I chose this hotel for the indoor pool, the pool temperature was incredibly cold, too cold to get in. Asked the front desk what the temperature was and they did not know nor did they care and said the temperature could not be increased, nobody was in the pool all weekend. I would have chosen a cheaper place without a pool if I knew in advance the pool was too cold to get in.

Booked this hotel (which was a little more expensive than neighboring hotels) because of the pool. However, we arrived to a sign that said the pool was closed. The front desk clerk couldn't have been less interested in our frustration that this was our reason for booking at this specific hotel and offered no compensation for the inconvenience or even an apology. Aside from the woman working at breakfast who smiled at us, the staff in general didn't seem to be very friendly. However, the hotel is clean. The breakfast options were very good. Our alarm clock in our room was broken and made a weird noise all night but we thought it would be useless to mention it to the front desk. Housekeeping doesn't come in daily so just know that. Overall, it was a decent stay but disappointed that they advertise there is a pool but we got the impression that it hasn't been in use for awhile and won't be for a while in the future.

Staff was amazing and super accomodating from the start! I had to call them a couple of times because I was late to my reservarion but they made sure everything went smooth once I arrived. Front desk ladies were very nice and answered all my questions. Rooms were nice and clean. Pool was a little too cold to actually use but the weather outside was also not the best. I wish they had a heated option. Overall very nice hotel, will be coming back again next year! Also everything is like a 5-10 min walk. Walmart, Wawa, Texas Roadhouse is like right in front. Very pleased with my stay!

Staff was rude and inconsiderate. Not to mention accusatory of erroneous allegations. Staff came to my room after i already checked in and asked to see my ID. Said i was not registered as a guest!! Im furious. Staff member never apologized. Also kicked me guests out for celebrating my sons 6th birthday and said we are not allowed to swim

Very good experience, customer service very cordial and courteous. Facilities , room very comfortable and super clean. My only disappointment was unable to use the pool during my stay ; perhaps there should be kids hours and adult hours so we all can enjoy it .

Everything was nice. The food delivery service was very convenient during my staycation. But when the air turned on it smelled like mildew for a few seconds. It would be nice to have different types of tea instead of decaf and regular. Other than those things the stay was really nice.

The carpets in our room were disgusting. We had to wear shoes the entire time im the room because there was a stickiness to the floors. Shoes would get stuck, almost like they cleaned the carpets but left a horrible residue..... Was looking for a place to book a wedding party floor but will not after this.

My sister and I both agree that our room was very clean. My sister was not pleased about the sheets being tucked in all around the bed, but she made do. My bed was comfortable but the pillows are too soft (I'm used to contour memory foam). We had room service and it was excellent. Food was good. My sister enjoyed her shower. This was our second time at this hotel and we will definitely be back.

Get a back room, lovely view of woods with turtle pond, deer, woodchucks, birds, etc. Not much closet space and could use a table for eating room service, but otherwise OK. Lots to do in the area.

1st off the hotel charged my credit card for $861.60 and my check out receipt was total $411.60. Should never have happened ****** TV had issues with picture quality ever few minutes. Breakfast was ok but nothing to speak of.

I rented 2 rooms. I went to check in and one room wasn’t “ready” or clean. When it was finally done, the second room was on a separate floor. Asked for a cot but due to being short staffed, the person couldn’t leave the front desk to get one but said they could at 10pm. The staff never came with the cot. The bathroom soap “cleanse” was not in the box so on the display was just an empty box for show. The shower had refilled “dove” wash/shampoo/conditioner containers but there is no way it was dove. Almost like they refilled the containers with a cheap alternative. Won’t stay here again.

We reserved a SUITE on Expedia. We arrived to check in around 10pm but our room was given away to people who apparently mistakenly reserved for February. After a half hour of waiting, we finally were given a standard room, and we were told that they would not give us any refund for the extra price we paid for the suite. I like the convenience of booking on Expedia but my patience is wearing thin.

We liked the idea of the suite because of traveling with family and needed sleep accommodations for six. In other hotels when we've gotten the suite, it comes with two bathrooms so it was a bit disappointing that we didn't have two bathrooms. The breakfast was great; however, they have published hours of 7AM - 10AM on weekends and holidays which they did not honor on Memorial Day. They were closed when we came to get breakfast at 9:35 AM on Memorial Day.
