Friendly staff and shuttle was great only 2 problems on our stay.... the first night due to staffing issues there was no dining or bar service, Restuarant and lounge was closed so had to shuttle to nearby place. next morning there was a 10 min power outage that apparently happens occasionally luckily we were not in dark room (electric shades) or on elevator........

The staff was nice and very friendly however the hotel rooms are very small, dated and the beds are very worn. We stayed four nights, our room was never cleaned once during our stay, although the staff was responsive when we asked for fresh towels. I paid way too much for our stay for this experience.

This hotel seemed newer and clean. We did find a few candy wrappers under our bed. The beds were uncomfortable; the sheets were scratchy and stiff. Our room was right next to the elevator and it makes a loud ding sound so that kept me up. Overall, it's close to the airport and fine for one night.

Walls are paper thin, could hear normal conversation in adjoining rooms. Small kids in adjacent room were over the top noisy. I raised 6 kids, I'm not adverse to some noise. But, the walls were highly insufficient to block out noise. I would ask for a refund. I didn't sleep well.

It was just kind of ok. Wifi was spotty. I mentioned this to them and they are looking at a new provider. I think the biggest problem is that the staff is friendly on the surface, but not really that great. It isn't that they are bad, but they just aren't that engaged. Totally different from the hotel we stayed at prior to staying here. My wife felt that the staff seemed slightly put out when asked a question.

We arrived about 8:30ish in the morning after a red-eye flight from Hawaii… not expecting to be able to check in until early afternoon, pretty exhausted. A shout out to Anissa who took my cell phone number, promised to call as soon as she had a room available, then she drove us to a restaurant so we could get some breakfast. A couple of hours later, she picked us up at SunTan Village and our room was ready! Anissa also arranged a late checkout the next day AND gave us a ride to the Mesa airport. Competent, friendly, unassuming. CLONE HER!

Even though I called ahead the day of our check in to confirm, they didn’t have a shuttle to pick us up at the airport. They did call a Lyft for us, but we had to wait 20 minutes for it, while we had been told that the shuttle would take “5 minutes”. Beds were a little too soft for my preference. Otherwise, the stay was good and the facilities were nice.

The front desk person that worked on 7/26 was super friendly, and went above and beyond to confirm I was a Marriott club member, that I received a Member’s snack and water and my room key was operational since I had difficulty getting in the room. We enjoyed a spectacular stay at this hotel and plan on staying there again later this year during a return trip to Phoenix. At check-in, the Assistant General Manager, Thomas Ward, gifted us 2 bottles and water and 2 candy bars of our choice and kindly allowed us an early check-in so we get to our room and get ready to be picked up by our ride to the Arizona baseball game at Chase Field. Like Mr. Ward, the entire staff of the hotel was friendly to us. Additionally, our room was spacious, clean and had ever amenity we wanted (large TV, refrigerator, microwave, and security safe). The hotel also has a beautiful fitness center, reasonably priced breakfast and dinner service, and is situated adjacent to a very fun PAR 72 Toka Sticks Golf Course. The hotel is also located near lots of good shopping and restaurants. (e.g. a Walmart, Target Store, Chilis, and Texas Roadhouse are located just down the street.) Thank you Four Points Sheraton! You've won our loyalty, and we will definitely be back.
