Amazing stay! If you are visiting Dubrovnik for more than 2 nights, seriously consider this location. Reception Staff was super helpful and friendly. Bus stop in front of hotel to get to Old Town for €2. Supermarket in the building, coffee shop, bakery, restaurant and more as well. Walk across street to stunning Sunset Beach or the promenade that takes you walking around the gorgeous bay and to more great eateries.

Great location close to the beach and restaurants (not close to the Old Town, have to use bus/taxi to get there). Friendly staff, got checked in early on arrival. Spacious flat, well equipped. TV receiver didn't work properly, plus property wasn't ideally clean, but overall very good impressions from the stay. Downstairs there is a bar, which tends to be pretty loud until midnight - for a quiter stay choose upper floors or the street side

I would have given 5 stars for this if not for the washer dryer options.. the dryer did not dry and given the cool conditions even after 18 hours hand drying things it was still wet.. probably need to get a new dryer or ten people that the dryer is very weak

Incredible place with plenty of space. We loved the apartment with laundry facilities, and a full kitchen. Not to mention the huge balcony!!! And parking was included. Totally recommend.

Fantastic apartment which was clean and spacious. Staff also very helpful. However, on several nights we could not sleep until around 12.45am due to noise from the bar downstairs and gatherings of local kids shouting

I just stayed here for a week. The complex consists of mostly private apartments and rentals, with a bar, cafes, bakery, cinema and small supermarket on the ground floor. I used the supermarket every day it was great, also used the bakery (like a Croatian Greggs) and the Cake café was very reasonably priced. The room was very clean and modern. The cleaners come in every 2 days which I was surprised by as most apartments I have been in don't have this service. The balcony and the apartment was massive, it overlooked the centre of the development. The staff were very friendly and have a little reception office next to the entrance. I had an issue with my Aircon which they fixed the next day. The location is probably the best in Lapad, as it is 2 mins from the beach and the pedestrianised road of bars and restaurants. The bus stop to Dubrovnik is right outside the complex. I had a car which you park in level -2. It would have been good if they gave you a fob to open the garage door for the week, rather then calling them to open it for you. However other than the airport run, I only used the car once to go to Cavtat and reception did lend me a fob for the day so no issues. If someone asked me "would you go back" I would say Yes.

Checking in was easy and fast. Front receptionist was warm and welcoming. The apt was very specious for our family of 6. Few minor glitches when we arrived. There was a massive power outage, no fault of the hotel, so we were without AC or wifi for a bit. One of the shower doors were not working properly and whatever the cleaning crew use to clean the apt had a very strong scent we didn't like and we tried to air it out. Overall, beautiful, spacious apt that is close to amenties and the beach.

Pros: Spacious property, living area was much larger than expected plus two large balconies with sea views. Excellent places to watch the sunset. Good location, local cafe, restaurant, beach and supermarket was great. There was a few kids puzzles which my daughter loved. Highchair and travel cot also both very useable. Cons: The kitchen only had one bowl, could do with more! The area outside of the lift on our floor (level 4) smelt very strongly of smoke. Rugs all needed a wash. Bathroom very small.

The apartment was a really great size, with huge balcony. Very convenient to the tourist bus for old town, and there are various places close to get groceries, food, or enjoy a drink. The host very kindly stayed up for a late check in due to our flight being delayed. Would stay here again.

Pretty area, facing the beach. Apartment was great but sliding glass door didn’t close from outside and we needed more towels (but we didn’t ask). Convenient location,clean, easy to get to old town, spacious.

Our stay here was fine. The apartment is nice and beds were comfortable, but the pillows could have been more supportive or they could have given more. The air conditioning was very dry and we all got congested as soon as we walked into the place, this didn’t happen anywhere else we stayed, and then we would be fine once we left the apartment. We would suggest looking into a humidifier and/or changing the furnace filters. The area is very close to the boardwalk with lots of shops and restaurants. Far from old Dubrovnik but no big deal taking an Uber.

Great location and value with these spacious units! Room was spacious and clean. Ours had a huge balcony deck which was wonderful. Beautiful beach is right across the street. Very friendly and helpful ladies during check in and out. Take bus #4 to Old Town…crowded, touristy, and more expensive but a must to see. The Korean restaurant near the entrance is awesome BTW!

Super friendly staff. The accommodations was spacious and they had a washer, a full kitchen and big bathroom. A little hiccup in our airport transportation, but the staff handled it very well and properly and made sure we made our flight on time. Highly recommend this location, it’s walkable to the beach, restaurants, and into town.

Super friendly staff. The accommodations was spacious and they had a washer, a full kitchen and big bathroom. A little hiccup in our airport transportation, but the staff handled it very well and properly and made sure we made our flight on time. Highly recommend this location, it’s walkable to the beach, restaurants, and into town.

I just stayed here for a week. The complex consists of mostly private apartments and rentals, with a bar, cafes, bakery, cinema and small supermarket on the ground floor. I used the supermarket every day it was great, also used the bakery (like a Croatian Greggs) and the Cake café was very reasonably priced. The room was very clean and modern. The cleaners come in every 2 days which I was surprised by as most apartments I have been in don't have this service. The balcony and the apartment was massive, it overlooked the centre of the development. The staff were very friendly and have a little reception office next to the entrance. I had an issue with my Aircon which they fixed the next day. The location is probably the best in Lapad, as it is 2 mins from the beach and the pedestrianised road of bars and restaurants. The bus stop to Dubrovnik is right outside the complex. I had a car which you park in level -2. It would have been good if they gave you a fob to open the garage door for the week, rather then calling them to open it for you. However other than the airport run, I only used the car once to go to Cavtat and reception did lend me a fob for the day so no issues. If someone asked me "would you go back" I would say Yes.

Great location close to the beach and restaurants (not close to the Old Town, have to use bus/taxi to get there). Friendly staff, got checked in early on arrival. Spacious flat, well equipped. TV receiver didn't work properly, plus property wasn't ideally clean, but overall very good impressions from the stay. Downstairs there is a bar, which tends to be pretty loud until midnight - for a quiter stay choose upper floors or the street side

Bus stop in front of hotel to get to Old Town for €2. Supermarket in the building, coffee shop, bakery, restaurant and more as well. Walk across street to stunning Sunset Beach or the promenade that takes you walking around the gorgeous bay and to more great eateries.

Great location and value with these spacious units! Room was spacious and clean. Ours had a huge balcony deck which was wonderful. Beautiful beach is right across the street. Very friendly and helpful ladies during check in and out. Take bus #4 to Old Town…crowded, touristy, and more expensive but a must to see. The Korean restaurant near the entrance is awesome BTW!

In the Lapad neighbourhood, in a bay with many beach options very close by and a lovely promenade along the Oceanside with excellent bars and restaurants and unique spots to sunbathe. Bus system to old town is very easy to use. I would highly recommend this location.
