The room was clean , the staffs were very professional and did great job . We enjoyed every moment while staying in Soratoniwa Atami Izusan .

Check in process was not foreign friendly. The room was very old style with no private bath/ shower. Furniture with slight damage and worn carpet. 1960-1970-ish hotel. Hotel app needs work, not easy to use. Restaurant staff were very attentive. Indoor and outdoor hot spring bath were nice.

流行りの古い施設を、綺麗にしてなんちゃっておしゃれホテルにしただけ笑この、ビジネスモデル方々でやってるけど、早く廃れてくれんかなぁって思う。チェックインから、ウェルカムドリンク、ハッピーアワーなどおもてなしせてますぜ感が、飽きました笑ただの、省人化で本来ホテル側が行う仕事をお客に振ってるだけ。客室見てごらん。綺麗に見えて天井のクロスは汚い。
