Great stay. Although simple rooms, it was very clean and there were comfortable beds. There is no reception and allc ontact is via WhatsApp, but that worked out well.

Very good value for the price. Room looked like the pictures. Some things were not mint condition, for example cracked sink and small stains in the bottom of the toilet, nothing that bothered us though. When we arrived there was a hair in the toilet even though it had a "cleaned" seal. Everything else was clean though. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice and convenient terrace. Good location, not at all an issue to be situated right outside the Lucca walls. Did not receive the check in instructions even though my contact info was updated in the app, but the host was quick to help us with this. Majority of communication was through an AI on WhatsApp which sometimes confused things, but host was quick to sort this out as well. Could stay here again if we came back.
