At first the property appeared a bit "sketchy" but after finding our room and settling in it was not bad for the price. We did only have half of a TP roll for 2 people and had some trouble getting front to answer but eventually were able to get some. The bed was comfortable and overall the room was decent for the price we paid.

Just a lot of weeds in open area, .just a general clean up. The room was fine, clean. Needs some updating in the bathroom, but lots of hot water and good pressure. I really did not have a problem with the room, I was there for a week, had lots of people come in for just 1 night. I was only in the room for the evening and night.

It was convenient for our need but it was lacking in many areas. The room was missing 7 light bulbs, the Kureg didn’t work, ants in the bath tub, thick dust on the fan blades. The room was big but had no dresser or mirror.

This is a great budget minded place to stay.Even though construction of a partial remodel was taking place it wasn’t a problem. All the staff is kind thoughtful and very helpful. The room was big the bed was comfortable tv worked great and the sheets clean. Spacious bath area with plenty of hot water clean linen and cold A/C.This an older property so don’t expect new and shiny. If your staying in pilot point I recommend this place and would gladly stay again

Front entry to check in was a work zone. Unsafe! Rooms were dirty. From linens to half used bathroom tissue roll. Door to room would only lock with key and loose knobs and screws where you could also see daylight around the door. Only because I booked online with no refund possibility for a $150 dollar room I would of gladly passed it up if it wasn’t that it was the only one available at the time.

Actual room looked nothing like the pictures. Looked extremely old and dirty. Ended up not even staying the night and driving to a different town.

Manager was friendly and kind which ai appreciated tremendously since we were there for a funeral. Hotel is an old hotel with traditional keys and big rooms which we enjoyed. The pool looked nice and clean but we didnt get to enjoy it. The beds were were comfortable. The rooms were nice and with beautiful wood floors. Keep in mind this is an older hotel and has the charm of one and no high end frills which was good for us. The only complaint was air conditioners could be updated since its texas with over 100° but the rooms cooled down nice at dark. We will definitively return if in the area

Carpet was old and stained, shower stall was broken and caulked back together, mattress was thin and springy. I couldn't charge my devices overnight because the light switch controlled all the lights and plugs.

The room was in poor condition. Only two light fixtures in the whole room/bathroom had lightbulbs in them. It was hard to lock it unlock the door. The bathroom was dirty and had ants! The outlet next to the bed was controlled by the wall switch. I wouldn't recommend this motel to my worst enemy!

Dingy, dusty, water damaged room! For this cost, I expect more!! Broken toilet paper holder repaired very badly. Tub leaked & flooded bathroom. Electrical outlets didn’t work. Coffee maker & pods but no cups provided to have coffee.

Hotel staff is very friendly and accomodating. Room was nice but could use a good cleaning. Head board is covered in dust. All of our towels and washcloths had dark stains on them. They were kind enough to give us clean towels fresh out of the dryer, which had stains on them as well. We were here for a business trip. My wife stayed in the room to work remotely while was away working for the day. I believe this is the first hotel we've ever stayed at that did not have any kind of table or chair in the room. She had to do her work and eat on the bed, as that is the only furniture to sit on. Hotel is convenient being right on the highway. Overall, our stay was good but with a few improvements could've been better.

the guy at the desk was very friendly. the shower bottom has a crack in it so when you shower water goes all over the floor, not only in the bathroom but in the room. its not a recent issue because the trim is brown everywhere (was painted white). this place is like stepping back into the 70's. the towels were stained 9 (a lot not just one little spot), the sheets were nasty and stained as well (gross). we slept on top of the blanket. it was a place to lay your head but.....

The room was clean when we came in but the ac wasn't on until he came to the room to turn it on so in the Texas heat, the room was warm. After the ac was up and running, the room stayed cool the rest of the stay. There weren't any extra towels or toilet paper unless we asked for them. One bed had a dead cricket in the sheets when the bed was turned down. There are gaps in the door to the outside causing bugs to come in. The ac unit seemed to not have been used recently because, on the second day, small bugs were dead right around it as if they blew out of the ac. Cleaning was not provided throughout our 5-day stay but we didn't ask for it either. If you only need a place to sleep and shower, this would be ok to stay but if you need a place to hang out, probably should go somewhere else.

For my needs it was excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was dated and a little worn, but it was very clean. The shower worked great. No issues with hot water. The beds were worn-out, but clean. I had no issues sleeping during the day, the room was well insulated. The a/c worked great.

I had to rent 3 rooms for some of my workers who were in the area from Austin. This hotel took excellent care of them, even upgrading a couple rooms for free. My guys, who usually complain no matter where i put them, were incredibly happy with the staff and the lodging. I highly recommend.

At first the property appeared a bit "sketchy" but after finding our room and settling in it was not bad for the price. We did only have half of a TP roll for 2 people and had some trouble getting front to answer but eventually were able to get some. The bed was comfortable and overall the room was decent for the price we paid.

It was convenient for our need but it was lacking in many areas. The room was missing 7 light bulbs, the Kureg didn’t work, ants in the bath tub, thick dust on the fan blades. The room was big but had no dresser or mirror.

Old, but fairly clean. Towels were old and dingy. AC worked well and it was convenient for our trip. Beds were cheap and hard, but it all worked.

Dingy, dusty, water damaged room! For this cost, I expect more!! Broken toilet paper holder repaired very badly. Tub leaked & flooded bathroom. Electrical outlets didn’t work. Coffee maker & pods but no cups provided to have coffee.

I do not recommend this place. The pictures on the website are deceiving. The sheets had stains. The tv only had one channel. The room was very muggy. The pool was a storage place for wood.
