We LOVE the location of this hotel right on the beach! The pool is great, and the free bike rental is wonderful since there is easy access to the bike path leading to the Point. Also, it is close to restaurants, a grocery store, and other shopping and fun activities such as a water park, go-karts, and mini golf.

Location to ocean excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice size. Unfortunately, pool had an issue and wasn’t open. We would definitely look at staying here again and would recommend it to others.

I would rate this hotel as average to good. The hotel info sheet noted a limited staff, so room service did not occur until after 3 nights stay. (3 stars) On Wednesday pm 9/3, we went to the pool, however, the water was rather cloudy looking and not at all clear. I declined to get in. (below average) As other reviews have pointed out, the bathroom was small, however, it still serves it's purpose. (Okay with that). On the plus side, the location was great (ocean front/easy access). The room was clean and the bed comfy (good) and the front desk staff were very friendly (excellent). We would stay again and hope for a cleaner pool.

I loved the location and closeness of the beach. And room very clean. But the pool was never opened because of repairs , and bathroom is micro small for size of room.

Room reeked of mildew and mold. The dehumidifier was full. I went and asked reception about someone in maintenance to empty it and get it running. They acted put upon but said one of them would be along in a while. We waited, then we figured out how to empty the thing without spilling water everywhere, it was so full. I still have a headache two days later.

Our room was clean but had a smell of mildew. The bathroom was outdated but clean. The bed was very comfortable. The microwave did not work properly. No ice available unless you go to lobby. Someone set off fire alarm twice while we were there, once at 3am. That was the extent of it. The beach is very close. The property is well maintained and parking is great! We did have a great time.

ROACHES. this property is infested. Walked into the room, it looked nice, went into the bathroom saw a bug on the floor, asked bc to pick it up he said it was a roach, not a huge deal until he shook the shower curtain and 15 more came out of hiding running all over the bathroom.

The floors in our room had not been vacuumed (lots of sand) and in the bathroom was a dirty towel on the floor. Wish there was a separate space for teens: lounge, PS5 or gaming area, basketball court, more than one working hammock. Being on the oceanfront is amazing and the staff was very friendly!

Room was big, clean and very comfortable. Balcony was great but it overlooked the street side. It’s a bit deceiving when you book with a hotel that is oceanfront and you still have quite a walk to the pool and beach. The hotel is positioned so only the few rooms in the front are oceanfront.

The beds were very soft but not in a luxurious way. They lacked support. The pillows were thin & flat. Check in took a while because they said they were short staffed & some rooms weren't ready.

The room was awesome but the mattress felt like i was sleeping on springs and had a dip in the middle. Also i think they need more ice machines instead of just one in the office. Other than that we enjoyed it and will be back.

The location was wonderful but we’re disappointed in our view that was obstructed by palm trees. The bed was of low quality and the air conditioner was extremely loud. I must say, the people were very kind and the place was clean. It just seemed a little dated.

Great location and service! I mistakenly booked one night instead of two (thanks to hotels.com being confusing), and they worked to get me another night in the same room, even though someone else was booked for that room that day. Comfort was 3/5 because our room had just a door between an adjacent room. Sound wasn't really isolated at all, so privacy wasn't great.

Not a bad stay but was disappointed with lack of room service. Only people staying 3 days or more could get room service only with 24 hr notice due to the short staff. Dirty towels were to be thrown outside the door between the hours of 9 and 12 a.m. and had to go to the front constantly for new towels. Also, take out your own trash. Sand accumulates on the floors from the beach but they were nice enough to leave you a broom and dust pan. Again, not a horrible place but I've stayed at much better. Doesn't seem to be many options in close proximity of the beach so it is worth it for the location. Prices were very reasonable.

Booked this stay with hotels.com and was quoted a price of 189 dollars for our one night stay. When I checked in I was charged 301 dollars, when I questioned this I was told hotels.com doesn’t always know the price that the hotel charges. I asked for the manager and was told she wouldn’t be in until the next morning and that they would leave her a message and she would call me to discuss my complaint. I’m still waiting for her call.

The manager, Kat was extremely friendly and helpful. She knew we wanted a quiet room and needed the elevator instead of the steps, she said she would let us know when it was ready. I used the lobby restroom and until I came out she told me it was ready even before check in time. She had reached out to the housekeeper to see if it was done before the housekeeper even reported back with the finished rooms. Everyone at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This place doesn’t care about your satisfaction. When I complained about the cleanliness and lack of service the person at the counter said “What do you want me to do about it?! We don’t have the people!” She also explained that the $300 a night had nothing to do with quality, just the demand for rooms.

The area is cute but the hotel is far from the beach and the "ocean view" is ridiculous. The housekeepers seemed nice but not so much for the front desk or acting manager. We ended up leaving. If you're looking for a hotel that offers excuses instead of service - stay here.

On the beach and a nice walk to local store and mini mall. I would say great location. Wish that breakfast or some snacks were included since staying there isn’t cheap. There is complimentary coffee but we didn’t know about it until last day. Hopefully reception will advise their guests.

Housekeeping was very limited, although any items such as clean towels or coffee, soap, etc, was available at the front desk. It was a disappointment that there was no breakfast available, or a restaurant attached to the hotel. We did know that ahead of time, however.

Pros-Conveniently next to the beach, decent cleanliness, able to rent beach chairs. Cons-No onsite breakfast or restaurant, multiple issues with furniture/room upkeep, & musty smelling bathroom. Overall, the stay was just okay. I definitely don’t think it’s worth $300 a night, but I suppose being on the beach increases the value.
