I enquired about an upgrade to include free valet parking and was told it was not included. Later, after my 1 night stay I received an email from Expedia, stating I was entitled to free valet parking. This was disappointing

Very classy hotel, love the free Valet parking. Breakfast was excellent they made me a Bacon and Egg Buttie ( sandwich) which wasn’t on the menu and it was excellent. We tried to stay two nights but they were full on the Saturday night. A stay here always lifts my spirits.

Beautiful accomodation and plenty of space in the rooms. Also had a beautiful experience with Wildflower. The only thing I would say was that the rain head shower was a bit overrated. It limited the pressure in the shower and the “head” that was meant to detach didn’t so it was a bit dodgy. Probably needs some improvement

Low rise hotel we had the treasury room that overlooked the garden across the street. Good location, very quiet and comfortable. Surrounded by huge high-rise hotels. And oasis in the middle. We would definitely stay here again.
