them making the menu choices so much less. The food was over priced and not great. Their lengua dish was unpleasant.

Needs secure parking.

Excellent property. East parking, friendly staff, very beautiful property. Mr. Jose the transport driver was excellent! We really enjoyed our stay and will probably be staying there every time we go to San Miguel!

Hotel de fácil acceso, estacionamiento ampli, las habitaciones con espacios adecuados. Tiene transportación gratuita para ir al centro.

Clean room, comfortable bed and quiet evenings. Everything one looks for for a good night's sleep. Shower is hot and has plenty of pressure. The room was well stocked.

The hotel was lovely. It was very clean, the rooms were large and clean. The common areas were great, food and drinks in lounge were excellent. We really enjoyed our stay.

Las instalaciones son tal como se ven en las fotografías, habitaciones muy amplias con todos los servicios. Todo funciona de maravilla. Totalmente recomendable.

Muy bonito y agradable Hotel, pero el Internet esta fatal. SI necesitan Intermet no es un buen Hotel para llegar. Aun cuando me prestaron un repetidor, el Internet estaba muy muy muy lento. Muy mal para las necesidades de cualquier viajero de la actualidad.

Bien ubicado , afuera de la ciudad con transporte gratis al centro , parqueo amplio . El desayuno no tan bueno . Los muebles de la habitacion un poco viejos . Las camas muy comodas .

Very friendly and efficient staff. Beautiful hotel with nice rooms and comfortable beds. Had one of the best Hot Club sandwiches I've ever had at the restaurant/bar, and pricing was great!

Es bonito el edificio pero los cuartos les falta, además de mucho ruido por la noche

The property has a lot of potential. The building is cute, but the location is a bit farther from Centro than what I had expected. The staff was helpful enough, but didn't really ever go above and beyond what we asked for. I was disappointed to learn that there is no A/C in the hotel, or in the rooms. For some reason, I thought there was A/C. That was probably my error. I asked for some extra pillows, but they said they didn't have any. I asked for a table fan, or a floor fan, again, they don't have them. There are ceiling fans, but the room was still extremely warm....borderline uncomfortable.

Es un excelente hotel y las señoritas de recepción muy atentas y amables. Siempre resolutivas

La habitación está muy bien , el hotel sigue muy bonito y los disfruté bastante , el personal de botones fue servicial y muy útil , donde creo que siguen teniendo puntos de mejora es en recepción, creo que deberían capacitar más al personal en cómo reaccionar ante una queja , tuve un incidente menor que fue que una recamarera me tocó la puerta mientras yo había pedido un checkout late con la clara intención de entrar antes a mi cuarto a limpiar , pero el problema no es ese el problema es la actitud que tomó la chica de recepción cuando le comenté al respecto , jamás me ofreció una disculpa y encima de eso parece que le molestó mi comentario , 30 minutos antes mi esposa se quedó afuera del cuarto mientras yo me bañaba , mi esposa solicitó una llave para poder entrar al cuarto porque claramente yo no escuchaba que estaba tocando y la chica de recepción indicó que no se podía hacer una llave para mi esposa , la chica alegó que era porque era un checkout late y el sistema no se lo permite , lo que no entiendo es porque no me dieron 2 llaves desde el día 1 y tampoco entiendo porque si es un checkout late no se puede crear otra llave… me da la impresión de que si pierdo la llave que me dieron ya no pueden hacer llaves , me gustaría señalar que dados los acontecimientos sucedidos estos días sobre la delincuencia sería de mucho valor poner una reja y caseta en la privada , no se si ya exploraron esto pero creo que tener una reja y caseta con personal de seguridad sería de mucha ayuda

El desayuno muy rico, el personal amable y calido, el estacionamiento seguro y la chica de recepción muy amable. Pasamos una excelente estancia

Una escapada de fin de semana, me gustó la atención y amabilidad de todo el personal desde nuestra llegada, valet, recepción, servicio a la habitación y en restaurant

The Hotel is very nice, clean. Our room master suite was wonderful! We arrived in the evening once check in we went to dinner in there restuarant. Service wasnt very good. We were the only ones there waited over 45 min for food. Appetizers were brought out after dinner?? Staff nice and friendly.

El lugar está muy cómodo y el personal es super agradable y no dudan en ayudarte. Te puedes ir caminando a diferentes restaurantes aunque no está tan cerca. Hay mucho dónde estacionarte. Los hoteles del centro no tienen lugar de estacionamiento.

El servicio del personal fue muy terrible. Desde la recepción, restaurante y el chofer.

The room was beautiful! One new lady at the front desk was difficult to deal with. I had to talk to the manager. The shuttle service was not good. They made such a big deal when I asked to be taken before 10 am! It started at 10am…and they would never take you 10 minutes early….even though I was the only person! It is cheaper to taxi or uber….as it is only $2 in most cases! We were stopped at the door one evening wanting to know WHY we did not call for the shuttle! The cellular in town does not work. I had to ask someone to call for me once….and then found it easier to take a taxi or uber. They act like they cannot understand u at the hotel! But, I think they can. Although the hotel is very pretty, I do not think that I would stay here again!

This place is quiet, pretty, simple Staff is really nice and helpful Location is 10 minutes away from downtown or the main attraction, which is the Parrish or parroquia. They have a shuttle service to downtown San Miguel We never tried the food from their restaurant. Place is really small and very quiet Rooms are clean and comfortable. The area is not the nicest but it is safe and it’s very close to the Mirador where you have the most amazing views of San Miguel!

This is a beautiful property located outside of SMA, convenient location to avoid downtown traffic. It would be far to walk to the main church.

solo la carta del restaurante es lo mismo para comida y cena . esta muy raquitica la porcion de los alimentos .

Hotel hermoso, limpio, el personal amable y servicial, aunque esta un poco alejado del centro ellos lo resuelven con su servicio de transporte sin costo. El desayuno delicioso, muy recomendado

They have a great shuttle and their restaurant/bar is great. Food is amazing and drinks as well. Stayed here three times and will continue to come back

El personal muy amable, en general es un sitio muy limpio, agradable y tranquilo, los alimentos en el restaurante son de muy buena calidad y con excelente preparación.
