Room is basic, but there is a large kitchen if you want to cook a meal or need a refrigerator. Very convenient location and very pretty property with lovely courtyard and roof patio. Staff was very nice and helpful. We had a lovely stay for a very good value.

The staff was super friendly and had great wifi, the common areas with kitchen and patio views were nice and laundry service was very convenient I only have one negative thing to say that the bed were really hard by the second night my back was hurting but other than that it’s little nice hotel and inexpensive and great location

It was good stay the room was clean. The humidity in the room was bit high make it feel a little damp even with a dehumidifier working. Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was a little difficult to find after dark. Not really the hotels issue as the sidewalks are narrow and the signs for business are above the door making them hard to see from the sidewalk. This was not the only business a walk past on the sidewalk when try to locate. Just something to be aware of. Lots of food options close by and the main market close too.

I had the worst experience of my life at La Posada de Valentino in Antigua Guatemala. The rooms were dirty and in complete disrepair, with peeling paint, broken furniture, and stained bed sheets. The bathroom was cramped and disgusting, with moldy tiles and a broken shower. The staff were rude and unaccommodating, and seemed to have no interest in making my stay enjoyable. To top it all off, the hotel was located in a sketchy area with no security, making me feel unsafe at all times. Overall, my stay at La Posada de Valentino was a complete disaster and I would never consider staying there again. If you value your safety and comfort, I would highly recommend finding a different hotel to stay at in Antigua Guatemala

Fue muy grata la estadía en en La posada Don Valentino. El lugar es muy agradable, súper limpio, el personal es muchísimo muy amable. Al regresar en la noche después de la larga caminata, me permitieron hervir agua y la persona encargada del turno de la noche me consiguió un recipiente grande para ponerle mis sales y acetates que yo ya llevaba para descansar mis pies y poder continuar el día siguiente. Plenamente lo recomiendo y si Diosito nos permite regresar a ese maravilloso lugar por supuesto regresaremos a La Posada Don Valentino🙏🙏❤️🥰

My room had mold and mildrew growth above one bed and on the side of the other bed on the wall. The bathroom was covered in it. There was no circulation of air despite there being a cieling fan. I informed staff about it and I was told that all i could do was contact the corporate office. I did so and they were not any help. They responded late with an email inforning me that my concerns had been forwarded to another department.

L’emplacement est bien placé dans un secteur idéal pour la marche, près de tout mais l’hôtel a besoin davantage des rénovations La douche presque pas fonctionnelle, la pression d’eau très pauvre, le drain de la douche bouchée. la chambre une grande vitre avec vue magnifique mais seulement une petite fenêtre de ventilation Chambre étant au 3 iem étage avec une personne de la troisième âge a été pénible pour monter et descendre les petits marches avec des grosses valises. En plus la chambre étant pas sonorisée on a entendu des rires et des voix provenant des deux chambres à côté Le point positif les lits et oreiller confortables

El hotel en general es tranquilo pero hay puntos muy importantes de mejora como el hecho de que al llegar el huésped antes de tiempo, la recepcionista no saque de manera abrupta el rótulo de la hora del check in para pasearlo por el mostrador, cuando esta información es más que sabida, era solamente recordarla de manera sutil o diplomática, ya que en el caso de uno como extranjero, no decide la hora de llegada sino que se ve acomodada por la llegada de los vuelos. Además, es increíble que el papel higiénico se tenga que estar pidiendo en recepción y no se tenga cuando se alista la habitación. Y por último, si la reservación es para 2 personas, lo idóneo y lógico es que se tengan 2 paños en el baño y no solo uno, y peor aún, que al solicitar el faltante en recepción, se diga que luego lo enviarán y aquí sigo esperándolo.

Enjoyed my stay here. The staff were helpful and friendly and my room was good. It was also close to the main square, restaurants, coffee shops and a supermarket. Not sure if they had a problem that night/day, but I could only get cold water. I put up with it for the one night stay, but would have complained/left if I was staying any longer.

First of all, the from desk staff not really friendly, i been trying to check in for over 40 minutes and not any good help from them, once ii got my room, very small, and the shower was broken, water was dripping al night long and they couldnt fix it even i told them. A little disapointed.

Room is basic, but there is a large kitchen if you want to cook a meal or need a refrigerator. Very convenient location and very pretty property with lovely courtyard and roof patio. Staff was very nice and helpful. We had a lovely stay for a very good value.

Nice place to stay but poorly maintained! Clean rooms Nice and friendly staffing Bathrooms need maintenance Perfect for walking around No parking for vehicles on site , they refer you to a pay parking lot .

L’emplacement est bien placé dans un secteur idéal pour la marche, près de tout mais l’hôtel a besoin davantage des rénovations La douche presque pas fonctionnelle, la pression d’eau très pauvre, le drain de la douche bouchée. la chambre une grande vitre avec vue magnifique mais seulement une petite fenêtre de ventilation Chambre étant au 3 iem étage avec une personne de la troisième âge a été pénible pour monter et descendre les petits marches avec des grosses valises. En plus la chambre étant pas sonorisée on a entendu des rires et des voix provenant des deux chambres à côté Le point positif les lits et oreiller confortables

Enjoyed my stay here. The staff were helpful and friendly and my room was good. It was also close to the main square, restaurants, coffee shops and a supermarket. Not sure if they had a problem that night/day, but I could only get cold water. I put up with it for the one night stay, but would have complained/left if I was staying any longer.

Great location, nice staff, clean room, comfy bed. Inconsistent hot water, and my 3rd fl room(of which there are only 2) had Inconsistent water pressure. (You might wait a minute before finishing rinsing). My window was missing one pane of glass (no bugs or cold weather though.) Really nice shared areas (incl kitchen).
