I would highly recommend this property. The house is beautiful and well stocked. The fishing dock was large and all of us could fish together and socialize or launch boat on property. We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The boat ramp on site was perfect to unload my 20ft bass boat and we caught a ton of catfish right off the dock. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Not much from a restaurant standpoint, so bring the food you need! Hope to come back and enjoy some fishing in cooler weather.

The only issue with the stay was, it’s not a private dock when you have somebody else’s boat sitting in the dock! Had really bad storms and couldn’t utilize the dock due to somebody’s boat being stored in the slip. Overall, it was a great day!

The property was beautiful, but could use some cleaning of debris in the yard. There is a boat in the boat slip that looks like it hasn't been used in years. We think the guests should be able to use the covered boat slip. I left a few suggestions for the property owner which he said he appreciated. Over all, we had a great time and caught many fish.

The property that this house is on is unreal with plenty of shoreline and a great fishing pier. The house has a unique layout, but isnt a deterring factor. I came for a bachelor party weekend and for my application, it was perfect!
