The staff here are top notch - I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who helped us at the front desk as she was excellent. Parking however is a nightmare but not sure that is the hotels fault. I would never park in the garage - its pretty tight.

Feels like a renovated rooming house. Rooms are very basic, not designed for comfort….seems like most of the rooms along the same corridor are all inside rooms, with no windows, other than the one “window” which opened on the inside corridor. Parking is in a garage across the alley behind but is confusing and hard to locate. A map would be helpful. The surrounding area is uninteresting though there is a popular Irish pub in an attached building.

Lovely boutique hotel in the downtown. The front desk greeted us with a bottle of wine upon check in. A nice touch. The attached restaurant (Celtic Cowboy) was not open Sunday for dinner but we have eaten there in the past, and it is a very nice, neighborhood pub. Parking is included in a secure garage. Definitely consider staying here if you are visiting Greaf Falls.

Unique historic property with uber convenient Celtic Cowboy pub and restaurant adjoining right off the lobby. Young lady at check in was pleasant and informative. We enjpyed the western art on display in the halls and common areas. Parking building experience was also unique and convenient. Would stay again for sure next time we are in Great Falls.

Our room had no window and carpet was stained. There was no information regarding amenities, history of the hotel and was hoping to use the patio for dinner as we had a dog but the patio was closed. The restaurant was very good.

My third day at the hotel, I have to say it has gone downhill since my last visit. My room was adjacent to another room, and this time the walls were paper-thin. I could hear the couple next door making love. And all of their conversations. The carpet in the room was dirty. I guess this is because it was supposedly a pet-friendly room? Next time, I think I’ll look for a different option when I’m in Great Falls.

The property is beautiful but could use a coat of paint in our room. The bed was comfortable but I would request a room on the second floor so you don’t have someone above you squeaking the floor. The staff was friendly and courteous and parking was beside the hotel in a secure indoor location. The Celtic Cowboy had great food. The free breakfast was really just a few items you could take with you.

The building is old, so if you like to hear every creek in the wood floors and someone is above you, and you're a light sleeper, this is not the place to stay. The walls and floors/ceilings are paper thin, so you hear everything.

Internet connection was terrible, cutting in and out, making it hard to work from my room. Once I turned off the computer, my stay was more enjoyable. Bed and pillows were wonderful. Quite. Great night sleep.

Nice hotel, great location. A little pricey given that they do not clean your room or make your bed except upon request. Rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable. The TV was small and limited choices. Unable to login into any streaming service or cast from your phone. Secured, covered parking was appreciated.

Clean room, great staff. Odd that there are no windows in the room but it’s very quiet and it’s a good location for walking around downtown and visiting Mighty MO’s brew pub. The hotel also has a great pub.

Hotel in good location with a free parking in front. The staff was helpful and there is a nice restaurant located at the ground floor of the hotel. Unfortunately some of the rooms do not have windows. Would have been nice if it was written somewhere.

Front desk staff was sub par from what we expected from the reviews. They seem to really not want to help us. Both the stuff as we arrived and the staff as we checked out. We asked him for a couple of things and they were reluctant to help us. The Celtic cowboy on the other hand was outstanding.

I stood in the lobby for 10-15 minutes before anyone came to check me in. There was no parking in their lot so she said I could park on the street and when I asked if i would get a ticket she said “probably not “ All throughout the night there was noises and banging This hotel is very small!

I do not reccommend staying here. I believe they stole an item from me. I called merely hours after I checked out regarding an expensive necklace I left on the nightstand. The staff said they would check and call me back. They never called back. I called the next day and was told they didn’t find it and would speak with a manager. The manager never called me back. I called back again and they said they still didn’t have it and no manager has ever called me. This is unacceptable.

My husband and I stayed here while attending a concert at the Newberry and loved it. The location was perfect and walkable to the venue. Easy and free parking - staff was wonderful and helpful- the on-site restaurant had good food and drinks and you don’t even have to go outside to get there. Our room was comfortable, clean and had a good shower. The only thing that bothered me was that our thermostat didn’t work. The temp remained at 73 no matter what we did

This is a beautifully renovated historic property that is completely modern but still has old-world charm. The location is convenient to other attractions and easy to reach. The Hotel Arvon is a Great Falls classic in the best part of town. The art lining the halls was a fun bonus to wander and enjoy gallery-style. We also loved the breakfast burritos. Would highly recommend and will stay again!
