My fiancee and i had a Three night stay in the turrett room on the third floor it was so comfortable the room is amazing. Water pressure filling the tub is a little slower than any one would like but the layout of the room is what did it for us, couples massages were really great , the bistro was amazing for breakfast lunch and dinner. All the amenities from the shower room with a full skin routine available for before the hot spa and after, the fireplaces everywhere, always cold water and cucumber water avilable. The artwork and overall decor and architecture puts you in a different world. Definitely will be back again. The staff are awesome proffesional but down to earth. Oh and being able to wear a robe all day and night except to dinner is just the cherry on top. We don't drink but the wine list seemed endless. The mocktails were amazing, lavender fields was my favorite.

Upscale hotel with clean and spacious rooms and beautiful grounds. Overnight guests have access to spa amenities and whirlpool which was a nice plus in the evening (note spa is extremely busy during the day). Staff was friendly and helpful. Great place for a getaway with your spouse and will return again.

If I could give 10 Stars I would. This place is worth every penny. The minute we walked in, Jim greeted us and checked us into our room 4 hours early. We were able to enjoy the spa before our services started. The facial and pedicure were so relaxing and there was no product pushing as is common at many spas. Gayle, the bartender modified a drink for me from the menu. Lucas, was so pleasant, always opening the door and greeting us with a smile every morning and after noon. The noon check out was a pleasant surprise which allowed us to take advantage of a yoga class , the last day of our stay. The grounds were maticulous and spa was like none I have even seen before. Everyone I interacted with was so pleasant, including Beth at the spa and even a painter in the elevator. The only suggestions I would make are to add little refrigerators to the rooms and allow guests to sign up for fitness classes prior to checking in(many were full). I am looking forward to coming back in the winter!!

I went there for a weekend getaway with my daughter. It was a memorable experience. The staff were friendly and amazing. The room was clean and gorgeous. We spent two days at the spa and it was incredible. The services were excellent. The staff were phenomenal. And I certainly must say something about the chefs they bent over backwards to make sure my food allergy’s were taken care of. The food was exceptional.
