The first room we were given had a strong odor and the floors were sticky. They kindly moved us the next morning and the second room smelled much better. We selected the hotel with the anticipation of grilling on the pictured gas grills, under the pavilion. However, the property did not have gas grills. They had a single charcoal grill. A very small grill, definitely not what was advertised in the photos.

The property is in a good quaint location and the staff was very polite. It seems like it has gone through renovation but you can tell that the rooms still needed more work (the door had holes from where the old lock was, the toilet didn’t flush well etc). I think the property has some neglect from the corporate or perhaps there are some planning issues on site. Even though there was kitchen, there were no paper or regular kitchen towels - the staff said they were out. No pots, hardly anything in the kitchen cabinets. The fridge door was put on the wrong way and almost hitting the door lock when trying to open it. The wifi was sketchy at best, we tried to watch a movie but it kept getting interrupted due to poor wifi. Ice machine wasn’t working and could only dispense water. I brought all this to the staff at the front desk but they couldn’t do anything except to note those things. Overall, I think the hotel has potential but it needs more attention either from the corporate or on site - they need to bring in a solid maintenance guy for a day or two plus IT guy or gal and just have a good walkthrough and fix things. Big plus - no carpet in the room, I liked that very much

Most of the staff was friendly. However the dryers were broken. There was not enough silverware for the kitchenette. When we would ask for a trash bag or dish soap or towels it was made out to be an inconvenience for the staff. The pool was GREAT! It was very clean and lots of seating. There were a TON of people smoking weed on property and the smell lingered in the halls.

Nice pool and outdoor spaces that have shade. Super comfortable bed and soft sheets - we slept so well! Kitchenettes were bare bones and microwave had seen better days. Bring paper plates and plasticware if you plan to cook in your room. Shows a little wear and tear, but would stay there again.

The people are nice that work there. But the breakfast and coffee was terrible this time. All the chairs by the pool are ripped. And whenever you need towels you have to take your dirty ones to the main counter and wait hours for clean ones.

Great outdoor space with plenty of seating and shade. Pool was enjoyable. Slept so well on comfy bed with world’s softest sheets. Kitchen was disappointing- no silverware, rusty microwave, and the assortment of pans, dishes, and utensils was random at best. Breakfast staff seemed to be tasked with scaring away anyone who thought they wanted breakfast, instead of actually providing enough plates, silverware, and food.

The room could have been a little more clean, like the walls and the floor. The tub faucet dripped, the toilet paper roll didn't fit the holder. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was ok, could have had a more variety breakfast. Very disappointed that there was no outdoor grill as shown in the booking photo, it would have been nice to grill and went swimming. Parking was great no problems there. Overall ok with the experience.

The room was terribly dirty & stunk to high heaven. Grease was built up under the rings if the stove eyes. Side of the fridge has grease build up. Didn’t look like anything had been dusted for months. I was terribly disappointed

While the staff was great the place is a little dated and the room was not clean the walls needed wiped down and the floor needs scrubbed the tub needed a good scrub to the elevator is a bit sketchy and needs cleaned and the area it’s in is just nasty !!! And I did not feel very safe and the free breakfast let’s just say my dog didn’t even like it I would not stay here again !

Well there are so many I do not know where to start , I selected this hotel in reviews. The reviews have nothing to do with it. I don’t know if they just changed the reviews they get or what but this hotel was nothing but nasty. I will not pay $112 to stay here ever again, just going in the entrance , I was oh know I made an mistake joke on me and for breakfast don’t let get me started I will never finish nasty. the breakfast look like it was made three days ago. Some of the stuff were nice. The rooms were just disgusting. I don’t even know where to start. I mean for me to have to go out and buy bleach to clean the tub and dirt just coming off of it was just unreal. We stay because my son was graduating from the army a close an it would have taken a lot to find another place, there was a lot of people going for their soldiers.

I only stayed for two nights, and I told the hotel secretary if I had stayed longer, I would’ve made more of a fuss, but I was only in town for business, so I didn’t mind much. Ice machine was broken one day, however, a friendly staff member went to the back after breakfast and got me some ice for my ice bucket. The toilet didn’t flush most of the time and got clogged once. When I went to get breakfast, I grabbed a yogurt and realized that it was a week or so out of date however they did have in date ones that I went back to get. On my first of two nights I stayed up a little late on my phone and noticed a roach crawling on my bed. Check out, said to clean my dishes before leaving however, there was no sponge available to me to clean the dishes with. Despite all of this, I had a decent time for the short day that I had with the most amazing and friendly staff I have ever met at any hotel.

Our room was filled with roaches, the bathroom light kept going out. The door to the room was had to open and close. The mattress was very dirty. The wood paneling feel off the bottom of the cabinet. The shower was dirty when we first arrived. However they did refund us our pet deposit.

The room we stayed in had slash marks in the chair, the bathroom door wouldn’t close because someone had kicked it in it looks like, there were scratches all over the door frame, a dirty towel in the bathroom, there was no latch on the front door, and there was a blood stain on the comforter. We also never got clean towels when we stayed there for 5 days…

I really liked the big fridge and stove in the room. However we were on the 1st floor and all you could hear all day and night was loud banging from people walking, running above us. the tv's color was way off and couldn't fix it. Also the little store by the office was badly under stocked. Had boxes of stuff that were just empty. But the Walmart was right across the street. All in all I would give it 3***.

The first room we checked into the door didn’t locked at all. Even we locked it. I could push the door open. The young lady at that desk was able to move us to a room that locked properly and was an upgrade. So thank you for that. Parking was very easily accessible. I would say that I found a receipt from like 3/4 months old and debris on the floor . Which makes believe that the cleaning it’s not done thoroughly. Other than that everything else was great

Staff was very friendly even at 1am when I arrived. They were also very helpful with having my daughter & my daughter in law’s room keys and paperwork ready. They were an hour behind me in travel and the staff looked out for them. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

The front desk staff was friendly. Couldnt get my room clean until the last day I stayed there. Housekeeping dodnt leave bath soap after we used it all. There was bugs in the rooms. Not very happy with it. Breakfast didnt have have plates or bowels. The breakfast really sucked too.

Only one person working the front desk and was completely overwhelmed. The room had skin and hair all over the floor by the bed and there was no shampoo in the bottle in the shower or any complimentary toiletries. The elevator was extremely unsafe and shook the entire time. The hallways are a sauna and the toilets are made for children. Definitely will not be staying again.

I like the ladys from the desk they pretty help full and treat you nice , what i dont like is that they dont clean even if you ask , i ask 2 and i was there for 5 days and nothing , the other thing i didnt like is the atittude of the girl from breakfast, the food finish and she dont restock the breakfast and on top of that she look at you bad and then she desapiere, like she dont Care of you get breakfast or not ….. but then the rest is good .

There were several issues. 1) Bed linens had stains 2) No one would pick up our towels to replace them 3) Next day, no towels were available, waited 16 hours for clean towels 4) No one came to the room at all to see if we needed anything as far as towels, fresh linens, trash bags...etc for 3 days. I couldn't tell you what they're housekeeping staff looks like. Overall, bad experience.

Web we arrived at the hotel the front desk was empty, nobody there to help us with the checking. I called to the hotel, clapped my hands, knocked the staff door and nothing. After 30 minutes, the lady arrived on front desk to help us. She was sleeping, we could hear she snoring.

There is a nice covered outdoor area for barbecues and picnics. There is no housekeeping, but you can ask for fresh towels. It's close to Fort Moore, if you're visiting someone there. There's a Walmart close by.

the description of the hotel on expedia makes it appear too notch. the location is ghetto. Run down and burned building right by hotel. however, the hotel is located back and nestled in trees and hidden away which was nice. Hotel is older. had an issue with my expedia payment Ns staff and owner were polite the bfast is VERY minimal - one bread choice - white- one fruit. 2 cereals BUT the price was 300 for 3 days

Was close to Fort Moore and convenient to get there. The area is a little sketchy with signs in the parking lot saying management was not responsible for theft or damage to your vehicle. There is an appearance of many security cameras in the parking lots and hallways. My room was ok the bed seemed clean but the room smelled like a deep fryer. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was the best part! You can make waffles and there were eggs and sausage and juice and coffee:) if you book through a third party like Travelocity they charge your card $100 which is refunded within 7-10 business days so that was weird. Plus you pay an extra $5 for something but I’m not sure what. I chose the hotel because it was slightly cheaper and it was not worth doing that.

This is a very convenient location to downtown river walk area and Ft Benning. The interior rooms are nice and the mattresses they use are wonderful. We slept great! Minimum breakfast but enough variety. Thanks for having a coffee/tea station. Nice staff. Enjoyed rocking chairs out on back patio.

Front desk associate at check in was AMAZING!!! Like the pool are and outside sitting area. Best part was how close it was to Fort Moore army base made it easy to spend more time with my soldier. Walmart is right across the stress which was extremely convenient. Room itself have a studio apartment vibe. Highly recommend

The room was not clean. There was sticky stains on the hard floors by the bed and in bathroom. The sticky stuff was large spots to. The floor was not swept or mopped. When we ate breakfast the lady working was so rife and kept hollaring at my daughter telling her what to do and how to make her food. (She is 17 and very well aware how to operate making breakfast)

The lady thats in the kitchen putting the eggs n sausage because thats all she gives is VERT RUDE ALWAYS LOOKING AT YOU WHAT YOUR GRABBING AND HOW MUCH YOUR PUTTING ON YOUR PLATE She tells you not to get more then 2 cups of coffee... Snacks and miscellaneous shelves were half empty. When asked to the desk staff her answer was that management needs to buy things. Complementary Breakfast could have a better Choice and better taste Halls needs more maintenance: smell not so good
