Eco Palms House - Sapa Retreat

Our stay was most memorable. The team at Eco Palms House was over the top fantastic. Nam and Be were oustanding in accommodating every need. Complements to the chef who perpared our meals. We found ourselves enjoying the meals at Eco Palms House as one of the best restaurants in Sapa. Definitely a must stay.

The hotel is set among authentic, cozy, and beautiful buildings and surroundings, creating a truly charming atmosphere. The views were absolutely stunning when there was no fog and made the stay even more special. Breakfast offered continental options, which was a pleasant way to start the morning. We also had some delicious dinner meals there in the evening. The staff were incredibly hardworking and always friendly and smiling, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We also had the best massage we have ever experienced there, which was a real highlight. Another lovely touch was the presence of the hotel’s cats and dog, which guests could pet and spend time with. It is worth noting that the hotel rooms are quite rustic in style, which adds to the charm but may not suit everyone. The rooms can also be a bit cold, and unfortunately it is very hard to heat them.

Beautiful hotel with lots of plants, awesome view and charming cabins. Also, they have super friendly and attentive staff and very delicious food. My family and I spend some great days there, my child was specially happy to play with the puppy and cats.

A perfect stay in beautiful Sapa...I overlooking the valley every morning was spectacular. The Family host were very accommodating and friendly. Food was delicious and options were offered. A high recommendation for a 5 star homestay! My choice away from the City for an enjoyable experience!
