Stayed 4 nights

Really like the JW Marriott & Casa Maat in San Jose del Cabo. Our stay was for 4 nights and was celebrating a birthday. I've stayed here twice now and love the resort. It has a private feel to it even though it's such a large property. The various pools on the property allow you to be selective depending on your need for privacy or current mood. The staff has been wonderful in every aspect. The buffet breakfast is great with lots of selections for those looking to indulge or lean more to the healthy side and very comparable to other resorts such as Hyatt Ziva, Zoetry & Le Blanc. The dining options, although slightly limited, are equally as good. We especially enjoyed MarHumo as we ate there twice! This resort is within a manned gated community that includes Secrets & Zadun (Ritz-Carlton Reserve) so very private & safe. I especially appreciate how close this resort is to Acre & Flora Farms for those who enjoy elevated dining. The marina is also in close proximity & convenient for those who enjoy fishing. I have every intension of staying here again at some point and I personally feel a 3-4 night stay is perfect.

Very sleepy part of town. Very quiet and beautiful hotel . Not close to anything really and will need a ride (uber because taxi is twice as much) to go anywhere. If that’s what your looking for you can’t beat it:)
