Spa is lovely and has a nice gym. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Easy location from which to take a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard. Only issue we encountered was the restaurant was completely understaffed. It took over 2 hours to get our food at dinner after ordering. The food was good however after it finally arrived.

the service, the spa, the grounds- it was all exceptional! lunch and dinner on the back deck was stunning. evening music was a great treat. The water accessibility, the fireplaces all blazing- with the AC, i love fireplaces! The decor, ambience and the SPA. we aren’t really Spa people but wanted something special and it was. i got a couple treatments and used the hottub and steam room both days. no charge for those. We loved it all and will be back😄

Hard to beat the amenities at this spa and the rooms are beautiful with their own fireplaces and soaking tubs. Nice touch of spa music and essential oil diffused in the guest rooms. Locker rooms were equally as amazing. All organic products in the locker rooms and guestrooms.

The grounds were beautiful, inspired by Monet and the turret room was very clean and nicely appointed. Perfect getaway for couples. Loved the multiple Spa areas indoors and outdoors that were relaxing and offered many amenities. Enjoyed taking a health class, the free coffee service in the morning and the overall friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. Walked the surrounding grounds of Pinehills and did a little shopping. Have already planned our next stay.

I have been to the Mirbeau multiple times and this was the first time I had a massage. It was amazing! I highly recommend Xan. Afterwards, I enjoyed a chicken salad wrap with a delicious cocktail by Nancy in the pool area. Nancy was great and although the pool area was full, Nancy let me use a pool chaise in front of a reserved cabana because the people were not scheduled to be there for another hour instead of letting me stand around. I also listened to her service other guests and make calls and reservations for them instead of just saying the restaurant area was full upstairs. She went above and beyond with a lovely attitude. The rooms may need to be updated in the next few years but the spa, grounds and the service was outstanding. I look forward to my next visit.

Beautiful atmosphere with lots of amenities. My only complaint is that I was charged an additional $14 for a shower spray that wasn't even in the room/we didn't even know about. I called and got the additional charge taken off, but be sure to check your credit card/bill. Maybe the previous tenant took it and the maids forgot to restock it?

I specifically booked a particular room Was very disappointed that we were brought into that room and it was completely not been cleaned yet. We were given a different room after. The room we were given was a room that I had saw online and purposely did not pick. The inn and spa is very beautiful but we we’re there for our 29th Anniversary and was sad that we were not happy with the accommodations they switched us into..

The outside grounds were meticulously kept. My room was beautiful! I especially liked the outside patio from my room with a little table and chairs. That's where i enjoyed my birthday breakfast! I enjoyed all the birds and the bubbling waterfall sounds. Just exquisite!!

My husband and I stayed at the Mirbeau Inn and as usual it was lovely. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The dinners were great and the cocktails were wonderful. It is very close to golf, which was very convenient for us. It was not our first venture to the inn and it will most definitely not be our last. It is an outstanding place to stay.

As usual, it was a pleasure staying at the Mirbeau. The rooms are beautiful. I love the bathrooms with the double vanity and comfortable robes to use. The Bistro, the restaurant on property, is excellent. Food was done to perfection. The people at the Mirbeau are very helpful and professional. We visit the Mirbeau once or twice a year. We will be back!

Love the fireplaced room and bathroom. Room looks like it could use an upgrade but still very nice. Enjoyed the turndown service and extra chocolates for our birthdays. Loved that we could walk to dinner and breakfast and spa was awesome. Really appreciate being able to use the spa on check in and check out days.

This has honestly been a rough stay. The check in clerk seemed rather unfriendly and lacked the warmth and friendliness we are accustomed to experiencing at Mirbeau in Skaneateles, and honestly at most hotels we routinely stay at. What made the stay worse was probably something that was beyond the properties’ control, but yet has left us with a very poor and disturbing memory of this place. We were next to a room where we clearly heard a male physical abusing a female and we and our kids were exposed to her screams and pleas which kept us up in a very disturbed state much of the night. We did call the front desk and the staffer handled the situation in the best way she could. Nevertheless, it has been a terribly disconcerting experience.

Front desk service member gave lots of attitude over the use of gift cards. Seemingly a simple transaction, but we were treated poorly upon check out. Eventually it was rectified but was unnecessary. We’ve been several times and it is a Fine resort, but plenty of other options without the snobbiness.
