The motel is in an older building not far from the MLB HOF. Locating the parking lot in the back was not a problem. We had no concerns about safety; this was a quiet area and Cooperstown does not have crime problems. The interactions with staff from beginning to end were pleasant and helpful. The room was fine. Again it's located in an older smaller building. The floors were a bit crooked which wasn't a concern for us but may be for those expecting a 4 star hotel. The beds could probably be replaced; frames were a bit noisy and mattresses were very soft. I will say this was one of the more quieter places we stayed in. Bathroom was well stocked with what was needed. Would we stay there again? Yes! Overall we loved Cooperstown and all the interactions with those we met and talked with.

So there is a lot to like about this little hotel. It was clean and literally steps away from the hall of fame. Things to be aware of: it is an older building and although the host has been super thoughtful in making the room as comfortable and nice as possible, there is no elevator and bathrooms may be tiny. I would totally stay here again though. The only drawback for me is they use microfiber sheets instead of cotton.
