The friendliness of staff, particular Joy in residence inn. She was the hostess for the breakfast. Very friendly and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Also, great staff with lobby area. Always greeted us when we left and arrived. The staff also working at the bistro friday night were great

No one answered phone for shuttle bus. Took taxi to property which cost $25+ tax. No water in room; hotel charged $10+ tax for 2 bottles of water. Morning shuttle was severely late had to take an uber to catch morning flight. Room is what you’d expect from a (very) low end hotel chain. Sigh - no choice when your flight is cancelled close to midnight.

I was not impressed with the room, the way the bed faces the TV is not the best, the lights were really low and the sofa and carpet seem dirty. The bathroom floors also seem dirty. My bed was not made, I was disappointed to come to rest and found my bed not made. A colleague told me they only made them every other day?

Very nice hotel and staff was friendly. Room and bathroom is really nice, with a small exception of two plumbing. The shower faucet handle and face plate were not installed correctly. And the bathroom sink had a slow drain. Other than that it was perfect.

Pros: The room was very nice, the bathroom was excellent with a walk-in shower. The heater/air conditioner was very quiet at night. The staff was friendly and helpful. Cons: The TV was very small considering the size of the room and what you see at other hotels. Seemed like a '32 Samsung, I think, and it was right over the work desk. So while I was working on my laptop and trying to watch TV I had to crane my neck to see the TV. Also the selection of TV channels was extremely limited on the weekend. Then on Monday morning when we were checking out, all of a sudden a bunch of new channels appeared. What was that? And I remember back in the day when they would make up your room while you were out working or sightseeing, and you would come back to your room in the evening and find the bed made and fresh towels. Now if you want your bed made you have to make it yourself, and if you want clean towels you have to call the front desk and beg for them.

The hotel is very clean, has wonderful amenities, and the staff was very friendly. It is attached to the Radisson (by Marriott) which offers complementary breakfast (the Courtyard does not), but the front desk clerk informed us of, which was nice of him. The hotel itself is very nice and seems new. We were very pleased with its access to the Brier Creek shopping area and it was easy to find off Hwy 70.

Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful! Was created each morning with smiles and delightful conversations at the restaurant. Great start to the morning! Room was clean and quiet. Chair in the room is a little shabby but bathroom was pristine! Bed comfortable and it was a perfect home away from home for the week! Great location in the area and I felt really safe entering/exiting the hotel.

My stay on July 11 to 12 was ok.. The check in was just ok. The energy that I was getting was just ok. Then when my wife and I went to the room and it was great. We loved the couch and the tv came out from the wall, and the view. The things we didn't like was number one, the shower head. You can tell that either nobody did nothing to it meaning cleaning it or did a half job with it. I have pictures to support my claim. Second was the TV. If you want to watch Amazon , you would need a cable to connect to the TV or fire stick but can't connect at all with a connection from the phone or tablet. I wasn't able to access amzon. Third. The room we were in we heard the person across from us and their whole conversation. Whoever she was talking to we heard different parts of her conversation some of that night and woke up with the smell of '' weed''. That is unacceptable. We don't smoke and didn't want to wake up smelling weed.
