Great value for an over night stay. Impressed that the room comes with a microwave. Parking available at rear in shopping centre carpark. Balcony with room overlooking. The main street. Fantastic choice of meals downstairs and all that you need within walking distance. Stairs up to accom rooms, so not ideal for those with heavy luggage or difficulties with stairs .

Going up the stairs felt unsafe,no reception,had to go to bar to see someone about the room , parking was limited,kitchen closed early,bathroom floor looked dirty,bed moved alot causing me and my husband nearly having falls,hard to get comfortable, air-conditioning wasn't working properly felt over heated,fan had no switch, air-conditioning remote wasn't working could not get temperature for us,room was hard to find very confusing,no one helped us with our bags and we had to bring it up and down stairs,bed constantly moving, stairs were steep

昔ながらのパブの上のホテル。真夜中まで音楽や人々の笑い声が絶えず、音に神経質な人はやめた方がいいかも。エレベーターなく、階段で2階に上がります。天井が高く、広々としたシンプルな部屋、凄く落ち着けた。簡易キッチンも便利。スーパーがすぐ裏手にあり、長期滞在したくなるロケーション。ただ一つだけ残念なのは、シャワーの水圧が非常に弱いところ。真冬の滞在は厳しいかもしれない。全体的には大満足でした。この次もまたぜひ泊まりたいと思います。

This is an old pub and popular local watering hole. Comfortable beds. No breakfast facilities but excellent cafe across the road. Do not expect 4 star arrangements, but good value.

1940s building,but nice big clean room with en-suite and balcony. Very helpful bar manager. Good vibe in the bar. Close to all amenities with bus stop right out the front and plenty of off street parking. Great value for money

We arrived at 2am after a longhaul flight and the staff had emailed with instructions for key and access which was great. Note: there is no lift so you need to consider luggage if staying here. The room could do with an upkeep, deep clean and repairs (no hot water in kitchen, tap falling off in shower, curtain track partially off wall and curtains jammed) but it was nothing that really impacted our stay as we were there to visit family. The room overall was large and had full size kitchen though dishes were left out in drying rack in sink. Towels only were refreshed during our stay and I do not believe the room was serviced at all. This hotel could be fantastic place if some life was put back into it and rooms were properly maintained. It is in a great location with supermarket behind the premises, bakery and other stores across the road. The public transport - bus is right outside to take you into downtown Perth or up to Morley. So as I said, it is a convenient place to stay it just needs some love and attention.

The property was undergoing renovations at our time of stay so the lovely wide hallway had a musty smell. The room contained everything one needed for a hotel room, except a hair dryer. The bathroom was reasonable but mould patches needed to be cleaned. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay at the Civic Hotel over the weekend.(garlic prawn pizza OMG so good)The staff were helpful with any requests we had . I did however not like the fact that the shower hadnt been cleaned properly as i found long black hairs in the drain hole and a build up of dust along this that clearly havent been cleaned in a long time . The air conditioning unit on the balcony dripped and left a big pool of water .

Good location for our use. The room was very dated and carpet dirty, bed comfortable and clean. The noise from the Hotel was loud and didn't cease until 1am so very little sleep was had.

The shower area not clean. AirCon not working and they didn't fix it nor changed our room even whn3 we had a booking for 2 nights. No reception - you have to walk all the way to the main bar for any assistance. No phone in the room. Good thing was that the staff was cordial and helpful. Location is good.

the bathroom window has 2 pieces of glass that are separated to allow for ventilation. but this also allows for noise to penetrates into the room, so into the bedroom. the room is on the first floor overlooking a highway that does not go quiet. ..... so traffic noise is amplified into the room all night. and i usually live in a quite country town, and am not use to this type of noise. it was actually quieter outside in the beer garden, than it was in my room.

Our room (6) was large, clean & comfortable, real old world style. Multiple cereal packets left for breakfast, plenty of milk in the fridge. We arrived 10am at the hotel & the manager asked cleaning staff to do our room first so we were in by 11am instead of 2pm. Just great service all round. Music was played from the bar during the night but did not impact our sleep

Totally met our expectations for our overnight stay. Great value for money, including a balcony and free car park (although car riddled with bird poo even though not parked under a tree!) Room had all the necessities - microwave , kettle, shampoo, soap, tv and a great balcony facing the main road. Comfortable bed and secure building.

Helpful friendly staff except for the french 🇫🇷 barmaid who was arrogant and rude. Typical french. Jason the manager was very helpful. Nice location and restaurant food was good value. Perhaps offering teaspoons to stir coffee might be a good idea. French barmaid should not be working in hospitality. But a good staycation. Will definitely be back. Kevin

The only issue was there were no dedicated staff looking after hotel guests. Everyone was focused on the pub. It was near impossible to get questions answered , and check in was pretty much a lottery ( due to delayed flights). Great accommodation but no lifts and no phones to call for help. You sorta had to call the public bar. But jeez the bar wS always busy.

The room was spacious and clean. The Hotel was sited in an area suitable for what we wanted whilst there. The staff were helpful & friendly but we were very disappointed at the fact that they overcharged to our credit card more than the cost quoted when booking the room. May I also add that since lodging a complaint, they have seen fit to refund the overcharged amount. We are now happy and if the need arises will use this facility again.

Super easy check in, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere in the pub downstairs. Rooms are nice and big and was only about $25 in a Uber to the airport the next morning. Easy to get to via public transport from the CBD. Great place for a night when flying out the next day.

This is a typical Aus pub/hotel with great staff good pub food sports and TAB, A little tired as you would expect for its age and lacks few basic facilities/ items. Great value good location and parking, would stay again
