Front desk staff were very professional and courteous. The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep us comfortable. We were able to park right in front of our door. There’s visible damage to door and wall surfaces that were masked by paint, but overall the stay was enjoyable. I’d definitely consider returning for future assembly events Thank you for your hospitality and great service.

There was rodent feces in the corners where the sink was. There were also a few droppings in the bathroom tub. I killed one very large roach and two small ones. The sheets had stains and what looked to be cigarette burns on them

As soon as I walked into my room, there were 3 Huge Roaches , laying dead in the corner of the room. Wires exposed from the wall. Bathroom was Filthy. I immediately walked out, handed my key to front desk, and kept walking to my vehicle as I explained Why I was not staying in that room.

I found cockroaches walking on the floor bed and some were dead I ask front desk for room service and they just ask me if I check in I told him yes and his like ok the probability it was the language barrier but still I ask for room service never got it all I go it was clean towels

When we checked in it was late. The bed had a big blood stain on it covered up by mattress pad, sheets, and covers. Our bed was extremely loud due to the bottom being made out of metal. The bed was very lumpy with the springs being warn out in several places.The wall in the bathroom behind the door looked as if someone threw up and nobody noticed. Website also said there was breakfast available from 6-9 that is also incorrect. The pictures are very deceiving. I won't be back to this establishment.

The rooms were clean. The area was pretty quiet for the most part. You will have to deal with neighbors who aren't so quiet, but the rooms were great. Customer Service was fine.

Mattress needs replaced it’s very old. Door lock broke. Toilet seat has burns on it. Ac unit buttons are broke. A lot of extra people soliciting outside the Inn.

Was not happy with service at all so didn’t stay waited in parking lot doors were locked so couldn’t check in so waiting on person to come from across street to open the doors so I could register then they wanted to charge more for security deposit after I already booked had traveled all evening ended up not staying after going threw all this trouble

The matress in the first room they gave me was absolutely digusting, peeked under the sheet and it was dirty and holey. The room was hot and i tried to turn on the air and it smelled heavily of mold. The unit was visably soiled and lookee like it had never beed cleaned. Asked to get moved they gave me a room two doors down. Walked past a the room in between and you could see into and it was gutted and under construction. The rooms they gave me were in the back and there was only one ither car in the lot back there, the foot traffic as well for that time of night made it feel unsafe for a woman traveling alone. I left and went somewhefe else. If i could give 0 stars i would. Asked for a refund because i refused to stay and was told the would not refund the room.

Please Military families coming to VA for graduation, please do not purchase at this MOTEL. I arrived there and there was garbage in the pathway to the rooms. I rented a nonsmoking room, and it reaped of cigarettes. Bathtub was old and filthy. There were people living there and constant arguing going on. Very bad neighborhood. They guy at the front desk was very nice, but these conditions were not good at all. I rented with free breakfast and when I asked the front desk person, he said that they don't have breakfast, but their website says it does. Please don't be deceived by the photos on the internet. They are false. It is a slump. I wish i took photos, but I was just trying to get out of them with my family. Please spend the extra for a more valuable MOTEL. It says INN but far from it. I stood at the Red Roof Inn in Maimi Florida, and it was awesome, but nothing compared to this. DO NOT STAY THERE EVEN IF you have no other place to go. My family and I were making arrangements to stay in our car. I would give them a NEGATIVE 100.
