Executive Hotel Le Soleil New York

Everything was super amazing! The staff were very, very nice and they were able to hold my luggage while I walked around the city with no issues. The Room was very clean. The only thing that I had a problem was with the restaurant attached to the Hotel that serves breakfast the staff was very unprofessional. A female, I’m not sure of her name, but she bothered me the entire time I was trying to have the breakfast buffet about me paying. Big turn off!

Great hotel! Would stay again! Small space only complaint would be no actual closet and the desk was full of coffee/ water stuff so I could have used more surface space .

We couldn’t take the elevators because in the 2 there were large, big black trash cans, we had to wait for someone to take them off and it smelled very bad then. The room was small and did not seem to be 33m2 at all. There were also bad smells in the room coming from the bathroom. The sofa bed was covered in really suspicious stains that made us not want to sit on it, let alone sleep on it. Finally, contrary to what was stated in the reservation, it was not a suite with a large bed at all, but rather a narrow queen bed. We stayed in the room for only five minutes and left immediately; we did not even wanted to spend a single night there.
