Very good restaurant. Excellent staff. I did not like the lack of an office chair. I did not like the lack of overhead lighting in the bedroom and the living area. Parking is VERY difficult!

WOW!! This isn’t your ordinary Holiday Inn. It felt more like a resort to me. The Staff here is what made my stay so great. I ordered room service daily and the food was great and Cesar was always so helpful and pleasant (gracias Cesar). Breakfast Buffet was good (the fresh fruit was my favorite). Angeles and Carlos with housekeeping always made sure I was good and didn’t need anything in my room. The front desk was so helpful in arranging a shuttle to the airport. The gym was basic but has what you need to get a good workout in. Free washer and drier to use ( just bring your own detergent). Rooms were clean and has AC! I am from the States and need AC to sleep comfortable at night, especially in the summer heat. WiFi worked great. I would say the cons is that there is nothing around walking distance (besides an OXXO) but I took an Uber downtown and to the mall to explore. The patio isn’t open which was a bummer because I wanted to get some work done with some sunshine (hopefully it opens soon). But I would definitely stay here again.

El OLOR al entrar a la habitación, es desagradable... Muy desagradable, pero te acostumbras al cabo de un rato.

2 días el aseo de la habitación se hizo hasta muy tarde, una de las veces tuvimos que hablar para que realizaran la limpieza pasadas las 8pm al regresar de nuestras actividades. La regadera estaba un poco tapada por el sarro y no salia el agua bien. La alfombra estaba algo sucia y tuvimos que hablar en un par de ocasiones para que dieran servicio al clima ya que no enfriaba.

La experiencia en general es mala, estuve hospedado de lunes a miércoles, el lunes pedí Room Service y el miércoles que salí los traste sucios seguían al lado de mi puerta en el pasillo, ¡así estaba todo el piso! La señorita que está en recepción en las tardes, tiene pésimo servicio al cliente, quizá no le gusta su trabajado. No tenía secadora de cabello en la habitación, la pedí el lunes y nunca la llevaron. En definitiva no me volveré a hospedar

La experiencia en general es mala, estuve hospedado de lunes a miércoles, el lunes pedí Room Service y el miércoles que salí los traste sucios seguían al lado de mi puerta en el pasillo, ¡así estaba todo el piso! La señorita que está en recepción en las tardes, tiene pésimo servicio al cliente, quizá no le gusta su trabajado. No tenía secadora de cabello en la habitación, la pedí el lunes y nunca la llevaron. No nos hospedamos ya que en repetidas ocasiones nos llamaron para decirnos que teníamos que pagar antes de llegar y que si no lo hacíamos antes de las 6pm nos cancelarían la reserva… nos pedían los datos de nuestra tarjeta por teléfono… pero por obvias razones no se los compartimos, nos hemos hospedado en más hoteles del grupo y nunca nos había sucedido eso. Esta vez nos descepcionamos. Ya había leído otros comentarios con situaciones similares pero queríamos dar la oportunidad, sin embargo no se los recomiendo.

WOW!! This isn’t your ordinary Holiday Inn. It felt more like a resort to me. The Staff here is what made my stay so great. I ordered room service daily and the food was great and Cesar was always so helpful and pleasant (gracias Cesar). Breakfast Buffet was good (the fresh fruit was my favorite). Angeles and Carlos with housekeeping always made sure I was good and didn’t need anything in my room. The front desk was so helpful in arranging a shuttle to the airport. The gym was basic but has what you need to get a good workout in. Free washer and drier to use ( just bring your own detergent). Rooms were clean and has AC! I am from the States and need AC to sleep comfortable at night, especially in the summer heat. WiFi worked great. I would say the cons is that there is nothing around walking distance (besides an OXXO) but I took an Uber downtown and to the mall to explore. The patio isn’t open which was a bummer because I wanted to get some work done with some sunshine (hopefully it opens soon). But I would definitely stay here again.

Estancia agradable, el unico detalle fue que no tenian lista la habitación al momento del check-in. Entiendo que por temporada de feria puedan tener más trabajo que de costumbre pero se pueden preparar para eso y evitar contratiempos a sus huespedes. El hotel muy comodo y con poco ruido externo, bien ubicado, te puedes mover sin problemas en el uber a cualquier punto de la ciudad.

Asignaron a un ala del hotel a un grupo de jóvenes del equipo Halcones y familias con niños que corrían, jugaban y ponían musica en su fiesta particular en habitaciones. Considero que el criterio de asignación debería considerar personas adultas en trabajo, adultas mayores y en otro extremo lo que ya describí. El personal que atiende el restaurante, en la semana al parecer en cuanto dan las 11.30 am dan por finalizado su turno quien (es) llegan luego de esa hora tienen que esperar 1 Que limpien las mesas que quedaron antes 2 Que se acerquen a atenderte, preguntando si vas a desayunar!!!!! Y entonces y solo entonces se ocupan en limpiar, y colocar tazas y cucharas De ninguna manera te ofrecen fruta, jugos, pan o si toman tu orden!!!!! Hay mucho tránsito del personal y poca atención a los huéspedes

I booked on a website. I was told by one person at the front desk that it included breakfast and then when I went to go have breakfast I was told it was not included because I booked online. Very confused. All in all a nice hotel and very clean. And ended up staying on another day. Just wish I could have saved a trip everyday out for breakfast.

The property needs some improvements. The carpet in aisles and rooms look worn and dirty. The breakfast was good enough although for that quality there are other hotels in the area that give it for free with your reservation. There is no coffee in the lobby, only a coffe machine. The ice machines were all deactivated. The location is goos though, close to the airport and downtown. There are a few restaurants close by. The pool is ok, but since its an indoor pool it seems they have to use chlorine to keep it clean.
