We stayed at the Ala Moana Motel for a basketball tournament. The staff are polite and the property is well maintained. However, the blinds in the room do little to block the sun and it was difficult to get a good nights rest in the midst of summer when the sun rises at 5:30am. In addition, the pool closes at 8pm nightly, which during our stay was before sunset. It really would have been nice to enjoy the pool once we returned back to the property in the evening. That was a major disappointment.

I really loved how clean the rooms and bathrooms were, as many other reviews have mentioned. The kids' pool is heated well and has a bottleneck opening into the adult pool. There are coin-operated washer and dryer facilities in the building. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower available for rinsing off after a short walk from the beach. Most restaurants are within a 10-minute walk.

We enjoyed our stay. Property and rooms were very clean. Nice pool and chairs. Convenient lounge area with bathroom by pool was nice. Parking is a bit snug if you have a larger vehicle, but found some spots more accommodating than others. If you are looking for a close walk to ocean, this part of beach is not it. It’s quite a distance from boardwalk to ocean. Overall it was a great mini vacation. Close to a few restaurants. We recommend Marvis Diner.

Always a great time staying here. Closely located to the boardwalk as well as a plethora of restaurants in the area. Easy parking as well. Pool area is spacious that has many soak spots if you dont want to get all the way in and still get wet.

We had a family of seven. 4 adults and 3 kids… We stayed in the beach house and it was absolutely amazing. Access to a gas grill and picnic table in the back of the house, two private parking spots and access to the hotel pool/amenities. Staff was very welcoming and easy to approach when needed. Location is (walking distance) one block away from the beach and wildwood boardwalk.

Property is very clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating, our unit was spotless. I’m a fanatic about bathrooms in rentals, looked like recently updated and shower stall was super clean. Beds comfortable, no issues with AC. Pool area clean, plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. The only negative was there is only parking for one vehicle. Even if you are willing to pay for overnight street parking the app doesn’t allow for it, we would have had to set alarm to get up at 4am to replenish. We had to park our 2nd vehicle 2 miles away where no charge for parking, if you’re lucky enough to find a space. Wish the township would update app so you could park and pay around the clock. Would definitely stay here again!

A hidden gem, amazing place. Clean beyond belief! From the moment we pulled up until we checked out...not one issue. Friendly staff. Pool was clean and fun. Can't wait to return! It's our new go-to in Wildwood now.

Comfortable beds, updated rooms. Short distance to beach and some close restaurants.There should be a small carpet or mat at the door because sand gets all over the vinyl floor and there's no broom or dust mop. Wish the stove top had a large burner instead of 2 small ones. Was difficult to cook for a family. Would stay again.

Better than expected. We always stay down at other end in Crest but wanted to be closer to walk to Morey’s which was 20 minutes by foot. Room was clean and perfect for mom and / teens with 2 queen beds and sleeper sofa

This was a great location with options for private balcony. The property is super clean and recent improvements are really nice and well desgined. Also very walkable location. Bed was uncomfortable, left us with some back pain. Thermostat doesn't go below 70 degrees so if that matters to you just be aware.

Was a great property to stay at. The staff were amazing and the hotel was very updated for the rooms. Clean and comfortable. It was literally a block away from the boardwalk. I am big on reviews and trust me it was a great stay. Beds were little rough but i won’t give a less star due to it.

We stayed in the Deluxe Studio and really enjoyed the private balcony. The property is very well maintained and our room was spotless. The kitchenette had everything we needed. We would absolutely return and recommend!

Good location to the beach & restaurants. Parking is tough, so if you have a larger SUV or Truck; be prepared for some dings & dents. The tightness of the spaces are crazy to the point I couldn’t even fit in between my car and the one that parked next to me. My door has about 8 new dents. I guess not the hotels fault, but should advertise that parking is slim. The housekeeping is fantastic & very efficient. The rooms are on the micro size, but did the job for a quick 5 day stay. The kitchen area was good for cooking light meals, breakfast/snacks. The pool is kept clean & refreshing after a long day at the beach. I’d book again, but for the price, I’d also consider other hotels. Average rating. Not terrible but not fantastic.

Everything was great. Very charming hotel. Only negative was the AC in the room would only go to 70. There was a strange dampness in the room that never disappeared over our 3 night stay. It caused any paper products to become saturated and flimsy.

My group and I went for an overnight trip and the room was perfect for all of us with two babies and four adults we had a pull out couch. It was perfect for the babies. We each fit perfectly in a double bed together you could see the boardwalk from our hotel room the room was clean fairy updated with the kitchen and was ideally located, and when we come back to Wildwood will definitely stay there again. The only issue we had was the air conditioning wasn’t fully working but luckily it wasn’t such a hot week and we had windows and doors open the that kept us cold but we wished the A/C did work

My wife typically does not like motels, but she was pleasantly surprised how clean and cozy this motel was. We were in town for a volleyball tournament, and for the first time she wished the tournament was a few days longer, so that she could stay in the hotel longer. Patricia the manager was extremely helpful, and was up late waiting for because we arrived almost 11pm. Looking forward to going back in the summer.

Bed was really uncomfortable and so was the pull out couch and you can’t go to the office all the time because they are not open that much totally closed overnight went there early this morning and at 7 o’clock still no one there

Hotel was surprisingly very updated, modern, and clean. It was a great change of pace for most hotels we see/have stayed at in wildwood. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be coming back! New favorite place in Wildwood! Also right down the street from Duffer’s which has amazing food and ice cream. The location right at the end of the boardwalk was peaceful and quiet. You don’t have the typical rowdiness that you get in the middle of the boardwalk which was a big plus!

Hotel is in good shape. It was clean. Rooms are nice. I like that they don’t have carpets in the rooms and that they have parking and good restaurants close by. The only downside is that the beach is very far from the boardwalk. Overall good place
