This hotel was amazing! It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. Just make sure if you’re going to arrive after midnight you call and let them know so that they can hold your room for you.

The rooms are clean and the bar a pool areas are top notch. We love staying here every time we go to universal studios.

The hotel itself was clean. If you stay 2 days they don’t clean the room. When we asked housekeeping to at least throw the garbage away, the guy that came up was rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t stay here again; next time we’re staying at Hilton!
