Vanda Hotel

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! Staff go above and beyond. Room clean and tidy, great pool and gym facilities. Breakfast options were great, even with a few different options each day. Top view bar and restaurant on site is very convenient. 10/10, cant wait to return to Da Nang amd stay here again.

Body massage was good on the first day, not so good facial massage on the second day. Conveniently located and satisfactory service.

For our short stay in DaNang, Vanda hotel was in an ideal location. From our room on the 7th floor there was an unobstructed view of the Dragon Bridge and the riverfront was a delight to walk along in the evening. Property has a rooftop bar which offers a city view. Room was bright and pleasantly decorated, clean, quiet and comfortable. All amenities were in good working order and enjoyed the ‘chocolate treats’ offered in the room and the voucher for foot massages. Good, plentiful breakfast with both Asian and Western choices. I did attempt to take an (indoor) pool dip as it was inviting but found it on the cold side. In hot weather (which it wasn’t at the time) I’m sure it would have been refreshing.

Booked this location largely for the rooftop viewing area of the dragon bridge show on weekends. It is booked out privately these and other days. Noisy events on top floor and tilework above shake several floors down. Good buffet and well maintained hallways and rooms. Indoor pool not heated and more of a show piece rather than for use.

4 star hotel but the service is without a doubt a 5 star standard (would indicate a higher level if there was one). The staff were incredible from day we arrived till the day we left. This includes the reception staff, bell boys to housekeeping. Extremely attentive and always polite and quick to action. We had some issues with the air conditioning upon arrival and as soon as we voiced our concerns the staff provided temporary alternative room and organised engineers to resolve the issue. They also went out of their way to provide us with snacks, cakes and fruits. The customer service level is of the highest order and we could not be happier with our time at this hotel. A special shout out to Truc, Trinh, Thien and Tung for their amazing attitude The pool is smallish and cold but a nice design. The gym is extremely simplistic. Ok if you just want to lift some weights. Lifts are really fast. Internet speed gets up to about 70-80Mbps (measured using Ookta on a mobile phone). Air conditioning is strong. Water pressure is brilliant and plenty of hot water. If you are on the higher floors (16th) or the lower floors (5th) it can get noisy due to a club/restaurant on the 19th and a conference room on the 2nd. That said any music was always gone by 9pm ish (we were there for close to 2 weeks). And the noise level was very bearable (loud muffle?) Location wise was faultless. On the tail end of the dragon bridge. Easily walkable to coffee, restaurants and night market.

Fantastic hotel in a good location (right next to the dragon bridge). We forked out for a king suite which was great. The staff are lovely and super-helpful. Great breakfast with loads of choice. Lovely pool and a decent gym too.

Had an excellent stay 3 nights here. One of the few hotels with indoor pool. They are right beside a McDonalds and other restaurants if want to eat. Very close to night market that is over Dragon Bridge. Will come stay again during next trip :)

We stayed here in 2024 and chose to stay at Vanda Hotel again when we visited Da Nang again Aug /Sept 2025. What we like about the hotel is its central location. Everything is in walking distance, shopping, dining, entertainment, etc. The facility is clean. But what i like most here is the hotel's staff. Everyone is friendly, their manner is always pleasant and they are always helpful. One such gentleman is Mr. Văn Điệu, he will help you whatever your need is. I strongly recommend Vanda Hotel and I won't hesitate to choose Vanda Hotel for my next vacation in Da Nang.

Very convenient location next to the dragon bridge with many eateries and restaurants within walkable distance. We were also very impressed with the spa, we used their services 3 times during our 8 days stay. All staff are very welcoming, from the valet to the janitorial staff. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. I deducted one star for cleanliness because I don’t think they mopped our floor, but there were slippers available. Restroom was big and clean without the “wet shower” that you see in many Vietnamese hotels. We would stay again on our next visit. Thank you!

Very good location, nice and clean hotel

Vanda was wonderful. WiFi, AC, room cleaning, required key card to access the upper floors for extra security, and the view. It’s also at the central part of the city making easy to access most parts of the city with the Grab app. The surrounding block seems to be developing, but fairly quickly.

トイレの水が流れないので、トイレが使えなかった。便器に水がいっぱいになってしまい溢れそうなのに、流れない。洗面所とシャワーの排水も良くない。トイレットペーパーの予備が無い。部屋の掃除が簡単すぎる。フロントやドアマンの仕事ぶりやホスピタリティは最高!

Room was clean, all staff were accommodating.

評価としては、中央の下ランク。コスパは良いと思いますが、若い女性フロントスタッフの 接遇は、残念ながら良くありません。 また、朝から室内清掃もリクエストタグをドアノブに下げていても、午後3時を過ぎ部屋へ戻って来ても、まだ清掃されていませんでした。 フロントに連絡したら、15分後に清掃スタッフが来てくれましたが、清掃後に見てみると、 フロアには、紙屑や汚れがついたままで、 コーヒーカップもまだ汚れが残っていました。 衛生的に問題がありますね。

Hotel qui mérite amplement 4☆,propre,bien situé,chambre grande et lit confortable. Petit déjeuner excellent.Personnel gentil et à l'écoute. Bon rapport qualité prix!

The hotel was better than expected. The room had a large bathroom with lots of hot water. The only problem was slow WiFi on floor 17.

My sister and I had a room with the Dragon Bridge/river view. It was beautiful to wake up in the morning to see that amazing view from our window and even more so when it was lite up at night. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. Restaurants and shops are just a few minutes walk. The staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious.

Good location. Breakfast is ok, 8:30AM already run out of some food. Staff at breakfast were not so good, waiters and waitress does not look happy. Three years ago, this hotel used to be a decent hotel with very friendly staff with good breakfast, not any more this time. Deluxe king room river view is the joke. The room #1410 is odd triangular shape with the wooden frame that is 3 feet wider than the 2 single mattresses putting together made it hard to get in and out of bed. Room is too narrow to walk from the door to the window without hitting the knee to the bed frame. The AC does not work properly, fan blowing the air directly to the bed continuously all night. I could not sleep that whole night. This was the third time we stayed at this hotel, we booked the same room every time, the first 2 times the rooms were decent, this time the room was horrible, tiny and odd shape. If I had this room the first time, I would never come back. After this time, I may not stay here again.

The problem is that the refrigerator is not cold.

Our room was immaculate and spacious with a great view. The staff were very welcoming and helpfull. The breakfast buffet was great.

Had a wonderful stay in this hotel thanks to a very good staff and great people who welcomed me and my girlfriend. For our 5th anniversary they made a lovely surprise in the room giving us a nice view, decoration and delicacies. Special thanks to Truc, Thuy and Trunlh

Front desk and lobby personnel were very helpful and friendly, especially Thanh Truc (Guest Relation), An & Dieu (lobby guards) and the Receptionists

We stayed for a few days at Vanda in Danang last November. My husband and I had a lovely time during our stay. Binh was very friendly and offered to assist with anything we needed. We booked a Deluxe Double Room with a River View, and the room was exactly as shown on the website. Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely stay here again when we visit Danang.

Reception was a far cry from what we received in our hotel in Hoi An. We had 3pax and the hotel did not allow us to have 3 key cards (they gave only 2). It was so inconvenient. We asked for checking out at 1pm and they said we had to pay 30% of a day’s charge! This amount allowed us to stay till 2pm. Just a min before 2pm, we opened our room door, and there the cleaners were already waiting outside RIGHT IN FRONT of our door with their CARTS! Not just 1 cart , but 2.

位置就在中心，去那裡都方便，龍城就在前方，過橋後就是夜市，前往 Han market 也只是數分鐘步程。房外景色非常好，晚上在頂層餐廳食飯和看風景非常好。所有職員都非常友善，進酒店就馬上奉上 welcome drink，而且也很好喝。行李生也主動提供很多旅遊資訊。總體上十分滿意！

Super friendly staff. Wonderful room overlooking the Dragon Bridge. The wait staff at breakfast were phenomenal. Food was a great mix of Asian/Western styles. The location is just a short walk to the bridge, and access to the Riverwalk/Promenade was at most a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The night market is a short walk, or 3 minute taxi ride across the bridge. (was my 3rd time staying here)

Amazing stay. Staff very attentive everwhere we met them (reception, doorman, breakfast). Hotel location was great. Good food options right outside the door. Great view of dragon bridge from my room. Walked just before sunrise. Felt very safe.

The location is perfect - not far from the airport, next to the dragon bridge and less than a 10-minute walk to the night market.

Location is good! Just 3mins walk to dragon bridge, 15mins walk to Han Market, 10mins grab to Lotte Mart. Good to have a clock in the room and to provide room shoe. The mineral water bottle in the fridge can be confusing as this is charged, the one on the table is complimentary.

Convenient location for sightseeing. Good water pressure in the shower. Delicious breakfast.

ドラゴン橋のすぐ近くで、ダナン大聖堂やハン市場なども徒歩圏内。空港からも近く場所は凄くよい。部屋も綺麗だし、朝食ビュッフェも美味しくて綺麗。雰囲気も良いしとても素晴らしい。フロントの方も優しく親切でした。ダナン観光ならオススメのホテルです。 プールやジムもついていました！

観光場所も近く、レストランも近くにあるため、良い位置にあるホテルです。朝食もおいしく、特にフォーが絶品でした。ドラゴンブリッジの近くにあるため、景色もきれいです。メイン道路沿いにあるホテルですが、音もうるさくありませんでした。また次も利用したいと思います。

The Vanda Hotel is centrally located and easy access to many destinations. If you book tours, you will be picked-up. The hotel is very clean and the staff is excellent. All staff are eager to assist you in all matters. Vy, Trinh, Truc and Hoang were always happy to assist from money exchange, recommending near by restaurants or ensuring I got into the correct vehicle when arranging for car through Grab. I have to give a special acknowledgment to the dining room staff, I have been many places, but the staff is exceptional, I have never seen a dining room maintained so clean. You almost never see dirty dishes. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if I return to DaNang, this is the only hotel for me.

Great view of the Han River and Dragon Bridge. Breakfast was great! Was not satisfied of the Rooftop restaurant. Food service was challenging when staff could not understand English and had them take back the food I ordered. Mango juice taste diluted with water not what I expected for the price.

Fruit choices limited. Rooftop restaurant was good. Couldn’t get over the cold noodle and rice dishes every day. Maybe I was supposed to ask the egg station guy to stir fry it for me?

the staff are excellent, all ways smiling and welcoming you. Room had a great view of the river and city, but could do with a little update. Breakfast was great with a 10.00am finish.

This was by far, the best hotel we stayed at in Da Nang. The hotel was clean and our room was awesome! The bed was very comfortable & water pressure in the shower was very good. Breakfast had many options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

People at the front desk are very helpfull, but for the breakfast it was just ok, we were expecting more. The service at the breakfast is not as good as the rest of the service overall. Door person, front desk and cleaning people are excellent.
