The room was very nice and clean, the bed was uncomfortable and there was lots of noise outside on the main road late into the night/early hours of the morning. Check in and check staff were lovely. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were closed the whole time we were there. Which is unfortunate as there were lots of people staying there for a concert and would would have happily of used the hotel bar and im sure other would have too. There was no mention that the restaurant and bar would be closed over the weekend. Also it suggests that there is room service too, this ia also not the case.

Nice relaxing stay in Wembley area. Very convenient for places to eat, local venues and tube / rail. The St George also has some parking available for a fee, on request.

This should not be a four star rated hotel. Firstly, the bar was closed throughout my stay. Given you first walk in and it's on the left, it was really dark. Secondly, it took ages to check in as there was a big line and only one staff member working. Thirdly, the TV, or the remote, for the bathroom was not working. I called reception to ask it to be fixed. He said he will find a new remote. I chased an hour later as no one came. They didn't answer so i called back 5 mins later. They said they took it to the wrong room. When they finally came and handed me a new remote, this wasn't working either. Forthly, the room was a bit outdated and not the cleanest. There was a spare pillow in the top cupboard with a big yellow stain on it. I stayed in the Premier Inn opposit the next night and it was so much nicer, despite being 3 star rated. Will not be recomending this hotel to anyone.

went on a football weekend , great location, nice hotel, booked as had parking but was then told wasnt available when i asked how to dind it a week before my stay, which was disappointing to say the least. bae shut at 830 too which waw possibly more disappointing!

The hotel was absolutely fine for what was needed. The beds were comfy and clean as was the bathroom. The room just seemed a little worn. Clearly the air con had leaked and left horrible marks of the ceiling and the carpet was stained from that as well as multiple other stains. The room was definitely not sound proof. The net curtain looked threadbare. However any interaction with staff was wonderful, very helpful and pleasant

The room was a good size, with all the fixtures and amenities. The issue however was the cleanliness. The carpet and bedding were stained. The curtain net was filthy. The fridge also didn’t work. There were some maintanance issues outside the room so it smelt of damp with a hole in the ceiling from a leak. It is a shame as it has the essentials and is really well located.

This hotel was extremely dirty. Specifically blood stains on the duvet, pee stains on the bed sheets, food stains on the curtains, questionable white stains on the curtains, chairs and doors. Stains that represent scenes from a brothel rather than a four star hotel. The air condition did not work and this allowed for the smell of vomit to seep through in the area of the table and carpet. Left over chocolates from the previous guests where scattered on the carpet under the desk. The bathroom had mold in the ceiling and once again questionable brown stains next to the toilet and white stains behind the door. This hotel was disgusting, disease spreading, and vile and anything but a four star hotel. The misleading information on the website stating they adhere to strict cleanliness is a blatant lie.

Carpet was dirty as where the curtains. Bathroom door rotten at the bottom, shower flooded the bathroom. Breakfast cold and greasy, with a choice of English breakfast or continental. However the reception staff are really friendly and attentive.

Great location for Wembley stadium but unfortunately not a great hotel. Mould on the bathroom ceiling, downstairs toilets also damp and smelled fusty, just generally a very badly looked after hotel in need of a decent clean and tlc. Car park is also extra cost which isn't mentioned when booking

The carpet was wet; in the morning I discovered why - the shower was blocked and overflows and clearly had been for sometime. The blind does not work and the room smells. The hotel just feels grubby. Avoid!

Room was a budget room so wasn’t expecting much, but the shower grout was full of black mould, the curtain didn’t open, the lamp next to the bed didn’t work, the mini fridge didn’t work, there was blood splattered on the wall and carpet, also a lot of dust around the room. I cut my foot on a bit of exposed carpet that had nails under to hold the carpet in place where the floor went to tiling in the bathroom, the tap in the bathroom was leaking also. Was really disappointed with the stay.

Seamless check-in from helpful staff, clean room and bathroom. Huge bed! The adjustable lighting and bedside air con control was cool. Free bottled water in the fridge and a generous amount of tea and coffee. Only thing I didn’t like was the price, but that’s expected on an event night. But it was worth it as it was an excellent proximity to the stadium which gave me peace of mind, seeing as I was a solo traveller walking back at midnight. It was also nice and quiet, and the 11am check-out time was appreciated for a night owl like myself. Would book again. :)

I recently stayed at St George’s Hotel in Wembley. The room was clean, the bathroom was modern and I really appreciated having a balcony with a nice street view. However, the bed was on the smaller side for two people, and one of the springs had come loose, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on at night. Also iron board was broken and the iron was very badly tangled to the board. If the hotel management work on providing good quality of basic amenities, then this will be a excellent place to stay in.

I probably wouldn’t stay here again. The bed was two single beds attached together so the middle of the bed was very uncomfortable. Also the duvet wasn’t wide enough to cover the bed properly so someone was always cold. The TV never worked and looked like it was disconnected. The steam from the shower set off the fire alarm in the room and there was no actual window in the room just 2 sky lights conveniently covered with a large curtain.

Lots of positives: comfy large bed, large room, blackout curtains, temperature and light control, powerful shower, even a tv in the bathroom. Ironing board, iron and hair dryer in room. Warm, comfy spare duvets and very comfy pillows. Walking distance to the arena and stradium. Bus stops, convenience store directly outside. Negatives: the complimentary shampoo is awful, doesn't foam - very minor and my fault for relying on it. Convenience store over the road anyway. Red stains on the carpet in the room and corridor carpet, daughter joked is like a murder scene. The breakfast was just awful. I'm sure I read about different options but no, 'full English' was the only hot breakfast. Chipolata was hot, bacon was warm at best, cold tomatoes sliced and not grilled, eggs and baked beans were stone cold, fridge cold. Hash browns looked decent but I don't like them. Continental options were not my thing but the pastries looked sorry for themselves, one cereal option, cornflakes, but no bowls. Toast machine was good but the bread, covered in cling film, top slices going stale/hard. Filter coffee was disgusting so had a breakfast tea and the water in the urn was just warm. The apple juice was nice, best thing about breakfast, also had oj available. Had to ask for clean plates, a random collection of odd plates was brought out, didn't look very professional. Just don't pay for breakfast if it is extra.

The hotel room was lovely and big with a clean, large bathroom. The bed was comfortable - the pillows were a bit hard and uncomfortable but the bed itself was comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and the bath had a TV in it which was a welcome surprise. The room had a lot of light with large windows. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and I'd definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a concert at the OVO which is a 10 walk away, so quite convenient. Check in was ok and they take a £50 deposit for damages . We had a junior suite room on the 2nd floor. The room was quite large and had coffee, tea, buscuits a fridge, and some water supplied. The bed was very comfy with a large TV and the large bathroom was well lit with a TV in the bath. There was also a very handy control panel by each side of the bed for different lighting and temperature control. The room was showing wear and tear with knocks to the furniture and some marks on the carpet, but it still felt clean. The bath plug didn't work and unfortunately only very cheap and limited bath products were supplied. This hotel also isn't in the best of areas, it does have a useful Tesco express up the road by the outlet shopping but walking down to the hotel at night didn't feel particularly safe, with some undesirables hanging around. We did opt for breakfast with is a basic continental spread and we also got a cooked English breakfast, but she didn't ask us what we wanted on it or how we liked it. It was ok but I don't like bacon or runny eggs and the tomatoes hadn't been cooked. Check out wasn't particularly polite, we just got a quick thanks for handing in the room key. For the money compared to the other closer hotels to wembley it was worth the difference. With a bit of care this hotel could really improve it's reviews.

For what we needed it was great. The room was really spacious, the bathroom was immaculate. Staff were really friendly. No noise heard and quiet given how close it is to a busy area. We had an event at Wembley so this was perfect location and would stay here again. I didn't use the breakfast as it didn't have great options for me as a vegan. One small issue was that the the floors in the bedroom didn't smell great, a little bit damp smelling.

Staff found my purse and called me to let me know it had been handed in. Very honest as it was an expensive designer purse with a large amount of cash inside. Organised for this to be picked up by royal mail and delivered back to me.

Rom was clean, well equipped and comfortable for our night stay. Check in was quick and simple maybe down to the gentleman telling us nothing but the room number and to have a good time whilst drawing a stick man on our room card!? Tried to call to enquire where the parking was but no answer after trying 3 times for long periods, when we got to the hotel the gentleman ws too busy on his mobile phone which explains why he couldnt answer the phone to guests. Breakfast had a good selection available however all tables were dirty and not cleaned very often, all condiments, bread, coffee, knifes, forks and plates were not refilled you literally have to ask for everything they did not have enough staff to cover it the single lady doing most was trying her best but definately not a single person service. Looked like someone was trying to wash up in a tiny sink behind the bar area!

Hotel was nice. Lady on reception was trying to help us to check in but seemed preoccupied. She did help us get into our room earlier (this was previously arranged but not noted on the booking). She explained to others about breakfast/where the lifts are, what time check out is but just told us from across the lobby that our room was ready and it’s the 3rd floor. Room was clean but there were marks on the wall where, what looked like make up had been cleaned off and a red wine stain on the carpet. At about 7am the fire alarm went off, which is not what you want after a late night! In the morning I could not speak to receptionist (same lady that helped us check in) about this because she was on the phone. She took the card and said checking out, bye bye.

This should not be a four star rated hotel. Firstly, the bar was closed throughout my stay. Given you first walk in and it's on the left, it was really dark. Secondly, it took ages to check in as there was a big line and only one staff member working. Thirdly, the TV, or the remote, for the bathroom was not working. I called reception to ask it to be fixed. He said he will find a new remote. I chased an hour later as no one came. They didn't answer so i called back 5 mins later. They said they took it to the wrong room. When they finally came and handed me a new remote, this wasn't working either. Forthly, the room was a bit outdated and not the cleanest. There was a spare pillow in the top cupboard with a big yellow stain on it. I stayed in the Premier Inn opposit the next night and it was so much nicer, despite being 3 star rated. Will not be recomending this hotel to anyone.

From the minute I arrived the service was poor - being told I should have booked parking with the room. (this is not an option available otherwise I would have) to being subjected to heating blasting out and the in room AC controls not working. All AC is controlled by reception and you have to request a temperature!!!! All this coupled with waiting at reception on several occasions for someone to turn up means I will not be recommending this place to a one.

Excellent location for attending events at Wembly. It is a short walk to the venue. The actual room was slightly a tad bit worn. There was noticeable stains on ceiling and walls. However, it was a comfortable stay and staff was excellent.

Room was very spacious and had all facilities needed. A 5-10 minute walk from the Outlet Mall, OVO Arena, Wembley Stadium and Wembley Way so handy for everything. 15 mins from Wembley Park Station. Would stay again if visiting Wembley area.

For what we needed it was great. The room was really spacious, the bathroom was immaculate. Staff were really friendly. No noise heard and quiet given how close it is to a busy area. We had an event at Wembley so this was perfect location and would stay here again. I didn't use the breakfast as it didn't have great options for me as a vegan. One small issue was that the the floors in the bedroom didn't smell great, a little bit damp smelling.

The staff could not have been better, very friendly and helpful. Location for Wembley Stadium was excellent! Not much in the way of catering or food and drink at the hotel itself, but there were convenience stores near by and a basic continental breakfast. I would definitely stay again if attending a Wembley event.

We stayed here as went to see Starlight Express,which was a 10 minute walk. Hotel was clea,next to Wembley Park. Room good,bed was huge,bathroom had underfloor heating,was clean and tidy. Breakfast ok,not much choice.

Lots of positives: comfy large bed, large room, blackout curtains, temperature and light control, powerful shower, even a tv in the bathroom. Ironing board, iron and hair dryer in room. Warm, comfy spare duvets and very comfy pillows. Walking distance to the arena and stradium. Bus stops, convenience store directly outside. Negatives: the complimentary shampoo is awful, doesn't foam - very minor and my fault for relying on it. Convenience store over the road anyway. Red stains on the carpet in the room and corridor carpet, daughter joked is like a murder scene. The breakfast was just awful. I'm sure I read about different options but no, 'full English' was the only hot breakfast. Chipolata was hot, bacon was warm at best, cold tomatoes sliced and not grilled, eggs and baked beans were stone cold, fridge cold. Hash browns looked decent but I don't like them. Continental options were not my thing but the pastries looked sorry for themselves, one cereal option, cornflakes, but no bowls. Toast machine was good but the bread, covered in cling film, top slices going stale/hard. Filter coffee was disgusting so had a breakfast tea and the water in the urn was just warm. The apple juice was nice, best thing about breakfast, also had oj available. Had to ask for clean plates, a random collection of odd plates was brought out, didn't look very professional. Just don't pay for breakfast if it is extra.

The website says there is a bar available on event days but when we asked we were told it only opens for football events in Wembley and not for concerts. The booking included a full English breakfast, but on entering the dining room, the lady at the bar took our room number and that was all. The only breakfast on view was a limited continental breakfast. The lady in the dining room gave no information about the english breakfast, until asked if it was available and then she said it was available. No menu provided. Diners were not offered the English breakfast until they asked if it was available.

Carpet was dirty as where the curtains. Bathroom door rotten at the bottom, shower flooded the bathroom. Breakfast cold and greasy, with a choice of English breakfast or continental. However the reception staff are really friendly and attentive.

Lovely stay at this hotel. We stayed at the hotel for the Eras Tour Wembley show N1 and the hotel was in such a convenience location. The rooms were very nice too. The breakfast was good - for a cooked breakfast you have to order at the bar in the breakfast hall, the breakfast came quickly and was nice. Lots of other options too like cereals, toast, pastries, meats and cheeses, coffee, tea and juices. Overall our stay was good and would stay again for concerts etc.

My room has sick stains on the carpet, I asked for them to be cleaned six hours later it still hadn’t been. Lift was out of order, restaurant and bar were closed. Hotel was generally grubby and dirty. Room was noisy and we could smell weed. We checked out as it was awful. No manager to deal with issues.
