The desk attendees were helpful and polite and accommodating, especially after walking by a room with a barking dog and asking for a different location. The new room was in need of better cleaning and renovation but overall things were comfortable. We were located next to a stairwell that was noisy because of the doors slamming. In fact, all of the hotel room doors slammed when shut, which could be remedied when they remodel. There could've been better up keep around the grounds because things were not exactly kept up outside. The one grill had a nest in the burner section and the chair cushions under the pavilion needed replaced badly. This was my first time not ever having house cleaning come to the room until you leave so we had to get our own fresh towels and such but our carpet needed vacuumed and I had to buy sanitizing wipes to clean the bathroom because the toilet had stuff stuck to the seat and down the bowl. It wasn't the cleanest but the people are what made a better stay.

I really liked the kitchenette in the room and the close proximity to restaurants. Our room was very clean, and the hotel was pet friendly, so we were able to bring our dog. We were having our AC system removed and a new system installed which required us to leave our home for a couple of days (there was no AC during the process) and the weather was in the mid 90s and above. We enjoyed our stay.

Located in the outer Northeast suburbs off US-80, it is near many of the more desired forms of consumer retail and restaurant venues. There's an AMC cineplex a half-mile West. They have a small gym on the 1st floor, as well as a COVID era Snack area which I did not use. The room was clean, spacious enough, with lots of outlets. The remote was a little underwhelming for browsing purposes. The shower curtain was cloth, making showering a chore! Great shower-head , my main complaint would be the quarter panel curtains! The safety lighting from the parking lot is of course a super bright LED! There's no way to blacken the room to get to sleep! Surprisingly expensive daily rates in Columbus in relation to my travels, and no it is not inflation!

It really does not seem like much care has been taken in these rooms. The first room looked like there was a party gone bad with dirty and damaged walls and dirty refrigerator. The second room was in better condition but was dusty, the carpet was dirty and there were long hairs everywhere in the bathroom. My daughter was sniffing and sneezing every time we entered the room so I checked the AC which was really dirty. They did come the next morning to clean it though. On the plus side the bed is comfortable and the rooms are somewhat spacious. The silver lining is a staff member who really cares. She quickly and efficiently changed rooms for us and tried to track down a tub stopper for my disabled and elderly mother. The stopper didn't work, but at least she tried to help. The other staff members were also friendly. Unfortunately, I won't be staying there again.

This hotel was clean the best it could because it is a dated facilities but it seems like some rooms are more updated than others. We just happen to get an older room this time compared to last time so the stay felt dingy and dirty and old. Staff was nice though. Not too bad for the area.

The room was perfect. Not fancy, but clean and had everything you need. Full sized refrigerator, real 4 cup coffee pot, sink, 2 stove eyes, dishwasher and microwave. There were utensils and cups in the cabinets. Nice bathroom and shower. Will definitely stay here again.

I came here for daughter’s basic training graduation for 3 nights. It was super quiet as far as the other guest. The only complaint was when everyone including us close the room doors it slammed very loud and the water in the shower wasn’t hot enough it was baby warm. Other than that it was fine!

This hotel was very much misleading as far as it's website. Was not stated that room would not be cleaned, at all, would have to especially request necessities like fresh towels and toilet paper. Air-conditioning was sub par, going completely hot and cold at times. Website advertised pet friendly but no mention of fees until upon inquiry a day later after calling. Rude clerk, rude manager. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Woken up around 5:30 am with a lot of noise Sounded like a movie in above the room. Continued up to 7:00 am when we gave up sleeping. Went to the front desk to see what was going on with the noise. Their response was what noise. It proceeded down from there. No concern from either one. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. See why the parking lot is empty.

they have a little shelter and food for a kitty on the property I absolutely love this!! The only drawback was that I was expecting a breakfast but they do have items you can buy just no breakfast area. For the price it is nice staff is amazing and no real complaints.
