Very enjoyable! There was a states football tournament this weekend & I think the hotel handled it amazing ! The breakfast was delicious! & there was plenty to go around ! The boys loved the pool & it stayed clean throughout our visit ! The room was clean , beds comfy especially the pillows & the shower was nice & hot ! Would definitely stay again & it was a very enjoyable weekend Thank you to the stag you all were incredible & so friendly .

This will be my go to hotel for our family Cedar Point trips. It's just a few min drive from Cedar Point. There was an ice cream social, they offered free bowling at the Alley next door, and complimentary breakfast in the morning. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and nice.

Rooms were clean. Staff was nice. Only issue was with the pool. Pool was not working properly and was flooding. Water in all walk ways. Chlorine was so high it burned your eyes and you were coughing within 10 min. We got out, along with many families b/c it didn't seem safe.

Great front desk employees and staff! So fun for families, free ice cream from 7-8 and conveniently located next to the thirsty pony where we were able to bowl, laser tag, and axe throw. Property is clean and modern. Loved our stay!

Great hotel! Nice and clean. All of the staff were very courteous. Rooms were clean, beds are smaller than I’m used to, but comfortable. Breakfast was great! Plenty of parking even on a busy weekend when volleyball tournaments were going on. The pool is nice (a little too much chlorine for me, but my kids enjoyed it!) overall very happy with our stay and would stay here again.

Our room was not very clean and they did not come to clean it or provide towel’s until I called down to ask for them and even then it took hours for them to bring them to the room. When you don’t come and clean the rooms daily it should be mentioned somewhere. When you have more than one person in a room garbage can pile up so I had to get rid of all of that myself. Not right

Entered our room carpet was all stained up, the bathroom was never cleaned shower was full of hair and food on floor the towels were still in our bathroom from previous guests.I did go straight to front desk they sent someone up to clean it and apologized well I did not think a apology was even enough it should of never happened period. The blankets on the bed were stained up the place was a mess. I was disgusted and do not recommend the to anyone,this is a chain hotel and they need to do a lot better.Wont stay there again.

We went here for a one-day layover for our family road trip. Check-in and cooking staff were excellent! Continental breakfast was good. Unfortunately, I could not give 5 stars for cleanliness because the bathroom floor and shower had a few hairs from the previous occupants and there was urine left behind the toilet seat.

The room was not vacuumed before we were put in it or the next day, we have to tell them to vacuum. One day they started room service and didn't finish, left and never closed our door, it was open until we returned at 11 PM. There are dead bugs in webs stuck to the ceiling and under the sink. Had to keep asking for toilet paper, tissue and towels as never enough were given. Hallway carpets worn with holes and some days not vacuumed. Cleaning staff are foreign students and have no idea what to do and spend all their working time on their phones and cannot understand what we are asking for. Carpet in our room was dirty.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel and our room. The carpet needed to be vacuumed, I found hairs on the bedding, maid service did not stop to provide clean towels or empty the trash, there were no ice machines on any of the floors except for the first floor.

We had two rooms: 501 and 504. In 501 the tv did not work and we had no access to Wi-Fi. In 504 the shower head was broken and the clip holding it in place was broken.

Hotel itself looks like all other HI Express hotels, but located right next to a noisy bar and heard people all night long fighting/partying. Loud train comes through multiple times a night. The a/c smelled AWFUL every time it kicked on and made the room smell and feel musty. Couldn’t wait to get out of there each morning.

Right on the way to Cedar Point. It was clean and quiet. Had to ask front desk for additional towels and they hand them to you right there instead of going through housekeeping to bring them up. The pullout couch "mattress" felt more like a worn down boxspring. You could feel the individual springs poking you. I wouldn't expect a comfortable night sleep for anyone that sleeps on it.

Breakfast was great with a good variety of options available, staff was very friendly and professional, room was a little outdated but clean, wifi signal was poor, bathtub drain was clogged up and when it was raining hard during my last night of my stay I woke up at 3:50am by the sound of slowly dripping water. The ceiling of my room (420) was leaking. Overall a good value and only 5 minutes away from Cedar Point.

Room was ok. Property is ok. Its location to Cedar Point is its biggest asset and deficit simultaneously. There were loads of kids there and the pool was packed. Teens were hanging out around every corner. It did stay relatively quiet, considering how busy the hotel was. Check in was smooth, I had two rooms that I had requested to be on the same floor, but they were not able to accommodate that request.The rooms were one floor apart, which was ok but not ideal. Rooms had no usb charging, only plug, which was frustrating. We only had one towel in our room. The furniture was pretty uncomfortable, but sufficient for extra seating. Grout in rooms needs a good scrub. The room size was good and we did appreciate the small table and chairs, fridge and bar sink (King suite). I drink hot tea and the hot water carafe in the lounge was empty the whole stay (1night). Breakfast was decent. Pancake machines (1 of 2 was broken), powdered eggs, bacon, sausage gravy and biscuits. Continental items also, like bagels and yogurt. Breakfast nook area is tight when busy, but there is plenty of seating in the lounge. The restroom right off the lounge was very untidy the one time I visited it, right after breakfast. It may have just been the timing as the cleaners were in the hall.

Proximity to the park was great and the staff were very nice and helpful. Prime example: I was walking through the lobby, and while I was not exactly wandering aimlessly, I was still getting my bearings and one of the staff seemed to read my mind and offer up the location of two of the things it would have eventually occured to me to seek out(gym and business cetner).

My room key didn’t work. I went back to the front desk and they told me:”Ok, you’re good now”. It still didn’t work. I plugged in the room phone and it didn’t work. The room was dirty. And breakfast was just average, which was better than the cleanliness and the staff. When I checked out the Police were there, Not surprising.

At about 9am on Thursday morning, my husband had to report a domestic altercation to the front desk. The female was pounding on my door for help. He heard bodies slamming against the walls. My son and husband were terrified. The staff did not respond. On the third call to the desk, the police were allegedly alerted, but didn’t respond for another 45 minutes. Please call. 904-314-6426. The staff wanted to comp our stay, but couldn’t since I booked with hotels.com

Well appointed chain hotel, convenient for our purposes. Also convenient for Cedar Point Sports Complex and Cedar Point Waterpark, so expect plenty of kids in school break season. Free ice cream each evening and extended breakfast hours in summer.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this hotel was exceptional. We were taking my teens to Cedar Point and the hotel was only 2 miles from the front of the park. The hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean, ice machines conveniently located, coin operated washers and dryers available, a beautiful outdoor patio with gas fireplace for hanging out, great breakfast, snacks and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was close to cedar point and had a really cozy bed. We weren’t there except to sleep and eat breakfast but would definitely go again. Breakfast was delicious and included. I will say the bathroom in the lobby was a disaster w no paper towels but wouldn’t deduct a star for that… it was a busy hotel and staff looked to be working hard.
