Llegando nos dieron mal la habitación porque reservamos una doble y nos dieron sencilla, después no funcionaba la calefacción de nuestro cuarto y quedaron de regresarnos la llamada para consultarlo con el técnico , pero ya no hablaron. Elevador solo funciona uno El servicio para llevar al aeropuerto solo está disponible a las 730 y después de las 9 porque van por el personal,

My husband and toddler needed a hotel close to the airport for an early morning flight home to the USA. They were extremely happy with the hotel, the staff and the location. The facilities were beautiful and clean and the airport shuttle was right on time at 3:30am. We will be staying with them every trip now.

Very clean and safe, staff was very helpful and nice. We had no issues in getting reimbursed for the taxi fee from the airport to the hotel. Breakfast buffet was just right, plenty of options, clean set up and organized well. My sister stayed here two years ago and she recommended the hotel, I’m glad I took her word for it.

Had to be moved heater wasn’t working they never brought us the keys to the new room. The maintenance man moved us the front desk didn’t bring our key i ent down for the key they were going to take it up to the room but no one came by with a key. We got dropped off at 2pm but they couldn’t wouldn’t or I don’t know why but we had to wait in the lobby for an hour to check in. Did look busy to me the front desk lady was on her phone the whole time. We were tired but she hung to her boots and didn’t check in any of us. There was about 3 orther or more waiting to be checked in but 3pm came around and she was gone another lady got the slam of checking us all in. Other hotels I’ve been to have never had me wait for an hour in the lobby. Just saying.

Do not stay in this hotel. The bathroom has a door that slides sideways. When i slide the door close and try to open it again it got stuck. If i would have been inside the bathroom alone i would have to have scream very loud and bang the door and see if someone pasding outside the hallway could seek for help . Very dangerous to say in this hotel. We called the hotel clerk and the maintenance employee had to bring in some tools to slide the door. It took him about 10 minutes. Then he offered if we want to change rooms. This happened at 10pm when my family was already in bed and we had just arrived from the airport. We were so tired when we got to the hotel from the airport that night and then this incident happens. Horribly stay and earlier before this incident happened, there were very loud bangs comming from the hallway, probably another door getting stuck from another guest room. I have video and pictures on how the maintenance employee struggle souch to slide the door open. Very scary moment for my family. Do not stay in zny of these rooms in this hotel.

I really like this hotel but our key wouldn’t work we had to go down 3 times to exchange , when try calling from the hall the front desk didn’t answer more than anything I was frustrated no one’s fault, I was charged twice for the room and I haven’t gotten a refund , other than that it’s a nice place, friendly staff , good food

Llegué a las 2:30 pm y me dijeron que el check in era a las 3, no tuve problema y esperé conforme a las reglas, a las 3:10 me acerco a preguntar y me responden que todavía no y no sabían a que hora estaría. La señorita de la recepción muy amable con todos pero con nosotros no tuvo la delicadeza de informarnos nada, estuve una hora esperando y mejor me fui y regresé a las 5 pm y ya estaba la habitación. El resto de la estancia fue agradable.

Very clean and safe, staff was very helpful and nice. We had no issues in getting reimbursed for the taxi fee from the airport to the hotel. Breakfast buffet was just right, plenty of options, clean set up and organized well. My sister stayed here two years ago and she recommended the hotel, I’m glad I took her word for it.

La comida del restaurante es muy mala, la atención tanto de las recepcionistas como de la mesera del restaurante es algo deficiente, no me ofrecieron ayuda con mi equipaje tampoco, el aire acondicionado de mi habitación no funcionaba correctamente, en general es un hotel promedio tirando a malo.

The check-in member was polite and helpful. The small restaurant was convenient, but the service was awful. The server got our order wrong after several repetitions of what we wanted. We had to ask for our drinks twice once our food was served because he never came back until bringing us food and it was partially wrong food. It took so long to get I ate the food anyway and just picked the meat off the pizza...which I don't eat.
