The town of Cadiz has been under a boil order on the water for some time. The hotel provided filtered water in the lobby to us for drinking and coffee. The room was clean and adequate. My only issue was someone carrying on a phone conversation outside my room at 2:30 AM. The landscaping next to the building could use some maintenance such as weeding, etc.

The rooms were well cleaned. The breakfast was ok, no protein, all high carb foods. Would definitely stay here again

Rooms were clean and smelled okay, but the hallway smelled like weed. Staff wasn’t always at the desk, but when they were, they were very helpful.

My compliments: Bailey at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind at check-in, the a/c unit was great, bathroom was spacious, the shower curtain actually kept the water in the tub which was a refreshing change, housekeeping was nice and worked very hard to make sure I had what I needed even taking my many bags of trash (I accumulate a lot due to medical reasons), the free breakfast was fantastic it was a very big area like the size of a cafe and the entire counter was filled with breakfast items! waffle batter and waffle iron, sausage gravy, biscuits, bagels, three flavors of muffins, iced pastries, two types of cereal, hard boiled eggs, apples, bananas, oranges, mini cups of yoplait yogurt, oatmeal packets, nutrigrain bars, cream cheese, jam, jelly, milk, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, and tea!, they also had a snack shop which was very convenient! the shop had frozen lasagna, mini pizzas, hot pockets, drumstick ice cream cones, an assortment of chips (cheetos, doritos, potato chips, etc), assortment of candy bars and candies (m&ms, peanut m&ms, reeses cups, milkyways, kitkats, etc), water, mountain dew, pepsi, and they even had mini sewing kits, they had onsite washers and dryers (washer on the 3rd floor was out of order but 2nd floor washer functioned). Beds are rock hard too high off the ground, wifi was super slow it completely shut off some nights, the tap water was yellow with sediment in it, walls paper thin, I do highly recommend this hotel though!
