What a gem? We stayed at Spring Creek motel when visiting Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse monuments. We enjoyed sitting on the chairs outside our room. There were ample towels in the room for 3 adults. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

This is located right in the hills so since we are there to ride the trails on 4 wheelers its the perfect location. Also they have all the stuff needed to relax and enjoy the view in the morning and evenings.

The rooms had assigned parking I think. There were numbers in front of parking spaces I assumed for the room number... but the 2 nights I stayed there, there was an atv parking in my spot. It was no biggie bcs at check in i don\'t recall if assigned parking was disclosed. It\'s close to mt. Rushmore. Very cute little place that had space to the side of the premises for you to bon fire, make memories and play "bags", enjoy the beautiful outdoor and the exotic mountain views. The check in girl was really nice and soft spoken, and the fur baby that accompanied her was the most beautiful. Fur baby was pure white and also so very respectful. WI will definitely return and stay here over and over again.

It was quiet and pleasant with a small outdoor space. There were gas Bbq’s to use but in poor condition so we opted not to use. First place we encountered on our 52 day trip where one has to pay for ice

Loved the quaint accommodation. If you’re looking to get away from everything this is the place. You anre only a few minutes from town and Mount Rushmore. There is a playground for the kids and an outdoor fireplace for those cool evenings

They leave your door unlocked and the key on the table inside instead of giving you the key at the desk, check-out was the same process. I enjoyed the outdoor seating throughout the property. The room was pretty average, but thoroughly cleaned. The walls are very thin! Luckily both neighbors, both nights, quieted down before 11pm.

The gentleman who checked us in was very kind. The overall place is a dump! So dirty, cracks in the walls, linoleum in bathroom cracked, vanity lights did not turn on, dirt in window sills and all over the corners of the floor. The carpet had stains everywhere, the bathroom toilet seat was broken, the place smelled, it was awful I couldn’t get out fast enough. Not to mention the smoking guests! The cigarette smoke was all over the parking area close to EVERY door of every room. It was an all around sketchy establishment. Oh and the door wouldn’t stay shut, we had to SLAM IT for it to stay out and the top lock didn’t work. Not safe.

Place is adorable! Beds were super comfy. Rooms were awesome with decor and details. Think we’ll rent a cabin there next yr. Receptionist was helpful and informative. She would be seen walking around and talking with people staying there. You don’t really see that nowadays.

Very nice area right in the hills. We can tob ride for wheelers and were able to ride right from the inn. Would definetly stay there again. The folks running the offices were super nice.

Cute affordable place but does need some upgrades. Carpeting in bad shape and needs to be removed and replaced with wooden floors if possible. Need blackout curtains because the blinds let too much light in. Staff was nice. Affordable. Convenient and close to the town, shops and dining facilities and major attractions
