We had a great stay! The king studio was perfect. The only thing we didn’t like was the bed wasn’t very comfortable and having a mattress topper for the couch bed would have been very nice - the kids slept on springs. The lobby and breakfast served was AMAZING. The kids loved the pool and the arcade room. We would definitely return.

Front desk person helped us get a room to meet our preference, very kind of her. Nice property, very well put on breakfast, clean suite with kitchen was very spacious. Staff helpful and kind. Game room needs a little updating as most things were in disrepair, but my kids didn't notice that. Overall, great stay!

Stop No 8 on our trip around NW USA & it was a lovely way to end our trip. The room a corner suit was nice and spacious and the bed comfortable with nice views of the mountains. Staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but fulfilled our needs. Good location to get around although a car is a must. The guest laundry was very useful after spending a month in the USA we needed to do some washing. Overall an excellent stay and would recommend the hotel.

The staff was great. I was in town to hold an annual auction for a non-profit. We are from the Issaquah area, so my adult disabled son had a couple of his lifelong friends over to enjoy the pool & game room, which was a huge hit with them. I had everything I needed while I stayed & breakfast was delicious each day! The room and grounds were kept very clean & safe.

Got there and my grandkids found some lip moisturizer under the bed and a Cheeto. Wanted to play in the game room but most of the games didn’t work. Pool was good other than really cold. Ended up leaving and coming home. Didn’t even spend the night.

I booked this property for my daughter and grandsons for a Christmas present. Both boys are in swimming lessons and love to swim. However they were told someone put chlorine in a saltwater pool. There were told it would be fixed tomorrow however I think they had been saying that for awhile. Very disappointed that I wasn’t told the pool was not working. I would have rescheduled. The pool was the only reason I booked at this hotel. Very upsetting.

The suites are really nice but the kitchen needs decent sized coffee mugs rather than the tiny ones provided. Also, why not provide wine glasses rather than only the juice-like glasses that we had to use. Bed and bedding were comfortable, the suite was well equipped with furnishings and nice tvs in the LR and bedroom. Parking was free and right outside the front door. We would definitely return!

Rooms were nice and the employees were very nice. Free breakfast was good. Only complaint was the smell of whatever food was cooked in our room from prior guest. It never left the room the whole week we were there. The beds were comfortable too.

The internet connection is terrible, we have to repeat input information and always give us error information. 3 days stay, nobody can help. terrible, everyone work with internet, and we have to pay $30 for oversea cellphone data ( we are from Canada!) really bad experiments and any one in business should avoid this hotel. Nobody can help or want to help!

We arrived after check in time which was 3pm and couldnt get in until 335 which made us late for our uber. They wouldnt give us keys, which made it hard later when we still had to get our keys after midnight when back from our concert. Not sure if we will stay there again.

Nice hotel. However, the woman working at the front desk when I arrived to check in was not a very pleasant greeter. I felt more like an inconvenience to her when I arrived and approached the front desk. I’ve experienced better customer service elsewhere (the hotel next door) and will consider that when choosing to stay in Issaquah in the future, which by the way, I stay there very frequently.

We stayed during a huge power outage from the bomb cyclone. Staff was great and very helpful. Room service, breakfast and internet were still available to some degree, which was wonderful! We loved all the amenities offered and the quiet atmosphere. We'd stay there anytime!!

Front desk staff rude, mean, I stayed for 10 days and they were out of power, I couldn’t shower, unavailable to charge my phone and I requested at least a flash light and I was told they didn’t have any, they seem bother every time I call the front desk, no polite or pleasant at all I won’t recommend it.

Loved this property. They have 24/7 mini store with items that work well for the kitchen in the room. Breakfast was good, but staff seemed slim and both mornings we requested some refills on some items that ran out. The suite is a good size

We regularly stay at Homewood and the sister property (Garden Inn). Generally the property is clean and well maintained, and the staff are pleasant. It was unusual this stay not to be greeted or acknowledged by the front desk when we came through the door. Usually we are greeted every time but not once did that happen this trip. The included self-serve breakfast needs to be monitored more closely. Twice (out of four times) we came down a little before 9 (when it runs to 10 or 10:30) and the pastry case was almost completely empty and the hot foods depleted (one dish empty). There were no staff nearby to bring this to their attention on either day. The fruit consisted of whole apples and bananas which were green and blackish. Honestly canned fruit cocktail or just a pile of grapes would have been a better option. This is one of the "main perks" and honestly was just not up to par with our previous experiences and the Hilton brand.

Friendly staff, clean room. One area to work on was making sure all shower dispensers are full. Ours did not have shower gel. Also, on our last day, we had to eat our breakfast with a spoon. There was a sign out that said “Sorry, no forks.”

Bed was comfortable, but pillows were horrible. Breakfast was mediocre compared to other Hiltons that I’ve stayed out. We got to breakfast an hour before it closed. The waffle batter dispenser was almost empty, fruit and other stations were not refilled. Not much choices.
