It’s a hotel I often stay at, and it’s conveniently located close to Khao San, with many attractions around the Chao Phraya River, such as the National Museum of Fine Arts, the National Museum, restaurants, and convenience stores, so it’s a good hotel. However, please keep in mind that many of the building’s facilities are old. When I asked for a towel at the pool, a female staff member said something, but I couldn’t understand the Thai-style English she was using. So when I asked again, he suddenly got angry. He got angry, saying, “Why can’t you understand what I’m saying?” Of course, I also made a mistake by mishearing the word “reception,” but that doesn’t mean I should be angry, does it. Most of the hotel staff treated me kindly with a smile, and I don’t think getting angry because they can’t understand or hear Thai-style English is the attitude of a hotelier.
