My wife and I stayed here for our weekend visit to Jim Thorpe. Bella Victoria was a great place to stay. The house is very well kept, in Victorian decor. The grounds are well groomed. Very nice room. Perfect for a couple. The breakfast each day was fabulous. Free parking on the street next to the property, in a nice neighborhood. It's about a mile from the historic district, toward the Jim Thorpe Memorial. Each day, we drove down and parked on a side street right before the bridge over to the main town. Then we just walked over the bridge and down the street to the train station/historic district. That saved us the $25 per day parking fee for the parking lots in the main town. I highly recommend this place for a great stay in Jim Thorpe.

We had a marvelous stay at The Bella Victoria! Everything from the hostess's warm welcome to the tastefully decorated rooms to the delicious breakfast in the morning was an a delighful experience. Our room (Romantic) was charming, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed the salon and its relaxing atmosphere. This house is a true gem in Jim Thorpe and is a perfect getaway place. We are so glad we found it! Thank you, Naomi, we would love to come back!

We were confused upon arriving because we didn’t see any property that looked like a B&B. The area of town this is located in is far enough away from the attractions of Jim Thorpe that you wouldn’t want to walk. This means that when you go to Jim Thorpe you will have to find (not easy when the businesses are open) and pay for parking. The first thing that greeted us on stepping up to the property was badly chipped paint on the porch. There is a small living room and dining room with stairs leading up to all of the rooms. I believe we were staying in the botanical room. It was a small room with a chair to sit in beyond the full-size bed. The bed was comfy and there were plenty of pillows but we felt a bit uncomfortable for the lack of seating area. The room overlooks the main road out of town, awakening us early to the sound of constant traffic. Unlike other B&Bs we have stayed at, there is no access to a kitchen here. There is a small dorm fridge where the water bottles are free and you have to pay cash for all other drinks and snacks. We noticed that the water bottles were not being replenished since it doesn’t seem like the host is onsite. We actually only saw her at breakfast when she would appear to say she was playing the meal and then would deposit the plates before disappearing again. Guest have to serve themselves water, OJ, tea or coffee - which was only sitting out at breakfast time. The food was not impressive. Most days it was eggs, potatoes and a meat.

Our host, Naomi was very gracious. She was always available for questions. The facility is in excellent condition. It is a very convenient location for visiting downtown Jim Thorpe. Breakfast was served right on time and was sufficient. Highly recommend this B&B.

We were there for a concert at Penns Peak...only 2.5 miles away. Did a short hike along the Lehigh River the next morning..and visit to Jim Thorpe Memorial.. Easy to find..parking..quiet..Great breakfast and hospitality !!

If you want to have a delightful couples getaway I can’t say enough good things about it.

This is such a charming place. It felt like stepping into a perfect time capsule where you want to just read a book and have tea. The bed was super comfortable. Everything was impeccably clean. And the couple who run it were so kind and thoughtful (not to mention the breakfast being fancy restaurant-quality) I just wanted to hang out with them. Can't recommend this place more highly. I loved it and will be returning.

Such a wonderful B&B! It was clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable too. The room was a little chilly but we socialized in the living room with a great couple we met. Breakfast was amazing too!

A little odd to let ourselves in & not see any staff until breakfast, but we did have a phone number we could have called if we had questions. Overall, a great experience- a comfortable & quiet place to stay with plenty to explore in the area.

The house had too many smells that triggered allergies. Rose petals, and pumpkin spice was way too much. It was also very small, so if you are a little claustrophobic it likely won't work too well. We also felt that asking $1 for a small bag of chips was cheap. As well, the host left a note asking for a tip, which made us feel like what we had paid to stay was not enough. Again, it felt like a another cheap attempt to glean more money. Other than this, the host was welcoming.

Lovely B&B in an adorable town. Naomi and her husband are outstanding hosts. Very friendly and helpful. Superb full breakfasts cooked every morning.

Super-sweet little B & B on the outskirts of Jim Thorpe. It's just far enough out of town to be somewhat quiet but close enough for a short car ride to the action. Breakfast was delicious and we were impressed with the cleanliness.

I had an excellent experience staying at the Bella Victoria. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. Naomi was a great host. She was kind and helpful during our stay. The breakfast was delicious. The B&B is conveniently located within 1.5 miles of the main town of Jim Thorpe, so it was convenient to get to the shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this B&B.

Me and my fiance came for our anniversary to see Jim Thorpe for the weekend. The Bella Victoria was close enough that we could walk if we wanted, but far enough that we weren't right in the middle of the chaotic hustle and bustle. It was very clean, bed was comfy, and the food in the morning was AMAZING. Naomi made everything fresh, on time, and made sure to work with any allergies we had. There was coffee, tea, fresh baked goods, and a different breakfast each morning. If you have the chance to stay here, me and my fiance both definitely recommend it!

The Bella Victoria was close enough that we could walk if we wanted, but far enough that we weren't right in the middle of the chaotic hustle and bustle.
