We didn't use the amenities. We checked in late eve and were too tired to tell the staff that the floor in our room had a lot of white things on it and the sheets didn't feel smooth. Not sure if the room had been cleaned properly or some other issue.

This trip started off bad 2hrs before I arrived. I received an email saying that I was being downgraded from a king suite with a balcony to a king room with balcony. Strike one. Upon arrival, I notice a wedding party is also at the hotel. I can't confirm or deny but I'm pretty sure that's where my downgrade came from. Get to my room and no microwave. I called to have one brought up....something I've done here before. "Oh we can't do that but we have one at the front desk you can use." Strike two Next morning, breakfast is typically a buffet but not today. You know why? You guessed it, the wedding party had a full spread buffet while the rest of us had to order from the menu. The french toast looked so sad. Strike three. Its safe to say I wont be returning here again nor recommending this place to friends.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Nyack! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s beautiful design. The lobby, hallways, and overall atmosphere are stylish, modern, and welcoming. The staff deserves special recognition—they were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and we really appreciated the high-quality toiletries that were provided. One of the highlights of our stay was dining at The Farm restaurant. The food was absolutely outstanding—some of the best we’ve ever had. Every dish was delicious, and the entire dining experience exceeded our expectations. The only minor downside was that our room overlooked the cemetery. While it wasn’t our preferred view, it didn’t take away from an otherwise wonderful stay. Overall, we felt the hotel was absolutely worth every penny. From the beautiful accommodations and exceptional service to the amazing food, Hotel Nyack exceeded our expectations. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.
