Had a great stay. Clean room, comfy bed, amazing amenities! Loved the breakfast and social hour. Easy walk to Costco and close to shops and the freeway. Will definately stay again👍

Clean spatious suite. Lots of amenities like happy hour, free breakfast. Parking fee was a bad surprise. Don't understand why they need to charge for self parking.

The property is starting to show age and is run down. The room carpets are dirty and they don't clean very well. Top of fridge was covered with dirt. They now charge for parking when they are not in an area that justifies it. Just another attempted money grab. They lost me as a customer. Go elsewhere.

$10 self parking fee was not mentioned on the website or when I checked in.

we had a wonderful day at this hotel. The six of us really enjoyed having a kitchen in our room as well as the free breakfast every morning and the free snacks in the evening. personally, my favorite part was the Dr Pepper on tap, which I could enjoy every morning and every every evening during these food times. The staff was friendly and helpful and various responsive to my minor request. The indoor pool was warm and clean had plenty of towels. Great location right off the freeway. We stayed here so we were halfway between Sutter’s Fort and Sutter’s Mill, which was the ultimate goal of our vacation. we had two adults and four children in our party and we were all able to Have a place to sleep. Only negative would be I wished the couch pullout bed larger than a single as one of my kids had to sleep on the chase instead of sharing the bed.

Front desk help was great. Nice little pantry store. Indoor pool open till midnight.

Really great place to stay with the family. We showed up early and our room wasn’t ready, but they gave us a key to access the pool, gym, and laundry area (all of which were really nice). They also let us hang out in the lobby area and even gave the kids some free hot chocolate, which was nice because it was freezing and rainy outside. When the room was ready they let us up. Room was spacious and comfortable. Everything seemed new and clean. Great value. Would happily stay again.

Hotel charges for parking now…. What a joke used to love this place. They have a massive parking lot that had about 6 cars parked in it…. But still feel the need to bang you out of an extra $10

I have stayed here numerous times over years. I had to change rooms two times. The first room had something on the comforter and the second room the sheet was dirty. I took pictures and showed the front desk. I always check the bedding when I stay anywhere. I was very surprised that two rooms were bad.

Great value for a suite, with complementary hot breakfast daily, cocktail hour M-W, and laundry service. Staff were excellent and helpful. I think it could use a deeper clean in the dining area, and found some old garbage in our room as well. The pillows were probably the best I’ve had while staying at a hotel. The mattresses however sucked, and the sofa was uncomfortable to sit on. It’s like the springs were shot on everything. We would consider staying here again, though.

Imagine you walk in to the room and see the kitchen counter is greasy and dirty! Imagine after you cleaning the counter and want to sit down and rest, you notice two empty beer cans and food crumb all over the couch!! That is what I found in my room. I couldn't believe I paid more than $300 a night and got this kind of room. This is unacceptable to any class, not even a motel! I told the front desk when I checked out. She claimed the manager would call me and compensate their fault. Time had gone by hours, no call at all. Very disappointed and not please about the service!!

We had a hide away bed and the mattress lad human waste stains on it that was awful. Hotel was very busy. Staff seemed short and unprepared.

Great room, staff was super nice, and the breakfast buffet setup had a nice variety. Only con was having thin walls, especially since our room was right next to the elevator so we heard people coming and going a lot. Overall was a nice stay though.

The staff at this hotel could not have been nicer. Very friendly and professional. The breakfast and social hours were a nice surprise. The pool was clean and lots of towels provided The room, a suite that was advertised to sleep 4, was clean and the king bed was very comfortable. Our issue was that we had a sleeper sofa that was so uncomfortable! The first night we had them change out the mattress because the one on the sofa was stained really badly. The newer mattress that they brought us was clean but really thin. No padded mattress pad was provided. It was a hard three nights for my daughter. We even tried it on the floor and with the couch cushions underneath. I feel like a business that's whole job is comfort could do a better job with sleeper sofas and accommodating families. If we do stay there again we probably have to get two rooms.

Beds are really comfortable. TV's could've been better like having smart TVs to utilize, plus they were small screens.

This place was great for our needs during our vacation. We picked it because it was a halfway to both places we were visiting. (Six Flags and Lake Tahoe), room was spacious enough for our family of 5. Our kids enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the kid friendly channels on TV. Room was cleaned daily which was a nice touch when we arrived back to sleep. Overall a great experience and will stay again. Definitely recommend!

We were very impressed with the two-bedroom suite! The room was spacious, bright, and perfect for families or friends traveling together. The living area was large and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen that made our stay even more convenient. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the beds were super comfortable.

We booked a king suite for my husband and I and our 13 year old son. It came with a king bed and a pull out sofa bed. The pull out sofa bed was absolutely atrocious. A complete contrast to the rest of the room. While the rest of the room was comfortably in Hilton or Marriott land, that pull out twin sized sofa mattress came straight out of a seedy hostel. I sacrificed myself so my husband and I could have a good nights sleep before we had a long day of robotics the next day. My back felt every single one of those springs so clearly that I had to put a towel underneath the sheet to try and cushion a little bit more of the metal springs. Why they would leave such an obviously poor conditioned mattress that isn’t even good enough for a homeless shelter in that room is beyond me. I’m willing to bet I just hit the lottery of sofa beds in the room that night. For reference we were in room 327. Maybe suggest they don’t put you in that room.

Front desk agent was poorly trained in customer service and how to accommodate my check check in when their system wasn’t working properly.

We have stayed here exclusively when we visit Folsom over the years. Like to stay here. I am docking this place a bit for this reason. We had a 5 hour flight into San Francisco got in about 9:30 got our bags picked up rental care etc.. We arrive to hotel after driving from SFO around 12:45am. Upon check in we requested a later check out just until 1pm (normal check out is 12:00pm. The front desk would not allow it after requesting it twice. They asked if we were IHG Members, which I am but did not know our number off hand. We were denied a simple request of 1 additional hour. You would think they can look it up by my email which they use all the time to send me info. Such a simple thing to grant which goes along way. So much for brand loyalty. Thanks for everything Staybridge, way to step up and take care of the customer, we enjoyed our $182 12 hour stay.

Customer service was fantastic

We called to ask if we arrived early whether or not we could use the pool. The front desk woman was incredibly rude and said she can check once we arrived. We explained that we would adjust our plans based on whether or not we could use it for the kids and she said she wouldn’t know if we could use it or not. She said this all with attitude. I then asked if I could speak to a manager and spoke with Chris. He was friendly and helpful and said we could of course use the pool before we checked in. He also said check in would be at 3:00 or 4:00pm. We decided to just arrive at 4:00pm to save the hassle where we could get ready and go straight to our family work event by 5:00pm. When we arrived, the front desk woman said our room was not ready yet and they would let us know when it was. We asked how long they estimate and she said 1-2 hours. We were confused because check in was supposed to be at 3:00 or 4:00pm and her and another woman condescending explained how their house cleaning staff needs lunch breaks and how many rooms they had to clean - all without any apology or any kindness for the fact that we were now going to be waiting 1-2 hours after scheduled check in and going to be late for our event we traveled in for. She was also reluctant to let us use the pool after all when asked to go there while we waited for the major delay. There was one woman in the breakfast area who was amazingly kind and helpful. We witnessed her with several guests and she was exceptional!

Friendly staff

The staff were so kind and had an awesome customer service, they really take care of their customer. The courtyard was great, we hang out till 12 midnight with the beautiful weather. The room was so cozy. Great hotel. I would stay here again.

Needed sheets and blankets for the sofa bed and it took 90min and 3 calls to get them...

I think its a great place, I've enjoyed in the past, however disappointed of their housekeeping. I stayed 3 nights with no housekeeping. Unfortunately I will not be staying here again. I am not a frequent flyer, but stay maybe 3 to 5 times a year for my grandkids. Jessica as always was great. Thank you

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the staff—especially Chris, whose customer service was truly exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure every part of my stay was seamless and comfortable. The room itself was beautiful—spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. It came fully equipped with everything I could possibly need, including a kitchenette, comfortable seating area, and a cozy bed that made it hard to leave in the morning! Breakfast was a highlight. The buffet was generous, fresh, and delicious. The breakfast area was always clean and well-stocked, thanks to the attentive staff who clearly took pride in keeping everything in top shape. Every detail at this hotel seemed well thought out—from the in-room amenities to the common areas, which were welcoming and tastefully decorated. The fitness center and laundry facilities were convenient and clean, and the complimentary evening socials were a wonderful touch for unwinding. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend Staybridge Suites to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and truly exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning!

We were made to feel very welcome at check in. The friendly receptionist offered to get us a bag of ice to chill a bottle. Very nice! The room was well appointed with a full refrig and mini stove, coffee pot, toaster and diswasher. We were there only one night so didn’t take advantage of pool, etc. The Staybridge is in a great location near several mini malls with fast food, Costco, and gas stations. Highly recommend.

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and kind! The hotel is very clean and nice! The breakfast was outstanding! Lots of options and the waffles were terrific! Lots of options!! The parking was convenient and in a very nice area of town… walking distance to restaurants and stores! Best choice for the price too!!

Check in was quick and easy. Located near a lot of good food, shopping, and Costco. The included breakfast has decent options. We enjoyed the indoor pool. It was practically empty when we swam. The hotel was maintained decently. 2 lights in our room didn't work and the coffee pot was a little run down, but overall pretty decent. Hotel staff didn't really interact unless checking in/out. Parking was $10.

Stopped here on our way to South Lake Tahoe for a ski trip. Affordable and nice/clean, only downside is that breakfast on weekends doesn't start until 7:30 AM and we were trying to get an early start.

We had a very smooth check in experience and stay in this Staybridge property at Folsom. We traveled with our two small kids and the one bedroom suite was very, very convenient. The staff were very kind, and helpful. The breakfast is definitely not as good as the other chain hotels. For example, it was a weekend and all the kids were crowding around the waffle station, but the waffle dispenser was just not working. There was only one staff member trying to replenish all the supplies and she was definitely stressed out. We had potatoes on Sunday, but not on Monday. Hot water was missing for tea. So if there’s any feedback, I would hope that they could serve better breakfast. The hotel is located very conveniently - very near to the Palladium area. Super convenient near Costco, Whole Foods, restaurants etc.

Breakfast served daily. Hot and fresh options including waffle maker eggs two kinda of sausage, bagels yogurt and fresh fruit 3 kinds of juice and coffee hot chcoolate and tea. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and organized with fresh and extra sheets. Dishes dishwasher and full sized fridge. Only downside was a 10 dollar parking fee that was never discussed until check out. Overall 5/5 stay

We loved our room and stay! The bed was softer compared to most of the other hotels we have stayed in previously which is why we booked this hotel originally. The amenities are amazing including the gym, pool, and the breakfast. The breakfast had an Chobani greek yogurt station with fruit topping options, hot items like scrambled eggs, pork sausages, and fried potatoes. There were bread options including bagels with name-brand jams and cream cheese, cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, and mini waffles. Breakfast options are huge to us so this was great. The pool was clean and the staff were friendly. The surrounding area is full of shopping and food options. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good (nice variety of food to choose from). Although the property was near a major roadway, it was not noticeable from the room. One very positive plus was that the laundry facilities were complimentary(but you'll need your own detergent, etc.). We have a special needs child, so daily laundry is a must. I've never experienced free laundry at any hotel we've stayed at, so this was great! The kitchen amenities in the room were basic but sufficient (it was nice they included a range top - some don't) Dishware service for four, basic cookware, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and drip coffeemaker. The one disappointment was that we booked the room for three, expecting our child would sleep on the pull out (twin-size) couch. When it was time to get ready for bed (about 10:30pm) there was no bedding for the sofa sleeper. We called the front desk, and they said we could come down to the front desk to get the bedding or wait 20-30 minutes for someone to bring it up. I guess my opinion is if the room is advertised for three people and the reservation is for three people, there should be already be bedding in the room. Overall, we really liked the facilities and the room. We'll likely stay here again the next time we travel to Folsom.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Rooms are large and beds and pillows are comfortable.

As much as the breakfst looked amazing, I bring my own things to make my protien shakes. I did go and check your breakfast out, and sw how wonderful it was!
