First impressions, the staff was friendly when checking in. They were doing some construction in the unit above ours and it was very loud. The room was very clean besides a few fruit snack wrappers tucked into the side chairs. The room was beautiful and totally worth paying the extra money for a beach view. I loved all the mirrors, had lots of picture opportunities. We didn’t check any of the amenities out but they did have binoculars and board games in the room for a cozy night in. On another note , I may have missed when booking but it’s a shared balcony rather than a private one.

My friend and I stayed in condo 2 w/ocean view. The view and room overall was perfect, although dated. The shower has minimal pressure and if someone flushed or turn water on in the kitchen, you might get burned. The man bed is firm and the murphy is a memory foam style. The beach access is directly in front of the sliding glass door. I believe I counted 88 steps. It's doable but even kids were struggling. Speaking of kids, the people in room 1 let their kids run around at 7 A.M. How do I know? You hear everything in the rooms that are connected to yours. My friend could even hear someone say "shhh". There's no elevators, you even have 5 steps down on the 1st floor rooms. Keep that in mind when out running around. Those 5 steps become your own personal K2. Not counting the extra stairs doing to the 2nd and 3rd floor. Plan accordingly. for the front office, great staff and info provided. They also have beach toys for kids to check out. Did not utilize the Rec room, but looking in the windows, looks like it would keep people entertained while raining ruins plans. The greenery and flowers are gorgeous, the calla lilies are magnificent.
