We booked and paid for a double bed room and when got there they told me my room was sold out but offered us two king rooms. We said yes, when we got to the rooms each room only have one queen bed. The rooms werent far away from each other but not close either. The friends and family had fun so at the end of day that’s all that matters to me. They said the pool was heated in fact it wasn’t and very cold. Really the only reason we booked a room at that hotel. Will remember not to book there for indoor heated pool.

Loved loved loved this hotel. Prime location for me to go back and forth to NOLA off Tchoupatolis street. Less than 15 mins. They offered me and my two grandchildren complimentary breakfast which was so very helpful for us. I chose the hotel for the INDOOR pool and location. Will definitely be staying there again. Beautiful hotel also!!

Booked this hotel because they had free parking while we were on cruise only to find out at check in that it’s no longer free under new management. That was disappointing. Staff was able to get us checked in a little before check in time which was nice. Beds are comfortable. A little noisy, but just bring a sound machine or ear plugs. Lots of options for food and shopping near by.

The Rooms are Very Up to-date, nice and Comfortable. There is also a Microwave and Refrigerator in the room. Restaurant/Bar on-site for your convenience. Directly adjacent to a Shopping Center and other shopping and grocery stores within 2 miles and surrounding area. Great location on the Westbank of New Orleans!

The staff was super kind and helpful. The room service and cleaning staff were also kind and helpful. The facility was clean overall. The pool was cloudy and didnt appear very clean. There weren’t towels at the pool either. The food service was incredibly slow. We waited over 15 minutes with a group in front of us and neither of us were served. There was only one person behind the counter and seemed to be one cook. We left and went to IHop instead.

10 minutes drive from the east bank and with affordable price. The best part is you can take the ferry to go to the east bank and only take 2 dollars. It has a clean and new environment. Easy parking and no additional charges for parking. Not like the ones on the east bank that charges 40/day for parking.

The staff was amazing; no check in problems very comfortable and great atmosphere. Enjoy the food. They would have received a 5 but after going to settle down for the night , when turn back sheet found pillow and bedding very nasty with a stain. Picture was shown to front desk who was extremely upset and concerned.

I've stayed here a few times. The staff is always very friendly. I was a little disappointed this visit due to the lack of water pressure in the bathroom sink. I did mention it and they said they would tske care of it. The beds are firm and the rooms are clean. I visited for 2 nights in July.

Wi-Fi did not work with tv and cable was spotty the second night, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The cafe downstairs was severely understaffed with people who did not know what they were doing. We were told not to order any food. Drop coffee was about the only thing they could handle in the morning, but the cream:sugar were not even out and hour after they started serving. Will not stay here again

My room had a smoke detector with a light bar attached that was like nothing I’ve ever seen. The strobe was very bright in room 134. Anyone that sleeps in that room will have a long night.

Everything was Great except one thing, the shower temperature! The one handled hot & cold knob is awful. Its to difficult to get the perfered temperature. Shower head pressure needs to be stronger as well

The room was nice but no closet and the water in the shower is difficult to adjust My main issue was cleaners. They did not clean our room the first day.Not happy so I requested towels and put the do not disturb message on the door because I was doing work online. They came in anyway while I was there. Not cool!

It's the worst checkin experience we receive from any hotel, and definitely not Marriott standard. The front desk agent doesn't know what she doing. Took her 30 minutes to check us. Give us the key and never told us where the elevator. We asked and she gave us a look and attitude. We got to the room and the bed doesn't look like been done/clean. It's very late and we need to be up early for funeral so we didn't care to call anyone but definitely not acceptable. The toilet look yellow and dirty, like someone pee and forgot to flush.. absolutely nasty. First time ever experience this type of room and service at Marriott or any hotel. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL

Good location to/from New Orleans. All of the front desk staff were very sweet. I think the bar tender hates her job. First hotel Ive ever stayed in that didn’t have complimentary coffee in the morning. Bedding hadnt been changed pretty disgusting. Had to go get new bedding and change myself because we got in late. Disappointing but I guess less than perfect comes with the price.

Upon checking in we were unable to use our credit card because "we dont accept this type". They also wouldn't take cash. We asked for pool towels and they said it was closed. There were no signs indicating this. We were only given three shower towels for four people. The second day they did not clean our room and only offered one towel when we asked for more. Every front desk meember we encountered was incredibly rude. We will never stay in this location again.

Check in wasn’t the best! No one was at the front desk when we arrived! We waited for 15 minutes before front agent appeared without any apologies. I asked can we check in with you and she didn’t answer at first then after 2 minutes asked me how could she help me. She wasn’t pleasant nor did she have the best attitude for a front desk agent!! More training is necessary for her!! Leaving on the other hand was completely impressive!! The agent that checked us out was very professional and courteous!! Answered all my questions and was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. She also asked if I had any other questions or concerns.

Very nice hotel. Just a couple issues. The pillows were the least comfortable for a hotel that I’ve had. Remote for the tv wasn’t working and made it impossible to change channels. Not a great breakfast selection.

Comfortable, great value, staff are helpful and kind, easy to park, good location if you have a car. I only wish that there was a better coffee situation than having to buy it downstairs. There’s a little coffee maker in the room that you can make one cup from one time but after that you have to buy it downstairs. That’s the only thing I’d change.
