The room was disgusting,the furniture so old and broken. The bathroom is disgusting old and broken. There is cockroaches everywhere the hall place is disgusting

Fridge not working. Ac remote was not there. Temperature was set at 18 Degree Celcius at all time. No housekeeping at night time. Bathroom Door does not lock properly. My 2 yr old son got hurt with the bathroom door. He almost lost his tip of right hand pinky.

Very smelly rooms, dirty, garbage overflows. The tap was broken and there was no water in the shower! Cockroaches around, insects of some kind. Air conditioners are extremely noisy and beds and linens are not the best.
