Great stay. Clean, spacious rooms. Lots of outdoor fun for the teens between pool, basketball court and mini golf putt. Breakfast had lots of options. Was right beside Disney Toy Story parking which was great for check out day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again with my family.

Incredibly clean, wonderful and kind staff. Huge pool and fire pits. Large breakfast, plenty for everyone! Anytime we needed anything, staff was super accommodating!! I am only bummed that Wednesday nights they have a social and provide soup/salad which we didn't know about and missed. Couple minute walk to Enterprise. Next door is Toy Story parking lot where you catch free shuttle to Disney. You go thru security right there, basically no line compared to actual Disney!! Will go again and again!!

The hotel is well situated not too far from Disney but walkable distance. The breakfast has a lot of options and the service is good. My only complaint was that when I was asked how my stay was going on the first day I complaint about their Peloton bike in their gym not connecting to the internet and I explained that I was an avid rider. They said they were going to tell engineering but the bike was never fixed

This hotel was perfect for our family. My kids loved the pool area. It was convenient for shopping and dining. And the toy story shuttle was so easy to get to Disney. We would stay here again.

Great hotel. Super close to Disneyland. Breakfast is good, and they have different food options each day. Hotel is clean and very well kept. Pool, hot tub area is nice and they project a movie at night. There is a basketball court and putting green as well. The suites are really big with full kitchen and full size appliances.

Great hotel for a Disney stay, awesome breakfast and staff. Right next door to the Toy Story parking lot. $35 parking per day and $200 incidental fee per room is a little steep. Everything else is awesome.

The hotel is nice, offers great breakfast and happy hour on Wednesdays. It is conveniently located steps away from Disneyland shuttle. The only issue we had were two huge cockroaches in the kitchen cabinet, but hotel staff took care of it quickly.

y checkin. The corridors and elevators were well maintained. Our room and bathroom were spotless. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner could be easily adjusted. The shuttle to Disneyland was around the corner so we didn’t have to drive our car. My husband is a clean freak. He said it was one of the cleanest hotels in which we have stayed. That says a lot since we have stayed in lots of places.

Checked into My room at 12am it was not clean toothpaste all over the sink and mirror and had no body wash in the shower. Called the front desk was told 3 calls ahead of me. Waited until 1am never brought it up to the room. Called the next morning didn’t bring it up until 3or 4pm. Also my family was assaulted by random lady who didn’t even stayed at the hotel.

The bed had dirty sheets. There was hair and dirt from the previous guests. When I notified the desk they acted as though I was bothering them. Also they charge for parking on top of the room rate. With so many other options I recommend to not stay here.

First off what we did enjoy were the very comfortable beds and pillows!! I was pretty disappointed in the room ventilation and the amount of plugs that worked. 3 of the lamps wouldn’t work due to the plugs not having power. We had 1 plug to use for our charging station which wasn’t near the bed. Overall was pretty overpriced for having no air in our room and inadequate lighting

Nice hotel. It is right next to the Toy Story shuttles so that was a nice treat to be able to walk to the shuttle. Breakfast that is offered is not the best and most of the outlets in our suite didn’t work so that was frustrating. Very clean hotel though!

We had a number of issues with our room. We needed a new mattress for the sofa bed, the garbage disposal was leaking and needed replacing, we needed a new skillet because the Teflon one provided was scratched. I just want to give the hotel staff 5 stars as the response time was amazing! They handled each one of these issues in a timely manner, with a smile on their face and a no problem attitude. I really appreciated the staff and would stay there again because of them.

We stayed 4 nights for a Disney trip. Easy walking distance to the Toy Story parking lot. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the large suite and free breakfast before heading out for the day. Only downside was the water pressure in the shower sucked. Might’ve been because we were on the fifth floor. Not a deal breaker though.

Spacious room, which was just what we needed for my daughter’s cheer competition. It was within walking distance to DT Disney and the convention center. Lots of food options and coffee options. Very clean, quiet, family friendly hotel! Their in hotel breakfast was quite the feast!

Nice stay in Anaheim. Proximity to Toy Story parking for Disney a plus. Hotel was clean and well maintained, very nice continental breakfast, friendly staff. We had a 2 queen suite with a kitchenette- full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, range and microwave, awesome and well stocked. Room space and layout was great! Great pool area and basketball court, lots of space to hang out. Nice Laundry facility. Downside- mattresses need replaced, 3 device maximum on WiFi, having to scan out of the parking lot was annoying, especially at checkout (I get scanning in). Overall, would definitely stay again, hopefully with mattress replacement

Super convenient and breakfaat included was a plus as we were able to eat easily with the family before Disneyland. Only gripe I have is the lady who checked us in was not only rude, but miserably hated her job. We had multiple families checking in, so it wasn't just me who experieced it and had the same feelings. I know its just a hotel check in but she did a great job at making us feel unwelcome or we were a major inconvenience to her. Other than that, its super quiet, pool area great. Room was great and the suite style was perfect to have with our little ones.

The staff really was above and beyond friendly and eager to help. I have been to Anaheim many times and stayed at many hotels - this has been my favorite so far. For the price point, the value is excellent. Not only are you staying in a clean property with very convenient access to park shuttles/convention center at only a short walk away, and the included breakfast is an extra perk! Definitely my new favorite option for Anaheim.

I booked the room for six people. As soon as we got in you could tell they didn’t set the room properly. The coffee machine area in the room wasn’t stocked. Great! Booked a whole kitchen and couldn’t make coffee our first morning waking up. Had to go downstairs for no reason. Not enough towels were in the room originally. They also said they don’t clean every day (housekeeping) only every other day. Okay, so we just requested towels and they didn’t even do that. After a long 14 hour day at Disney we had to call down to the desk at midnight to get some towels and wash cloths brought up. One day, they didn’t leave any wash cloths and we had to use our hands after walking in Disney all day! The next day when housekeeping was done they didn’t even make up one of the beds for the bunk bed. Point is- after a big long day at Disney, this isn’t the place you want to stay. The hotel is beautiful and affordable and who doesn’t love a continental breakfast- but due to the service I will definitely not be booking this hotel ever again. Service was very very poor. If you’re booking for your family, save yourself disappointment and frustration and book somewhere they will take care of you.

The Homewood Suites is clean, comfortable, and the studio I was in was very spacious with a kitchen and all the dishware, pots, pans and utensils you need to make a meal. Breakfast is free and has plenty of options on rotation every morning, and there's always hot coffee and tea available all day in the lobby. Saw plenty of people going to conventions, which is a short several minute walk to the Anaheim Convention Center. For Disneyland, people can walk to the next door Toy Story Lot for a free shuttle ride to Disneyland, or can walk to a nearby ART bus stop and pay to ride the public bus to Disneyland.

The front desk gentleman was very nice and helpful. The front desk always greeted you, even if you were on your way. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect for traveling to Disneyland. Right next to the Toy Story parking lot and close enough for a short walk to the park.

Wonderful 3 day, 4 night stay with 4yr old and 3 month old infant in tow. Daily breakfast was awesome with great selection each day - from the waffle bar, juice assortment, ice/water machine, milk, cereal options fruit/oatmeal/toppings bar, - bread/bagels/butter/jelly bar, yogurt - everything you could ask for. Will for sure come back for another visit.

The staff were marvellous, really helpful and accommodating. The reason for an average rating is the room itself. It has ripped up carpets, smells rather funky and the pull out sofa needed for a family of 5 was impossible to get a good sleep. It was dreadful! The breakfast was a nice perk but featured limited healthy choices. Again, the staff would be a 5/5 and was the boy reason we did not complain.

We were there for Disney, so the walk to the parking lot next door with the shuttle buses was very doable and great location wise . It was nice to have breakfast, but the instant scrambled eggs that ball up are not enjoyable.Would like to see fresh eggs cooked. Since they have waffles and pancakes, I was surprised that they did not offer a low sugar or sugar free syrup as I inquired. With Covid so high in California it would have been nice to have individual yogurts instead of one bowl set out for everyone to scoop out of. Would like to have seen better safety measures in the breakfast area. We had a suite that was supposed to sleep up to six. Well the couch/sofa sleeper was so sunk in, that once we got it ready, my daughter was barely in it for 10 minutes and needed to hop in bed with me. They need to upgrade the sofas for sure if they want to advertise it as a bed. Next time at Disney I would like to try a different property located in the same area off of Harbor Drive. The location was definitely the best part.

Good location within easy walk to Convention Center. Property was in good shape; appears to be a newer hotel. Breakfast was lousy; eggs (both boiled and scrambled) appeared to have been prepared a long time before being served. Potatoes were greasy and uninspired taste. The first day we arrived right after they opened and all the hot dishes were not fully heated. The best food was the corn flakes with a banana!

Such a great option for visits to Disneyland. The complimentary breakfast is really good, the rooms are spacious and clean, and being right next door to the Toy Story parking lot (to use the shuttle to and from Disney) is really great. The staff were all really nice and helpful.
