The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Location of the hotel was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. This will be my go-to -place next time I visit.

The property is just beautiful…the garden, the facility. Easy on site parking. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Lovely breakfast. Great location and comfortable and clean room. We highly recommend this hotel!

This was a great place to stay when visiting Lucca - located just outside the city walls.Easy to walk into the historic town center. Room was very nice, parking was very convenient and the breakfast was lovely! Only stayed one night, but would have loved to stay longer! Note that the hotel is easy to find as it is not clearly advertised on the outside!

This was my second stay at this hotel, so clearly I was prepared to stay again. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, a real asset. Breakfast is good. Hotel is in a good location and has parking included. Very short walk to the city walls. Reception closes at 6.30pm, and we arrived at 7.30pm. Hotel contacted me with late check-in info on day of arrival, all very easy. The hotel was a great base for us for 4 nights.
