Close the city center. The surroundings are beautiful. Nice Restaurant and the fried pudding dessert is outstanding. The Roof top just Breathtaking. The Valet guys very friendly and very promptly to help and serve. The fitness center very complete! I love the cozy lobby. The people that work at the hotel very courteous. The interior decoration design beautiful, you have to stop and observe every detail.

The night clerk accidentally charged my account twice for $730. The money could not be returned until after we checked out at the end of the week. The manager helped ease the financial burden and gave us a gift card for their restaurant which was very kind of him. The elevators are very slow and there isn’t access to the stairs from the lobby. Our shower door would not open properly, causing our girls to get stuck in the shower. The pool was closed on the 4th due to someone getting sick in it… this was very inconvenient as it was nearly 100° out. There was an old candy bar found under our couch cushion and the bed made a terrible noise every time my daughter moved. There were no mirrors but in the bathroom and no where to put our used towels. However, the hotel is clean and beautiful, and the staff was very kind to us. I can’t speak more highly about Steve for working so hard to reverse the extra charges on my card. The charges were not reversed but his effort was noteworthy. Customer service is absolutely their best quality and I can appreciate that.

The property was great. Friendly staff. The phone in the room wasn’t working. No one said anything about that but the staff was aware at checkout. The room was ‘cleaned’ but bed was not made. Ironing board was not folded. Towels were replaced but bath mat was taken and not replaced. Coffee/sugar was not restocked. Cups were. Bathroom was not cleaned. Restaurant on the roof was amazing. Valet were very helpful and friendly. Location was great to walk down to Broadway. Front desk at check in and check out was wonderful as well.

This was a solo trip. My stay was exceptional!! The room was amazingly clean and the shower was great!!! I just wish I could have stayed one more day. The staff was nice and professional!!! It was in a great location. I will be back!!!!

There were several issues regarding our stay. The issues started with the fire alarm that went off early evening that everyone had to go up and down the steps until it was all clear. Our next issue was regarding the phone in our room not working to call down for in room service or valet. Another issue was someone knocking on our door on two separate occasions and took off. We believe it was due to us being 1 room down from the stairs. Our last issue was there were hairs around the base of the left side of the toilet that were wiped up by my fiancé. All in all, those were the issues we had. The hotel itself is a good hotel but the issues we had weren’t received well by my fiancé and myself

My husband was washing his face with a face cloth in the bathroom. A long strand of hair ended up in his mouth that was on the cloth. He was completely disgusted and called the front desk immediately. The front desk offered complementary breakfast. The next morning at breakfast, I ordered the brisket and egg meal. As I was taking my third of fourth bite of food, I noticed a short curly hair in my eggs; possibly an eyelash or facial hair. I immediately notified my server, who notified the manager. The manager offered to remake the meal. We got it to go because at that point it was close to checkout time. The brisket in the re-cooked meal was over-cooked and tough. No hair in the food, but the meal was horrible. Just a horrible, hairy experience for NYE.

The rooms were updated and clean, and the staff were nice but a bit aloof. However, the Coffee maker and the remote for the TV in the room didn't work. Staff replaced the remote but not the coffee maker. They don't provide complimentary coffee in the lobby, so there was no coffee for this must-have coffee guy in the AM!

I was in town on business. My favorite hotel in Columbus was fully booked, so I booked this similarly price hotel. I've stayed at Hotel Indigos in other towns, but this one failed to live up to any reasonable standard of quality or guest comfort. My cutesy room had no desk and intermittent heat. The indifferent staff was barely competent and mostly unhelpful. I will never again book a Hotel Indigo any where in the world.

Amazing hotel! Great views of the river and beautiful rooms. Staff was great. Our bartender, Emory, was a Godsend offering support and a kind ear after saying goodbye to my son after his Army graduation. She made the stay memorable. Book fast though because they sell out quickly!

I would highly suggest the river view rooms. It was so nice! The hotel room was spacious and my wife loved the couch with reading nook detail. Staff was very professional and welcoming. We loved the stay and would return. The parking garage is nearby not to far walk to the hotel.

From the moment I arrived, I knew I had made the right choice! Louis, who parked my car seemed as if he’d been waiting on me to arrive, and Maureen, who checked me in greeted me like an old friend. The room was beautiful and clean. The server at the Rooftop bar ( which was BEAUTIFUL !!) was very friendly, efficient and could mix great drinks! For some reason, e we couldn’t get the A/C in our room to cool below 72 degrees. Fortunately, it wasn’t a hot weekend, so it wasn’t unpleasant, just not as cool as I typically like my room to be. However, when I told Tyeshia at the front desk, about it, she sent someone to look at it and gave me vouchers for free breakfast! She was so kind and tried to make it better. They weren’t able to fix the problem, but it wasn’t enough of an issue for it to ruin our stay, and breakfast was fabulous!! I will definitely be back!

First, the staff was friendly and I do not blame them for the issues I encountered. I was placed in a room on the 7th floor near the restaurant. For whatever reason people kept going in and out the doors that lead into the room hallways. This was so loud and continued late into the night and again in the early morning. I got maybe 3 hours of sleep because of the noise levels. Yes, I called to politely complain about the noise and the staff were nice but first said it was the restaurant people and then she was corrected and told to tell me that it was just people going in and out of the hallway. Either way, nothing was done and getting this room was entirely pointless. The room itself was nice but it needs to be maintained better, there was sticky stuff on the floor, hand prints on the mirror and window, a broken to holder and random white paint smears. The fact is, this hotel is way too expensive to have these kind of issues. Shame.

I needed to call multiple times to have house keeping send up an extra blanket and it took hours to arrive. Each one of our room service orders was missing an item, every single time. I felt bad having to call room service repeatedly to have them bring up missing food or drinks. The shower was also very slippery and lacked a mat. I hat to lay down a towel so I would slip. I also slammed my finger in the handle of the sliding bathroom door. The door needs to have a stopper or a soft close, or the handle needs to be repositioned. That aside, the staff were apologetic and kind. The bed was comfy. The hotel lobby was clean, modern and comfortable. I think the service can be greatly improved with better staff training, bathroom safety issues and systems in place.

Horrible experience. Had to change rooms 3 times. 1st room had 1 bed..booked 2 beds. Second room was a handicap accessible room that looked like we were in a dungeon and the mattresses were almost on the floor. The third room was ok but it wasn’t a river view and didn’t have a couch. The person working at the desk kept blaming our mishaps on hotels.com and he was very rude. He said moving forward we shouldn’t book through you all because you’re a third party and you all always mess up people’s rooms. Our first stay at this hotel was great but this time it was horrible and we will NOT stay there again.

We had such a great time!!! All the staff made us feel right at home. Everyone we came in contact with made us feel welcomed (Mercedes, the valet staff, the bartender on the rooftop bar, security at the upstairs bar on Friday night, and the lady that checked us in) they all provided outstanding customer service. My wife and I already have been talking about if we was to ever come back, this will be the hotel we’re gonna stay in and we will also be looking for this hotel chain for future trips. Thank you so much for making our short trip that much pleasant.

The check in was fine. However, when we tried to check out and get our vehicle out of the Valet, my husband stood out in the cold this morning for over 45 minutes waiting for the valet to bring us our car. After waiting over 45 minutes and the valet still had not brought us our car, we remembered we had an extra fob in my luggage and went to the garage and retrieved our car ourselves. Then it took another 5 minutes for the valet to find our original fob. Very frustrating!!

Upon check-in, I was told that someone else had already checked into my room. I don’t know if they had a drivers license that had my name on it or if the staff just missed something, but I was extremely disappointed in the way it was handled. I was shown another room, however, it was actually scary to know that someone was able to walk in and check into my room. I felt like the hotel was not as concerned for my safety as they could have been. They also didn’t seem too concerned about my inconvenience… It took much longer to check in , and I was going to an event And ended up late due to the mixup.

Very nice place to stay right on the riverfront with great views of the Chattahoochee river. It's a little pricy for Columbus, GA but not out of line with other places we've stayed recently. The rooms a well appointed and the beds are comfortable. All of the employees we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Really fun rooftop bar. You can walk almost everywhere you would want to go in Columbus. Be prepared for about a 30% upcharge for local taxes and fees on your bill.

I was excited about staying here when I came to see some family and friends but the ball was dropped when someone decided that the kitchen should close an hour earlier than it should have been. There wasn’t really a reason given, but what I can assume is that the folks on the rooftop were too cold and didn’t want to stay out much longer. That was a bit disappointing.

We had trouble checking in because the second room was placed under our guest’s name and it caused issues finding the room and checking us in. When I went over to the bar the bartender, Victor, immediately handed me a delicious triple shot drink that you couldn’t even taste the bourbon. We visited the bar several times due to Victor and his amazing knowledge as a mixologist and his charming personality. The service industry needs far more Victors than I can count!

This was my families first time staying at Hotel Indigo. My niece was graduating from college & myself & my daughters stayed here to attend the graduation. The stay was very nice and our room overlooked the river at the riverwalk. Check in was easy and pleasant. The valet parking staff were superb. The only thing we did NOT like was the room service when we ordered breakfast food. It was horrible. I repeated my order 3 times and the restaurant representative repeated it back 3 times to me and they still didn’t get the order right. The food looked old and not cooked fresh for room service. We saved $ and time by eating with family and at the other local restaurants near the hotel and paid less for hot and way better tasting food. Other than that everything else was Great. We will definitely stay here again.
