The water in room was freezing cold after 1 shower. The room did not get cleaned either day we were there. The pool says indoor heated pool, it was freezing cold. The staff for breakfast was amazing!

This place was very nice and clean and had breakfast include. The indoor pool was a big plus for me. Fitness center was nice and clean also. I one complaint I have is the tub/showers was the basic kind. It’s just my preference when staying at a hotel I want that super modern walk in shower. Something different from what’s at home. Makes me feel more fancier. Nothing against the property but it’s just my person preference.

This property was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, the breakfast had great options and was close to everything. Great wi-fi that was easy to hook up to for business use. The pool was out of service, but they gave us an option to use the pool in their sister hotel next door. Would absolutely stay here again.

Loved the hotel, except they started a new policy to charge $10 per day parking. This is crazy since there is plenty of parking, no attendant, no gate or security, so what is the charge for?

Hotel was okay checked into a king size room. They put us on the first floor. The room had some specs of blood on the fitted sheet that we didn’t notice until the next morning. The room smelled like cigarettes which I did not like.

I thought I booked staybridge suites next door to this property but when I got the itinerary I noticed it was not a property I want it. By that time it was too late to cancel. Everything about this hotel stay was disappointing. I wanted a suite it was a small cramped little room on the first floor. The breakfast was okay but not great and the shower was not clean

This hotel hits the high points on all considerations! Staff is superb. Check in and out staff were engaging and sincere! Cleanliness is so important (now, still more than ever) and the property takes great care inside and out! The breakfast which is included in your stay, is very well done and has an incredible array of choices not just bread, more bread and juice as so many hotels offer! Easy access from the freeway, and just far enough away to be quiet. Great stay!

Window is stuck open, lots of noise from construction, towels are scratchy, beds are squeaky, carpet is from the 70's, dirty and not regularly cleaned especially the elevator.

Our room was huge and amazing. Two nice comfy beds and a big pull out couch. Breakfast was great with tasty food and drinks and tons of options. The front desk was incredibly helpful, and they had free printing and parking. I’d highly recommend it.

The first night we couldn’t sleep because they only had the sheer curtains up and not the room darkening curtains. The light from the Parkin lot shone in our room all night. The next day we asked them for room darkening curtains and the put them up.

I enjoyed the quietness of the area. Didn't like that I could not control the thermostat. I believe it was either pre-set or controlled by the front desk.....it got too cold at times.

The staff at Fairfield was wonderful and the daily breakfast was good. The room was very standard and the bed/pillow were lacking. I probably won't stay again as I prefer both Hampton Inn and the Courtyard quite a bit more.

I cannot tell you how kind and welcoming the staff are here! We love in Folsom but were without power due to a wind storm, and after 48 hours with potentially 24 hours more to go, we decided to find a hotel room. The lady at the front desk was the kindest and allowed us to check in several hours early. Totally didn’t need to do that -and many places would stick to their rule book - but their kindness to us today made a huge difference. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The key card did not work, so I had to return to lobby and carry all my stuff back downstairs. The staff was pleasant, but frustrating after long day to have it fail. She changed my room, and I saw her trying to get key card to work, something wrong with door = unrentable room! Breakfast was limited due to bus loads of college students. Not hotel's fault, high demand. I've stayed here before, this was a one-off.

I have been a regular at Fairfield Inn for the past 4 years. Since past 6 months I am noticing a disappointing trend where they are trying to sell the membership for services (early check in, 1 hour late check out) which they offer normally. I was denied early check in during a visit few months ago and they asked me to get the membership. We always were able to check in early during the past 4 years. This time we asked for a late check out (at 1 pm) and were told to get membership for it and were denied. I would choose other properties in the future given this constant selling

My wife and I came to stay here for a wedding that we were going to attend over the weekend. The room was great. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the general manager Terry went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was perfect. I highly recommend staying here!

Was in Folsom for family birthday. Have stayed at Fairfield Suites in the past. Our disappointment was in the morning buffet breakfast. It was unattended at the time we were there, approx 840 am. All food counters were dirty. Minimal amount of eggs and ham. No sausage, no potatoes. No hot water for tea. No regular coffee, two empty decanters. No yogurt or fruit of any kind. There was no one tending to refilling any of the above. No one wiping down guest tables. Honestly the worst experience so we opted to leave. Very disappointing. We come to Folsom often and will def stay at Staybridge next door in April.

Nice hot shower. Breakfast needs improvement. The cook was very stingy with refilling potatoes. She needs to go back in the kitchen and cook more potatoes. They had Turkey sausage and Canadian bacon, but if this hotel can switch to normal bacon and normal sausage, it will be perfect.
