This was my second stay at this hotel, so clearly I was prepared to stay again. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, a real asset. Breakfast is good. Hotel is in a good location and has parking included. Very short walk to the city walls. Reception closes at 6.30pm, and we arrived at 7.30pm. Hotel contacted me with late check-in info on day of arrival, all very easy. The hotel was a great base for us for 4 nights.

This was a great place to stay when visiting Lucca - located just outside the city walls.Easy to walk into the historic town center. Room was very nice, parking was very convenient and the breakfast was lovely! Only stayed one night, but would have loved to stay longer! Note that the hotel is easy to find as it is not clearly advertised on the outside!

On arrival, the driveway is quite narrow, with adequate parking spaces. The welcome reception is at the end of the garden. 4 couples arrived at the same time, and with one receptionist taking each couple back up to the house to show room/entry instructions, it took a quite to get checked in. They offered food and drinks whilst waiting, but the reception room was full of mosquitoes/gnats, so it wasn't pleasant to wait there. The room was traditional. We couldn't get the shutters to close properly, so light and noise came in from the main road in front of the property. The bed was a too soft for us. The buffet breakfast was adequate, typical European fare. The checkout took a while, because the receptionist left the premises and the cleaner didn't speak English and found it hard to communicate with the 3 couples waiting to pay/hand back keys. The location was excellent, literally across the road from the walled entrance of Lucca.

Colazione varia e con prodotti per celiaci. La villa dispone di un parcheggio interno dove si può lasciare l’auto anche prima del check-in e dopo il check out. Disponibilità e gentilezza del personale, super consigliato.

Sehr gute Lage nahe der Stadtmauer. Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück, welches im schönen Garten eingenommen werden kann. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir bekamen tolle und hilfreiche Tipps von der Gastgeberin. Der Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch.

Gostei demais desta acomodação. O atendimento foi excelente. A hospedagem é muito bem cuidada e com um jardim bonito e espaçoso. Tem estacionamento gratuito. O quarto q fiquei foi no último andar por ser triplo. Era bem espaçoso e confortável . Mas a única coisa q não gostei é q a altura do teto é muito baixa por ser o telhado da casa e não tem janela q se possa ver uma vista. Só tem um basculante. Mas vi q no 2° andar tem um quarto n° 5 e 6 para casal q parece ser bom. Como é um prédio pequeno não tem elevador e tem muita pescada pra subir com malas. Talvez se for pessoa idosa pedir pra ficar no 1° andar. O café da manhã é muito bom e farto..e o hotel deixa a disposição dos hóspedes lanche e café o dia todo.Achei bem cativante esta política de tratamento que é raro na Europa. Tudo se paga lá.Não é muito central fica um pouco fora da muralha, mas éem um bairro tranquilo e uns 20 min de caminhada chega na parte central de Lucca.Que por sinal é uma cidade linda e cativante e sem muito turista. É uma cidade e hotel q voltaria com prazer.

Bra hotell og god beliggenhet. Trygg parkering og god seng. Mangelfull frokost, tørt brø og bakevarer. Utvannet juice, Ingen grønnsaker eller frukt. Skittene utemøbler. Ved innsjekk ble vi vist til rommet av en mannlig resepsjonist som ikke bar bagen for min kone. Dette opplevde vi meget arrogant og aldri opplevd noe lignende. Dette burde de ta tak i asap.

Beautiful b and b with a lovely garden where breakfast was served. Room was smaller than I imagined but still adequate. Location is great, just a 5 min walk to get onto the walls and 15 mins to the amphitheater. Lucca is a special place and we will be back.

We absolutely loved this hotel. So conveniently located just across the road from the wall to the old town, and with parking. The staff were all so friendly and the room itself was perfect for our needs ... our room had beautiful big windows overlooking the garden. Enjoying a wonderful breakfast in the garden was a highlight, it felt like a 5-star hotel but more personal. We'd definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

We were welcomed by Veronica, who very quickly and efficiently checked us in. She provided a map and drew on it all the places of interest, restaurants etc. Veronica answered all our questions cheerfully. Breakfast was wonderful. The B&B is beautifully appointed and cared for.

The room was very comfortable and nice and close to the walls of the historic centre of Lucca. We have two suggestions: A sign needs to be put on the front door directing people around the back of the building to the reception/check in. There is a sign over to the side about half but not in a noticeable area until standing there confused for several minutes and trying to ring an unanswered buzzer. When I mentioned to our host at check in that we didn't seen the signs to find her around the back she said "other people have said that, too". I would think that creates an excellent reason and opportunity to fix that so people don't feel stuck and lost. Only other comment for attention is that the outlets on either side of the bed differ from the other plug configurations we saw in Italy and therefore our adaptor would not work. The only plug that would fit was near the toilet in the bathroom. The breakfast was lovely.

This was my second stay at this hotel, so clearly I was prepared to stay again. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, a real asset. Breakfast is good. Hotel is in a good location and has parking included. Very short walk to the city walls. Reception closes at 6.30pm, and we arrived at 7.30pm. Hotel contacted me with late check-in info on day of arrival, all very easy. The hotel was a great base for us for 4 nights.

Beautiful b and b with a lovely garden where breakfast was served. Room was smaller than I imagined but still adequate. Location is great, just a 5 min walk to get onto the walls and 15 mins to the amphitheater. Lucca is a special place and we will be back.

This was a great place to stay when visiting Lucca - located just outside the city walls.Easy to walk into the historic town center. Room was very nice, parking was very convenient and the breakfast was lovely! Only stayed one night, but would have loved to stay longer!
