Disappointing. We arrived late at night, and no one was at the reception. Despite trying to call, we received no answer. After waiting 20 minutes, the concierge finally appeared but didn't bother checking our travel documents. The physical key provided was difficult to use, and the lack of English or French speakers made it impossible to seek information. We felt lost and decided to check out early. It was NOT a pleasant experience, definitely NOT. 😔

酒店職員服務很差！ 我們自駕前往, 當天下著雪, 帶著三件行李, 正門有十數級樓梯, 前台一名女職員, 只懂得站著正門靜靜看著, 毫無協助的意識, 一副事不關己的模樣, 我們還沒有處理好行李, 她已吩咐我們要脫鞋, 和急不及待問我拿護照, 及收溫泉稅, 使我們狼狽萬分. 之後便簡單告知, 公眾溫泉在一樓, 我的房間在二樓, 把鎖匙交給我, 便急不及待走開了, 完全沒有提供協助, 我還以為自己去了青年旅舍, 體驗非常差！
