Quick checkin and clean room. Breakfast could use another hot option. Milk was expired as well. We could hear every car drive by our room all night- it was loud. Get rid of the rusty drinking fountains in the pool area.

The pool has way too many chemicals in it. Burned my eyes just walking in there for 10 seconds but burned my kids eyes and they’ve been coughing all day. Test the water!!! Drain a bunch and dilute it!!!

Everything was good. Wendy at the front desk couldn't have been nicer. The only thing I can suggest is, please do something about the stale smell in the rooms. I've been to many hotels recently and this is the only one that has "that smell"

The room was spotless. I am a little OCD when I go into a hotel room. I use Clorox wipes. I clean bathroom, light switches, tabletops, etc. I did not find any dirt. When a room is very clean I obsess on finding dust/dirt. The tops of bed boards were even clean!! The breakfast available was standard. I would definitely stay there again.

Room was nice but not cleaned well:( garbage in can Room stunk so bad from something they cooked before us we had windows opened , air spray and candle the entire stay and could still smell the horrible food smell on the 3rd day Door handles were scummy Hotel Was nice room was spacious but they need to train or pay for good cleaning staff they are capable of have a beautiful hotel

Do not stay in Room 201!!! It is directly over the pool equipment and makes loud vibrating, buzzing, humming and other noises all night. I wasn’t aware of it when we checked in as we were tired , had thetv on etc. Two hours later we were awake and it was even vibrating the bed. The manager just laughed at us and said they rent that room all the time and people prefer that room! He laughed at us!! Because we got that room through a third party he couldn’t do anything about it. The least they could have done was warned us ahead of time so we could have upgraded or gone somewhere else!!! We noticed this morning there may be other rooms with similar problems as the soda machine was making very loud noises as was other equipment in the hallway!

The hotel itself is just fine. The people were great but the fact that you’re paying $181 to stay in Delano. And the fact that the beds are in my opinion as hard as a rock. They do have a pillow top on them, but it does nothing to help the prison feeling of that bed. Clean place nice people, but way too expensive. And 181 was the cheapest of the rooms they asked if I wanted to upgrade in that room would’ve cost me over $250

We were there for a wedding, and the bride and groom had a terrible time with their room, and they had a block set up and everything. This was their wedding, and I was very disappointed that their stay wasn't made more special, and that both nights they stayed, there were issues with the room. They gave the room to someone else, and then the night of their wedding, the staff accidentally checked them out of the hotel. Yeah, that's really bad. The elevator was out, and we had folks in the party with some bad knees. From this experience, I think this hotel can and should do better.

This hotel definitely deserves it's rating in the 9/10's! Super nice people at check-in and check-out. Very clean room, very comfy beds. I only docked the rating for the breakfast. If you are gluten sensitive you don't have much for choices. We stay in hotels 30-50 nights a year.....if they have hot breakfast, they always have eggs with bacon/sausage and a potato if we are lucky. This one had sausage gravy with biscuits and waffles.....the rest was cereal, sweet rolls, toast. There was apples and oranges ( my hubby is not a fruit eater) and a guest pointed out there was yogurt and hard boiled eggs in the refrigerator (I didn't notice the refrigerator at first as it looked like the one in our room-many hotels have glass front ones so you see the food inside). They offered regular and Greek yogurt, which I appreciated. The hard boiled eggs tasted funny. The facility itself was top notch as far as we could see.
