We have stayed here before and it has always been great. Best night sleep I've had in a long time! Rooms are very clean. Shower works great! We like the new soap and shampoo dispensers in the showers. The breakfast was good and they didn't run out of things like some hotels do. The swimming pool was also very nice. We'll stay here again.

We stay here twice a year for business.. A new desk person each time.Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. The business center does not work as its always a wifi technical issue. We usually arrive on a Friday so no technical help on the weekend.

Very nice place next to the Wild Rose Casino. Therefore the amenities were extensive. We did not gamble but took advantage of the onsite restaurant & bar. This place was perfect for our bike trip on the Raccoon River Valley Bike Trail. Only thing better would be if the trail went right to the hotel and casino.

Had another wonderful stay here!! Cozy and comfortable room and bed with amenities. Bar had good food drink and service, pool was nice and clean. No luck at the casino but hey...nothings perfect! :)

Morning staff was rude. 2 areas covered with plastic sheeting. Only one ice machine worked. There is obviously a problem with mold as there was a dank smell and dehumidifiers everywhere. It was definitely not worth the rate charged.

This hotel had a very friendly staff, the check in process was easy and the breakfast was decent. The workout room was closed and there was construction, when the casino was busy the smoke from cigarettes made its way into the lobby of the hotel.

Upon arrival the check-in girl was very rude. Don't ask any questions, because all you'll get is grief. Our room had roaches,and when I brought to the attention of the assistant manager, she asked if I had proof, I showed her the picture I took, she started apologizing. And she told me that she had to speak with her manager,but they would refund the price of the room. That did not happen . They took 50 dollars off bill. The bed was horrible, and the bathroom could of been cleaner

Tertible view of the parking lot. Ground level. Bathroom smelled like sewage. Front desk was no help. The curtains don't draw closed. Coffee was cold. Considering the price, it was a horrible experience.

We just had a quick overnite. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was quiet and dark. We really appreciate the constant fan feature that not only provided nice ventilation, but also a subtle noise to drown out any adverse noises.

Property is connected to the Casino. Very clean, room was spacious, comfortable bedding, free continental breakfast. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Let’s talk about the shower though. The water pressure was brutal. It was like water torture. Deep tissue water massage on your back but forget about washing your face. Some pressure regulators would be a good investment for the property. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

Room was nice size. Room was clean on arrival but housekeeping didn't come to room to empty wastebaskets or make bed. Check-in clerk needed lessons in customer service. It wasn't worth the price.

The property itself is fine. Nothing to complain about there. It’s the service… For a hotel that is in the middle of nowhere… Not much else around… You would think they would be thankful/kind to have people there… But the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Front staff helper was extremely rude. She was rude to my mother in law before I arrived. Then, when I came to check in there was a sign saying “stepped away will be back in a few minutes” I waited at least 25 minutes there. Then, when she got there I told her I was checking in and she goes “here you go.” She hands me my cards for my room. I ask her “well what room am I in?” She tells me. I walk away to my room, end up going the wrong way because she gave no directions, no instructions, nothing. I didn’t even sign anything to check in??? Love this hotel in Jefferson—convenient for us during the holidays but the service can really bring the experience down. I am so disappointed
