The rooms are really comfortable. The music on weekend nights is a PROBLEM for a family trip. Not great for anyone wanting an early night to have a band playing below until the wee hours. This is our second stay here and honestly if we'd remembered about the band, we would have booked elsewhere.

This hotel had EV charging and as long as you stay there it was a free service. They also answered my questions before my stay affirming they both had these level 2 chargers and they were complimentary. I really appreciated that. The place was clean and had very easy access to the highway. I wish more hotels, this included had access to a microwave.

Hey team, We were super bummed to find out that the pool wasn't open, because we read online that it opens in May. We called ahed of the booking to ask about the pool, and nobody told us that it would not be open of available for the entire weekend. Big time bummer. :/ We also found the walls and design of the hotel to be very noisy. We could clearly hear neighbors on both sides (or above us) every night.

The hotel room isn’t very intuitive. I couldn’t open the curtains, the balcony door, or turn off the cabinet light. The drain in the bathroom sink was closed. Also the pool was closed. Every year I come for Mother’s Day and it’s been open. Big disappointment. Also the elevator is soooooo slow

Stayed on a Friday and Saturday. Friday Night they have a salsa night until midnight. My suite was directly above the DJ. Had to hear loud music until midnight. Staff could not do anything due to being full. Would not recommend staying here on the weekends. Even on Saturday there was loud music in the bar area until Midnight. Stay was not worth the money spent. Would not stay hear again.

We liked how they took an old building and made it modern with the layout of the rooms, and the decor. The giant barn door for the bathroom, the uncovered factory ceiling are stunning, and the lighting throughout the room was impressive. It was New Year's eve, and there was a party in the bar / lounge.

The hotel decor is nice, but everything else needs work. The hotel breakfast buffet is horrible and food is cold and extremely expensive for nothing. Hotel also charges a service charge. I mean shouldn’t we be allowed to decide? Plus it was only a party of 2. I understand if it was a larger group. Another thing, the pool is extremely small and there aren’t enough lay out chairs for the guests. Guests have to wake up early and secure a spot and still aren’t happy with what they got. Guests are constantly looking up to see if another guest has moved so they can take their spot. It’s very hectic and not relaxing at all. The hotel should also be spraying some sort of insect spray outside near the pool. It’s full of bugs and bees. Guests are constantly trying to get bees away from them. Overall, it’s a cute hotel but needs lots of work. Staff is okay, not the friendliest. Lastly, the bar and kitchen kept closing during the day. I tried to go to the bar a few times and I was told it was closed. Very odd for a day when the pool is at its capacity. Lots of guests were upset about the bar and kitchen closing. I probably won’t return.

It does not look like the pictures. The pool is not the picture and it was unavailable due to a party. The room was dirty and there were bugs in the balcony. It’s on the highway and should be 2 stars

Very nice hotel that I wish I could give 5 stars on. Best hotel in the area. Safe, quiet, modern, very nice. However my few problems were in the cleanliness. The hotel is clean, however my room toilet was not flushed when I entered. The shower had god knows what type of grime stuck in the corners that I had to wipe out myself because I didn’t want it to touch me while I was showering. It was lose and looked like it could be easily cleaned by a housekeeper, not a GUEST. I’m so annoyed about hotels in general presenting dirty bathrooms. Dirty black grout in the corners is disgusting, fix it. This is a renovated hotel, WHY does it look like that? How am I supposed to wash myself knowing I’m surrounded in disgusting buildup? Have some pride in your establishment. Hotel check in is 4:00PM. Do the housekeepers have no time to clean it? Come on. Other than that it was some brown stains on the sheets. Cleanliness can’t be that hard. Anyways it’s unfortunately the best in the area and I plan to book again. Maybe I just got a bad room. I wanted to give it 5 stars but I don’t deserve to flush someone else’s waste down the bathroom and clean months of buildup from the shower I’m paying $150 100 hold fee for. It’s not fair.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Nyack. It has very swanky decor which we loved. The bed was the most comfortable bed out of any we’ve slept in anywhere. We got there about 2 hours early and they let us check in right away. The room we booked had a faulty curtain so they gave us a room upgrade.The Farm Restaurant was awesome too. Will definitely be back!!

I travel a lot for work so I like to find unique places to stay that fit my budget. Hotel Nyack seemed ideal since it was conveniently located to my appointments, close to restaurants and shops, and had a boutique feel. The staff was great- friendly, efficient, attentive, etc. However, my room was so depressing. I get the vibe they were going for- hip, sexy, sophisticated, but it really missed the mark. I had two windows, one that was directly across from the bathroom, and the other which gave the apartments across the way a great view of the bedroom even with the bottom half frosted. That meant I had to keep the heavy curtains or shade closed for privacy which made the room very dark, even with every light on and the gigantic mirror reflecting what little light came in. The rhinestone buttons on the bench were mostly busted off, likely due to it being used as a luggage rack. The darker wood floors showed every dusty corner where the vacuum could not reach although I do think these areas could have been cleaned with attachments. The shiny black end tables were a little dusty, and the desk didn't appear to have been wiped down. I had an extra antibac wipe that I used to clean it of whatever sticky gunk was on it. Lastly, the heat was so loud when it was on that I could hear it in my sleep. Again, the staff were fantastic- no complaints there, but I likely won't stay here again because of how unhappy and on edge the room made me feel.

Clean artsy decor. Nice Room, clean and modern. Because hotel is on top of NYThruway...non stop truck traffic is noisy....but rooms are nice. Also did not appreciate added taxes for amenities whether used or not (i.e. pool, bicycles, coffee, etc.)

This place has a lot of potential. Overall facility is nice, clean, and staff is friendly. However a few issues with the room. 1st was the AC unit is loud and the fan is on 100% of the time. It gets louder when the actual AC kicks in. The other problem was the blinking fire alarm light. It was like a camera flash going off every 30 seconds when the room is dark at night. Very distracting. The hotel provided me a sleeping mask which helped so they seem to be aware of the problem. A couple of little nit pick was the lack of soap at the sink. No bar soap available and had to call desk to get a bottle of body wash. The other was the random towel provision. first few days there was no floor towel for the nicely tiled but slick floor and new wash cloths were provided every other day os had to use had towel as wash cloth. Overall, I like the place and am glad to see a higher end option available in Nyack. Fix the AC noise and fire alarm flashing light and I'd give it a higher rating.

Conveniently located. You will pay $20 for parking which they didn't tell me. Rooms are very big, but seem a little hospital like, I think it's the lighting. Not very quiet even on the 8th floor. I could hear everything outside. Free Breakfast is available with fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, and prepackaged egg sandwiches. Ask for a room close to the elevator if you don't want to walk a far distance.

I was given room 405 which has a rooftop HVAC above it and a large duct running through the room. The HVAC ran all night and the noise was so loud I felt like I was sleeping in a commercial boiler room. Do not accept room 405 as your room.

This hotel is in a converted industrial building, and it has all of the advantages of being an original design rather than a cookie cutter property. Tall ceilings, lots of room, big windows, a contemporary vibe, genuinely decent art in public areas and in rooms, a fine pool with a lot of outdoor seating, a regional style restaurant. The staff was very helpful and cheerful. And Nyack is quite a special place, with plenty of unique shops and restaurants and views of the Hudson. The location of the hotel as on the outer edge of town, with ample free parking and a 10 minute walk down a suburban street to get to the heart of things. We really loved staying in the hotel and in Nyack.

It is a unique venue and I felt safe as the restaurant is on the premises. The very unfortunate detail which will prevent me from ever booking at this hotel again is the loud noise from the renters at the upstairs who were yelling, dropping items, and stomping. I began to make contact with front desk about this at 9:50 pm and despite this the disruption endured until 3 am. I never received a call from the manager and was offered to be moved to another room at 3 am.

The room and hotel were fine; the pool area is nice; the gym is okay, though there were birds nesting in the roof and straw all over the floor, so I'm not sure the last time someone cleaned it. Guests are charged a $25/night resort fee, which is supposed to include fruit and granola with coffee and tea. The "fruit" was granny smith apples wrapped in plastic and the granola was nonexistent. My main complaint is that I left a brand new shirt in my room and the hotel staff were not very helpful in trying to find it or get it back. I called as soon as I got home and realized I left it in the room, and the front desk's only response was "it's not in the lost and found." No offer to check the room or check with housekeeping. I was told they would check the next day and get back to me but they didn't I had to call back and follow up and again was told simply "it's not in the lost and found." I realize that leaving the shirt is on me and I realize there is a limit to what the hotel can do to stop staff taking things that are left in rooms, but I would have appreciated someone at least making an effort to get me my stuff back. This experience left me a bit sour--like their apples--and I probably would not stay here again. And to whoever got my brand new shirt, I hope you enjoy it.

I reserved a suite (the most expensive one on property). When I go there, the person behind the front desk said "I see you reserved a suite. We don't have any suites left. I can give you an accessible room." No refund, no discount, no price reduction. Just "this is what we have, if you want to stay here." What do you call that? A rip off? Bait and switch?

This was the worst stay at a hotel I’ve ever had. What was supposed to be an enjoyable quick getaway for my wife’s birthday was a night made. Actually, for it to have been a nightmare there would have to have been sleep. Since there was loud, obnoxious noise all night long there was no sleep. What made it worse was that the hotel staff refused to assist. They made a halfhearted attempt at sending security to find the noise but they were unsuccessful. This all added up to an awful, awful experience. I will never visit again.

While the gentleman at the front desk was nice, we booked a double bed room far in advance and upon our arrival we were told that "there was an issue" and that all they could give us was a king sized bed a roller spare bed. When we entered our room, it became very clear that this room was under renovation. The bathroom was gutted and unusable. After we hiked back down to the lobby, after some waiting the gentleman at the counter was able to find a different king size room that was available. To make up for the inconvenience regarding not being able to fulfill what we booked, we were given a $25 voucher for their bar and restaurant. Looking at their menu, that barely gets us an appetizer. This place is by no means 4 stars. Terrible experience and will never come back. It\'s unfortunate because my friend recommended this place because she had previously enjoyed her stay. We wish we could\'ve stayed somewhere else. When we were checking out and they asked about our stay, I shared the experience. She waived the destination fee for us.

We had a very nice stay and the staff was very accommodating. Our room was super clean, very comfortable, and well decorated. The food at the restaurant was delicious and they had fun, unique events going on all weekend in the common spaces. The only downsides were the sliding “barn door” on the bathroom (pet peeve of mine), and the fact the hotel is a bit away from downtown Nyack and up a very steep hill. If you don’t have a car, it’s a workout. I’d stay here again though and would recommend to others.

I have stayed here many times. I don’t think you can beat the location for access off and on the Highway. Also the distance to Nyack Village is great. It’s just too bad the Starbucks in the village has closed, the view from there to the River is terrific. I also really like the overnight staff at Hotel Nyack. Always remembers me!

Super comfy beds, room was so spacious & clean! Loved the amenities in the shower...not a huge fan of orange scent though. My son loved the huge bath tub & it was nice having two bathrooms. The one sliding door didn't stay closed & kept rolling open. The complimentary coffee table wasn't the best & all out of half n half & water. The restaurant breakfast was delicious!!! Overall a great comfortable stay with good food & awesome room!!

I requested and was granted early admission as I just come from Nyack Hospital post surgery. I ordered in room service for lunch, was called a few minutes later and told both items were unavailable. I pivoted and just ordered a cheeseburger. Upon food arrival, I got the burger plus the soup I said I didn’t want as the burger would enough. In addition, I asked for an updated menu. I ordered room service for dinner off of the printed up to date menu, I was told the French Onion soup wasn’t available as it wasn’t seasonal. Very inconsistent. All that said, the staff was very professional and courteous. The towels are getting old and there’s limited programming. Besides morning coffee could you serve some patties and bagels?

Food was amazing at Farm Restaurant, beds were comfortable, nice ambiance overall. My only cons is that the TV kept losing signal, a bit of an inconvenience especially with such an expensive room, also no microwave. Everything else was perfect.

Property, staff and especially the hotel restaurant, were excellent. I can't say enough good things about the Farm Restaurant and staff! Food and service were top notch. The sleeping room was clean and the decor was cool and interesting. Love the ink blot wall paper! Thank you for a very pleasant stay!
