The service and property was amazing. Everyone was so kind and the food was great. Would have liked to have had more dining options for at night. Also, the power went out 3 times while we were there. The first time was for about an hour and a half. Thankfully it was during the day and we were by the pool so it didn't effect us too badly but I couldn't imagine having napping kids in rooms or getting ready at night and it would go pitch black. I asked other guests about it and they stated no one would really tell them but that they were told the power sources were unreliable and the property was run off generators. Besides that, we have zero complaints of this property and would go again.

JW Marriott Los Cabos in Cabo San Jose is one of the best JWs we have stayed at. The facilities are amazing. It is quiet, clean, and relaxing. The daily activities for both families and adults are top notch. from tequila tasting to baking lessons, we had a blast. The customer service here is top notch. The employees work with a heart of service to make the trip enjoyable and memorable. We traveled the second week of June and we would be so delighted to arrange another stay at JW Marriott Los Cabos.

Checking in was a disaster as we were taken to our room, but another guest was occupying it. We were taken to a second room, again it was occupied. We were taken to a third room that was terribly noisy because of a power generator. It appears that this hotel lacks suitable power supply resulting in frequent power outages. Our room (King size bed with ocean view) was at one time a decent room but no more. The staff was very apologetic but the failure indicates poor operations in all respects. This is not a JW Marriott owned location and it is very evident by the poor standard of care and maintenance. Do not waste your time and money here as you will be very disappointed.

Beautiful property that needs some attention. The air conditioning, safe and entry door security lock in our room were broken when we checked in. One elevator in our tower was out of service the entire week and the other broke down twice. Nice gym. Really warm staff.

This JW Marriott is fantastic. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our 4 night 5 day stay and took advantage of the spa facilities which were top notch. The restaurants on property were all good and had options for everyone. They also have numerous pools and plenty of activities for all to enjoy. Thank you for a great stay!

The staff and the food were incredible. What was lacking was everything the resort advertised online like adult pools and swim up bars and access to the ocean. There were very few bookings so restaurants tried to cancel confirmed reservations, and teh Air Conditioning went completely out the last day and night I was there. It was not a relaxing vacation as I planned for because every day there was another disappointment that I had to deal with due to the construction, and lack of offers that were advertised about the property before my booking and arrival. The staff was incredible and they did what they could to make things right including comping my incedentals and the food was incredible no matter where I ate, but the property itself was a complete let down.

This is a solid upper-mid level hotel. Clean, big rooms, comfy beds, great breakfast (highly encourage the buffet), nice spa, ton of pools. We ate at one of the hotel restaurants one night and food was below average for dinner, but there are so many great restaurants nearby that it’s easy to leave for superior meals. Beach isn’t swimmable.

Such a relaxing resort for a family! The staff was amazing, very respectful! The rooms were clean and neatly arranged when we came back to our room! There are many pools to hang out at and the resort has many places to walk at! Definitely recommending to friends and family!

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel in Los Cabos with my family, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel was impeccably clean and very well organized. What stood out the most was the incredibly kind and friendly staff, who were always available to assist with anything we needed. Their warmth and professionalism truly made our stay memorable. Additionally, the two restaurants where we had dinner were fantastic. The food was expertly prepared, with amazing texture and taste. If you're looking for high-quality, well-made food, there are plenty of options available at the different restaurants on the property. While this hotel is not all-inclusive and you have to pay for your meals, it is absolutely worth the money for the excellent food and dining experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay in Los Cabos.

The room was not clean . The bed duvet was full of dust . When I went to pull the duvet cover on me I could see all the dust flying around . The bathroom toilet had a bad odor smell . The spa did not have electricity so could not shower and blower dry hair had to go back to room to do this. The hotel staff did not have good knowledge of the layout of the hotel. Many of them provided incorrect directions when asked. The bellman did not seem to care with the exception of Ricardo who was bery professional , helpful and kind . I would not recommend this hotel to my family and friends

It was one of the most stunning views and a super romantic resort—not for partiers. The private beach, excellent food, and fantastic staff were also highlights. Special thanks to Francisco, one of the managers, for being so gracious and kind. The restaurant staff to the hostesses- top-notch. Jose and the team. Valet- 3 mins wait time, and the guys are great. I would rather pay a bit in Cabo to get top-tier service, and the beachfront was stunning. I will be back. The place is super clean, and at night, you can hear the waves. Every person entering the property is checked.

The hot water in the room was sporatic. Only two pools were heated, one adult and one for kids, and they were still pretty cold. The hot tub area by the kids pool was barely warm enough to stay in very long. At $1400 per night you would think the hot water would work and the hot tub would be hot…

The hotel is visually stunning and very well maintained. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Our suite was extra spacious and well suited to our taste. The resort never felt crowded and service was quick. It is very difficult to identify anything that this property could improve on. But if I’m being super picky, I would recommend they use freshly cooked shrimp in the ceviche and tacos from the pool menu instead of (likely) frozen cocktail shrimp. I know this may sound silly but it was the only thing that I didn’t care for. Please keep up the good work, we will be back :)

The resort is amazing, visually stunning. our suite was large and quite comfortable. Only complaints are: 1-the lighting in the room, and more importantly the bathroom is VERY dim. I had to apply my makeup on the patio. 2- very few of the outlets in our room were live

From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was very engaging and attentive. They made us feel like we weren't visitors but residents which attributed to our overall experience. Most of the staff was outstanding but one of the front desk staff was so rude I was shocked. Additionally, there was a wedding and they let off fireworks at 11:00 pm that sounded like bombs going off. There was no warning from the staff. Also, someone played their music on a continual loop until 5:30 am. I would not recommend this hotel

Every single thing about this hotel was first class all the way! The staff was amazing- exceptional service from Axel, Jajir, Roy and Jesus, to the just superb service at the restaurant Cafe Artist- which I’ll be surprised if they don’t receive a Michelin Star soon- simply amazing all the way around- the pools were clean and gorgeous and the views were captivating. Even the room service food was amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

I have stayed at many Marriott properties worldwide, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had with a manager in the entire brand. When we returned to our room, we found the bathroom ceiling leaking water. The situation was handled extremely poorly no apology, no effort to make things right, and just attitude when we asked for a different room so we wouldn’t have to waste our vacation waiting for repairs. This is the lowest level of professionalism I’ve ever encountered at any Marriott hotels. The company should seriously review this manager’s qualifications because experiences like this make me reconsider staying with Marriott in the future.

Excellent resort in San Jose del Cabo, away from the loudness and partying at Cabo San Lucas. There are many pools to swim in, great views of the ocean, and great food and service by the staff. It was great coming back to an ice cold room after a hot humid day exploring and shopping. The only down side is the beach is not swimmable due to the strong waves and riptides. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful and amazing property. one of the better resort I have been to in cabo. the drinks and food is LA price. so not cheap.. but they were good. Service was excellent. Staff were really nice and courteous. Only thing was that it was far from the main city... but other than that.. no complaints

The hotel is very spacious and well planned. Breakfast buffet at Ua Restaurant was wonderful. The best meal during our vacation was at the hotel restaurant, Cafe des Artistes. Rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. Overall, we felt pampered and very well taken care of—carefree experience. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful and amazing property. one of the better resort I have been to in cabo. the drinks and food is LA price. so not cheap.. but they were good. Service was excellent. Staff were really nice and courteous. Only thing was that it was far from the main city... but other than that.. no complaints
