Hotellet ligger et stykke ned Sukhumvit soi 4 men det kjøres en tuk tuk med jevne mellomrom så det er ikke noe problem. Hotellet består av to bygninger, ett med resepsjon og restaurant i første etc og rom og soldekk, det andre har svømmebasseng og fitness i første og rom videre oppover. Hotellet er meget rent, rommene er bra størrelse og personalet er virkelig hyggelige. Service er topp. Jeg kommer sikkert til å bo der på et senere tidspunkt. 👍

I stayed here for 5 nights . Really good location . Lovely quiet spacious modern room . Good breakfast , busy but good food . Nice pool on roof but busy with kids when I wanted to swim . Very small gym area with almost no equipment , one good treadmill .

Friendly and helpful staff. No dedicated parking but staff helped us to park on the road besides the hotel. Located in a Quiet area on a dead end street. We were upgraded to a junior suite. Spacious with sofa, table and a small kitchenette. Small but ok gym with dumbbells, leg press, cross trainer. Small pool. Decent breakfast, poor warm water in the morning. All in all good experience nice and clean even old.

First time i stopped this hotel, was very good all round, room was amazing with space galore, had a little kitchen with microwave. bed was soft. tv was great with decent choose channels. shower was great but only thing was you had to stand over the bath to get in so not for the older people i would say. staff was super nice & friendly. hotel has pool over the road & gym which i didn't know about until i checked in, guess i missed that info so was nice surprise. Hotel offers a shuttle tuk tuk up to the suk road free which is nice.

Very steady hotel. Front desk is responsive and friendly. Two, especially Ying and Dewz, made my stay enjoyable. The Alt does have a longer walk than you would want to Sukhumvit, but does have complimentary shuttle (golf cart) that will take you up there.

Good location, quite a distance from popular tourist spots but interesting area nonetheless. Helpful staff at reception. Cons - stained sheets with hair in the bed. Small pool and gym. Lost electricity which is expected when it rains but no contingency plan from the hotel, even flashlight in the room wasn’t working

Ett väldigt rent och fräscht hotell. Rummen är inte små, men inte heller stora. Ytorna är dock bra planerade och sängen är skön. Det är ett väldigt basic hotell, men otroligt bra värde för pengarna. Så sett till priset skulle jag säga att det är mycket prisvärt och mer modern internationell standard än andra hotell jag bott på i samma prisklass i området. Personalen är fantastisk och så hjälpsam med allt du behöver. Rekommenderar varmt!

Lobby floor have two bathrooms and aren’t ventilated, combined with Bangkoks climate it makes the whole lobby smells really bad. You would notice as soon as you step in, room service didn’t clean my room throughly there were coffee spills on the counter and tiny particles on the bedsheets, not sure what it is but for around $30-40 a night I wasn’t expect top tier stays. It is convenient if you wanted to go to bars and such, Nana street is right outside and full of bars and restaurants. Pretty close to everything downtown about 10min drive if no traffic, about 30 if there is.

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures online and is tucked away in a tiny, hard-to-find alley. The property is in need of renovation and bathrooms smell. Our bathroom window was broken letting bugs in, and the shower had no warm water. Had to call FD twice upon arrival My room was overrun with ants—I was bitten at night despite multiple requests for cleaning. And In the second room, we even found a lizard. Front desk staff showed little concern, and when I asked for compensation for all the issues, nothing was offered just a call from the Manager that I haven’t received. Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Generally not as advertised. Booked the deluxe alt suite, which was a lot more worn in and older than the photos were made to look. Had a dingy, dilapidated vibe, needs renovation work for sure - especially for $650 for 4 nights in Thailand. Overall good location, tucked out the way, hotel staff are more than friendly, like the Thai’s always are.

Here's why: Location & Surroundings The hotel is tucked away in a back alley off a bustling street known for its "adult nightlife." This stay was not as accommodating as my previous experience when I was checked in by the manager and her female associate. This time, the male staff member immediately told me I had an economy room. When I mentioned I booked a superior room, he insisted I could only upgrade for an additional charge. After asking him to check again, he confirmed I was right. I requested to speak with the manager, but he informed me she wasn't available. When I asked about an upgrade, he sarcastically remarked on my previous stay welcoming back and refused to upgrade me. He then told me to wait for my room to be ready because it was being sprayed for pest control because said room needed to vent and eventually placed me in a building across the street. The room was on the second floor, facing the highway with no view, and there was constant noise in the hallway. At all hours of the night. I suspect there might have been mice or rats in the air vents, or it could have been the sound of loose metal rattling from the air blowing. On the positive side, the staff did provide an iron and ironing board upon request, and the check-out process was easy.

Nice stay, rooms spacious, quiet and very clean. Staff were great, reception and housekeeping especially lovely and friendly. Breakfast reasonable, I think restaurant closes at 14:30 but plenty options nearby or for delivery. Location 10 min walk to nana plaza/Sukhumvit but there is complimentary tuk tuk also and grab available, close to park for a bit of nature. Enjoyed the stay

Always good here. Close to the bars but on a quiet street. Annoying they tried to charge me for ae from the minibar that I didn’t drink, just as taxi to airport arrived late, and they threatened to just deduct it from my credit card if I didn’t pay.

I booked a superior room, and my cup access upgraded the room. There were upgrades available but the hotel refused to honour my hotels.com membership access. Not only originally would they not honour the room upgrade, but the receptionist was extremely rude and my check in process took almost an hour. This is not service expected from a 4*+ hotel. The corridors smelt bad, and air fresher had been sprayed so much it took my breath away. Overall, the service here was appalling - and I would never stay again!

For what you pay for this hotel is great. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The pictures do not really explain the unusual layout of the hotel, but once you get your bearings it's fine. I would definitely stay again, a great location for exploring the city, especially with the free shuttle provided!

The location is a long walk up Soi 4, perhaps 15 minutes by foot to Sukhumvit Road. Around the hotel there is very limited commercial or retail space, so don't expect a nearby store or food. I would not recommend this place.

find the mattress a bit too soft.... first night was rather sleepless was disturbed by the noise which I subsequently found out was from the bar fridge... not sure what was causing the noise and i decided to pull off the wire and noise went off immediately. the tuk tuk service from the hotel was welcoming and convenient otherwise the road from nana station to the hotel was rather long..... in fact not a very convenient location if not because of the tuk tuk service and a rather tiring and long walk in and out.

I chose not to have the buffet breakfast as the choice for me was not 100%. I understand that it did have a good breakfast selection for the international traveler. But I personally prefer a more traditional breakfast for UK breakfast

Hotel was great. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast varied and substantial. The hotel put on a great shuttle service to the nearest sky train station. Our family suite was large and well suited with to travelling with young kids. The area is not family friendly so do more research into Nana area than we did.

Very lovely hotel. On the check-in they could be more careful with information because they had wrong amount of nights and offered us basic room instead of the superior we had booked. They figured it all out and the service was still nice. The superior room was clean and bed comfy, but we didnt get the proper balcony; it was just a small smokingroom with a window and door. I think its wrong to advertise this as balcony. Cleaning worked well everyday and we had a feeling we cant trust the hotel and emploers. Little bit noise and you can hear the doors slamming all the time from hallway. Breakfast was amazing for the price. Few times ”warm” foods were cold but didnt bother us. Are is close to gogo girl bars but its easy to take a tuktuk or grab or train to other areas. 7/11 is very close. Pool is small but cozy.
