Cliff House Lodge B&B

The room was beautiful and the private hot tub was such a nice experience. Checking in was a delight with the kind human behind the desk. Perfect place to stay for a couple looking to relax and have many options for to walk to. Included breakfast was also amazing. Can’t wait to stay again.

We have stayed at Cliff house lodge several times it is always a positive experience from the great rooms and hot tubs to the friendly helpful staff. I highly recommend it especially for Red Rocks concerts.

We stayed in the Atlantis. The cottage and property was warm, inviting and eclectic The room was adorable. There is an alcove with a queen bed, a small "living area" with a chase lounge, table, chairs and fireplace, another area with the jacuzzi tub and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, plates, cups, silverware, coffee, tea) and a spacious bathroom, The property has several themed cottages plus a large covered porch and additional open room with a lots of seating and games. There is an adorable white husky who roams the property. We stayed here for it's proximity to Red Rocks amphitheater. We rented electric bikes from a place next door and rode the bikes around Red Rocks. I was really happy we did because we expected to walk to our concert since it's only 1.6 miles away but it's all uphill. We took the property shuttle ($20 pp) to the concert and walked back. The walk back was tricky - flashlight and GPS required - but an adventure and I would do it again. Breakfast at the nearby restaurant was delicious. We both had omelets, I had the beans and hubby had the hashbrowns as our sides - both were good and kept us going until an early dinner. The restaurant opened an hour latter than what is posted on the Cliff House Lodge website. We got up and went to breakfast about 8:15. When we got there it was closed. The restaurant did not open until 9:00. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. It's the kind of of place I wish we had extra time to just hang out on the property.

This place is awesome. I highly recommend it and will always stay here when I’m in Morrison.

This is a hard one. If I were to rate it on location alone it was fantastic. We walked to dinner each night at some amazing restaurants. The property has seen better days. The room was “quirky” weird. Not a prude but our room (Rose) was covered (not exaggerating) with framed pictures of naked women (and a few men) which seemed slightly odd. The bed was very comfortable and the french pressed coffee maker and coffee in the room and comfy robes were a really nice touch. The air unit though was loud and annoying. We turned our sound machine on our phone away up to try and drown it out. There were some cob webs in the drapes which either had not been opened in a while or we had a very aggressive spider. The hot tub was nice but the over run weeds and bushes had not been touched in a while. If I had ever really talked to the staff I could maybe comment on them but no one was ever in the office. I did have to text the number at the front desk to ask for 2 more breakfast tokens because we were not left enough in the room. They were very nice in the text and I did pick 2 more up at the office. Apparently they used to offer breakfast on site but now they give you tokens to use at a local restaurant which is just a short walk. The breakfasts were fantastic! Parking was free which is really nice but we had issues almost every day when we returned from our outings with someone in our parking spot. Only 1 spot per unit and if someone takes your spot you have no where to go.
