Definitely I felt like the pictures were somewhat misleading. I don't believe it was worth what I paid. The pool was not in service. There was an odd smell by the elevator almost musty. We had great customer service and the bed was comfortable. Location wasn't convenient, and google maps had a hard time directing me to the location.

the room I was given was a handicap room, I did not request one. When I took a shower water was all over the floor and as I was getting dressed, I had to walk through standing water to get to the mirror and my toiletries tracking water back into the room. later when I had to use the restroom had to walk through water again. The room was poorly designed, the standing water looked as if it was soaking into the walls and the carpet was wet, concerning me of possible mold, and the vents had dust bunnies coming out of them by the beD. This was not a good Hotel experience for me this trip

The hotel staff was wonderful at meeting our need for a wheelchair accisble room however the hotel REALLY needs to do something about the water draining from the roll in shower. The water pools and the caregiver is going to fall on the slippery wet floor! They also need to explore different mattresses. Having someone with limited mobility, a soft mattress as well as a tall bed is not helpful.

Our room was a bit dingy…some rust in the bathroom shower door encasement. Carpet outdated. Pull out sofa revealed Cheetos, a sock and a Michelob Ultra beer bottle cap. There were a few hairs in the bathroom when we first walked in. The toilet had what I thought was blood droplets in it but we concluded it was cleaner? The room card machine was down upon our arrival so we had to wait for someone to walk us up and let us into our room. We had our puppy so would have been nice if we could have had a room on a lower floor. We ended up on the 4th floor in the way back so taking him out to the bathroom was “risky”. Next time we are in town we’ll most likely try to find another place that has suites and allows pets. The staff were all very friendly. We appreciated their kindness when we asked where something was in the breakfast area. We appreciated FREE laundry. Loved the outdoor area with the fire pit. Loved the area as it’s close to restaurants, drug store etc.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are great, kitchen area is fully stocked including salt/ pepper and sugar packets, coffee maker, small dish soap and dishes and utensils. Beds were comfortable as well. It is located near supermarket, restaurants and drug store, all within walking distance. Pool was great too! Will stay there again.

The breakfast setup (Dani went out of her way) was great. The shower and handicapped parking were also great. Our actual room had not been thoroughly cleaned. Sticky stain on the table, frig bin messy, but the pull out mattress needed to be replaced. Hotel representative listened to my concerns but as of yet we have not received the additional 5000 points indicated for our inconvenience.

The hotel itself was nice however, our room was disgusting. The cabinets, surfaces and walls look like they have never been cleaned. one of the doors had what looked like boogers or spit all of it! I immediately had to clean it off myself because I couldn't stomach looking at it. Rooms need a scrubbing!

Amazing service! YUMMY breakfast and sooo many options. It was super clean and spacious. The only thing I think needs changed it the amount of space underneath the entry doors to the room. There is a very large gap which allows you to hear everything going on in the hallway as well as I’m sure them being able to hear inside the room too.

The room lacked a bit of cleanliness (hair in the shower and areas not wiped down). The continental breakfast was so so. But overall, I would recommend staying here for the extra space you get with the kitchen area and the convenient location.

Clean, nice hotel room with comfortable beds. While I was making my way down the hallway to find my hotel room, I thought someone was vacuuming, but it was the HVAC. The front door to our room was thick so it wasn’t very loud once the door is shut, so not a problem for me.

Pillows were very uncomfortable and room temperature was varied ALOT ( I don’t think thermostat worked correctly). Besides that it was very nice and comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel was fantastic, and we really liked the layout of the room, and the furniture. We had a slight problem with our reservation when we checked in - had two reservations, and I had accidentally skipped a night - the staff was FANTASTIC at getting it worked out!! Highly recommend this location!!

The room was clean & comfortable. Fortunately we only needed the AC one night. The unit was located in a closet in the bedroom. It is very loud! Breakfast service. Redecorate to be up graded. Food was mediocre at best. Never enough hot water for tea. No ice tea offered at all. Food ends too early on weekdays.

We were on the third floor. Person above us kept us awake walking the floor continuously. Person next to us was loud and slammed their door every time they went out or came back. Walls were very thin. Ruined what could have been a nice stay.

Very disappointed that on our two night stay we received no maid service and no fresh towels our first full day. Got back at 10:00 PM and found no towels, no garbage removed, etc. Front desk tried to say they have no weekend staff and you have to request these services upon checkin-which we were not asked at check in of course-total joke. When you pay for two nights you get towels for two nights without hunting down hotel staff after returning to your room in the evening. Would not recommend this hotel nor stay here again. Bed was comfortable-that was the only nice feature.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at the Staybridge Hotel in Lexington. Brittany was so welcoming when I checked in and took time to just chat and make me welcome. However, Brittany really scored gold after we checked out and drove 6 hours away and my husband realized he’d forgotten his iPad in the room. She immediately searched for it and held it for us at the desk until a family member could pick it up. Kindness and attention to detail is why we will stay again. Thank you

The room itself was very nice and spacious, but the customer service was terrible. I was working and ended up booking a second night. I called down to the front desk after I had booked through the app, and made sure to tell them to tell the cleaning staff that I was booked for a second night in the room and to not disturb as I was working. They assured me they would let the cleaning staff know. Not only did the cleaning staff knock on my door during the middle of a call, they ended up knocking on my door three more times over the following hour and trying to force the door open. Even though I called down to the desk every single time to tell them again that I was staying a second night, when I asked to speak to the manager, I was given the manager secretary, who went on a long diatribe about why the Housekeeping staff, were looking at the wrong information. How difficult is it to speak to the housekeeping staff directly rather than have them rely on a print out? I can understand a mistake the first time but three more times? Staff were incredibly rude and I ended up leaving even though I had paid for the night . Do NOT recommend this hotel!

Front desk was fantastic when we got there - let us check in early too when we were running a little late. Everyone including maintenance was extremely friendly and helpful - made our time easy as can be, would stay again!

The service at the front desk was outstanding. The rooms were great with the small kitchens, and well equipped. There is also lots of amenities around (gas station, restaurants, etc.)

One night stay, part of a long trip. Shirman, who checked us in was very very nice, ready to help you with anything. We had a dood night rest, bed is comfortable. Breakfast has a lot of options. Staff is pleasant.

I had a very nice one night stay. The front desk folks were friendly and helpful. My room was very nice and spacious! I didn't use the kitchen per se, only a bowl for my dogs to have water to drink. The social was nice and the food was really good. Breakfast was also very well stocked and the food was good this morning.

I was very impressed with this hotel. We went for a one-night stay, but would have happily stayed multiple nights. The location is a quick 5 minute ride to downtown Lexington, the room was everything we could possibly need or want. The location was surrounded by several shops and restaurants, and we felt like we were in a safe space. The hotel and room were clean, the free breakfast offered was very, very good with tons of options, and I even appreciated the earlier check-in time and reasonable check-out time. Would definitely stay here again, without hesitation.

Definitely I felt like the pictures were somewhat misleading. I don't believe it was worth what I paid. The pool was not in service. There was an odd smell by the elevator almost musty. We had great customer service and the bed was comfortable. Location wasn't convenient, and google maps had a hard time directing me to the location.

The room was clean & comfortable. Fortunately we only needed the AC one night. The unit was located in a closet in the bedroom. It is very loud! Breakfast service. Redecorate to be up graded. Food was mediocre at best. Never enough hot water for tea. No ice tea offered at all. Food ends too early on weekdays.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 the room is like a tiny apartment. Loved it! Had everything and the kitchen sink. Breakfast was so delicious. The cooks were on top of the food and cleanliness. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond.

Parking was decent, close to places to eat. Hotel overall was pretty good. Breakfast was not good, woman who was working Breakfast the first morning we were there was incredibly rude. Pool closed for construction.
