Our curtains were stained, hair in the shower, and the bed frame was broken and falling apart. We asked for this to be fixed and nothing changed but them making the bed and bringing new towels. On Friday there was also a change in the pump line which we were fully unaware of. We had to scramble to another friend of ours to shower at there place to make the plans on time.

This is basically a hostel that charges nearly-hotel rates. Wish I’d known that. Lots of problems, but the staff did resolve everything they could. Room was hot - 85 - and AC only had one low (though constant) speed. First the staff gave me a different room, then brought a box fan to the second room. Second room just as hot, but this was clearly a building issue. In this hotel, have to request new towels on a daily basis, and I asked at the outset to have towel service - need washcloths every day. It didn’t happen on the second day but taken care of when I repeated my ask. TV wasn’t on the right setting, and I had to ask over two days to get it working, and it was taken care of. The issue that they wouldn't be able to resolve was the horrible bed. Basically a mattress on a wood board. Not a memory foam mattress; the old fashioned kind that’s thin and historically would have been on box springs. Tossed and turned all night because I’m not used to a mattress that’s akin to thick cardboard. Even though the location is good, the room is clean and the staff helped every time, never again at this place. The exhaustion and body aches aren’t worth it. Would have rated 1 because the bed is so awful, but the responsiveness to solvable problems raised to a 3.

No one at front desk to check in. Stood around for a long time. Room is small but clean and bed was comfortable. Not sure why there is a resort fee. Far from a resort.

Hotel was fine, room was really really tiny but clean. Hotel is a bit old so there are some janky things, like key cards not always working. There are smaller details that could be improved to make everything feel nicer, but overall ok. The roof deck is really great. Most of the staff are nice and helpful. Location is excellent
